WORST HOSPITAL Is there any option to give a negative rating? I wish I can. Worst hospital ever. They don't care about human life. All they want is money, money, and money. It's not a hospital it's a money-making factory. They are liars. I lost my father because of them. In reports they wrote they informed us that we don't have enough days. Not a single doctors informed us about that. They don't inform how they are treated my father. What medicines they gave. We went there for a lungs issue and they admitted my father to the Corona department where we were not able to meet him. Because of their negligence, I lost my father. I suggest everyone please please don't go to this hospital. I wish someone gave this advice to us before we took our dad here. Worst hospital.

The recent journey from the day I got diagnosed with NASH related Cirrhosis to the post operation phase has been quite eventful for me. Last July I was diagnosed with an end stage liver disease. All doctors had advised me that if I wanted to live a healthy life for the remaining of my years then a transplant would be my only option. But whenever I thought about the word surgery I used to get scared and kept postponing my assessments. Finally the Liver Transplant team at Zydus headed by Dr. Anand Khakhar convinced me to get my assessments done and get me registered on a cadaver waiting list. In this duration of 10 months, the whole Team at Zydus has played the most important role in my life. From day 1 of transplant counselling till the day I got discharged post surgery, Zydus has helped me in each and every step forward towards a successful transplant. The last 3 months getting ready for my transplant were the most difficult ones. Strict weight loss for a healthy transplant, physio and exercise, nutritious food with careful intake of fluids and calories, waiting on the official cadaver list and being mentally prepared for a transplant - these all things were extremely necessary for me. I must specially thank my Doctors Dr. Anand Khakhar sir and Dr. Ajay Choksey sir, my Physio instructer Dr. Himani Goswami madam the Nutrionist and Dietician team and the dedicated nursing staff on 14th floor, without them I wouldn’t have been ready for my transplant. Today post my successful liver transplant, there has been a phenomenal change not only in my physical well being but also in my personality as well. Today I am going home as a complete new person than the person who was admitted. The entire credit for this goes to Zydus. Better to go Govt hospital, zero facilities,appointment time was 11am. reached there 11am, and got consulting at 12oclock. and till evening 6pm, only done 2 reports. And long queues plus 2-3 hours waiting for single reports in whole hospital. Its better to go to govt hospital if you are paying too much money there and getting zero value in return. And after getting reports result, you have to again wait 2 hours to meet doctor. I think, no point to pay 10k on reports and wasting whole day. Its not hospital its corporate business building

Horrible experience to say the least. My wife who is currently 8 months pregnant was prescribed to undergo an abdominal ultrasound at the radiology department. During payment it was told that there is a waiting of 1 hour and she has to undergo the sonography without water and food. We agreed however even after 1 hour there was no call from the ground staff. Me and my wife requested several times to expedite the process as she was feeling weak. The response of the staff was very rude and apathetic. They kept on stalling our file. Even after waiting for more than 1.5 hours there was no sign of our call. After making a complaint to the manager on the floor, they finally took heed of the matter and it was after 2 hours that her sonography could be completed. Such an unprofessional behaviour from a reputed hospital such as Zydus shows the state of affairs of public health care system in our country. Also there was no apology on the part of the management for the said behaviour and callous attitude reflects a great deal about the non customer centric approach the management of the hospital is exhibiting.

I have sevare leg pain due to L5-S1 Prolapsed disc ( normally call disc herniation ) i visited many spine doctors in udaipur and ahmedabad. Had a lot of NSTOC medicine for last 4-5 months go through steroid courses for 20 days , had different type of physiotherapy in local and Ahmedabad and taken Panchkarm too but i don't get any relief but the conditions worsened. At last i visied Dr. HITESH MODI ( spine Surgeon ) in Zydes Hospital Ahmedabad , Dr. Modi advised me for surgery and i go through surgery and just after surgery my leg pain vanished. Dr. HITESH MODI is a very acknowledged and skillfull as he is the maiden clinical P. hd in spine in India . He is not only a very good doctor but a down to earth person with clear understanding and natural soft tongue. From Whole my Heart i say thank you Dr. HITESH MODI. I was suffering from persistent fever for about 10 days despite taking antibiotics and was feeling very weak. I got admitted to Zydus on March 27th under the care of Dr. R C Damani. I have met many physicians during the course of my life while treating my parents and family members but I would say Dr Damani Sir is one of the finest physicians I have ever met. The discussion during the first consultation on March 27th was very elaborate. He placed all the options available and allowed me to take a considered view. I did raise a few doubts which were addressed to my satisfaction. I was admitted on 27th , all necessary tests were conducted and the treatment began. Within two days my condition improved and today ie 29th I am ready for discharge in the evening. All thanks to Dr Damani Sir and his team at Zydus. All staff - the nurses, dietician , ward boys , cleaning staff , Security and the food delivery boy at Zydus are thoroughly professional in their work - the hard training that goes into it is very obvious. Also a special mention about Dr Aditi Sharma who took care of all the pre- admission formalities. Gratitude to Dr Niyati Parekh also. Overall, a very satisfying experience indeed, so much so that I never felt as though I am in a hospital. About Dr Damani - he has a magical presence with a dash of humour to put the patient at ease. Zydus Hospital is the best Hospital in terms of everything. I was suffering from gall Bladder stones. This left me very worried but I recently met Dr. Dhaivat Vaishnav of Zydus Hospital and he immediately made me feel very comfortable. Doctor Dhaivat is truly exceptional and very experienced Doctor! He carried out my whole surgery so well that I didn't even realise that I had to undergo any surgery. Post Surgery also I was not feeling any pain or uneasiness. Doctor Dhaivat and all his team members, nurses everyone cared for me and I was completely at ease. Dr. Dhaivat Vaishnav is a great doctor! With always smile on his face he is very cool and really superb doctor. I was stopped by the security staff at the entrance of the hospital for trying to take orange juice in for my relative who is an inpatient. Why have such an absurdly strict policy? In other countries this would be totally normal. I feel as though the management should perhaps think about how they can improve the patient experience rather than how they can maximise profits!

We are very much thankful to the Dr. Luv Selaraka and entire team who has given outstanding services while my wife was admitted for couple of days. But there is one thing I would like to bring in their attention that cafetarea food should meet right temperature during holding on buffet. And also their menu should be more specific by the time like breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other than that we were pleased by all service as toilets,elevators and other areas of the hospitals were really spotless and orderless. From our personnel experience we would suggest this hospital to everyone.

My mother had a major heart attack 15 days ago and she underwent angiography at banswara. She was advised for complex procedures of using guiding camera (IVUS) for angioplasty. We were not satisfied by doctor’s decision. So we decided to come at zydus hospital and consult with Dr Sunil Thanvi. He is very senior and well experienced cardiologist in Ahmedabad. He reviewed angiography reports and adviced for routine angioplasty procedure. It took around 15-20 mins for procedure and successfully heart blockage was removed. We are very much satisfied with Dr Sunil Thanvi sir’s decision and medical guidance. Zydus hospital’s Cath lab is most advanced and fully equipped to handle various cardiac procedures. I am Omar from Nairobi,Kenya. I chose Zydus for my treatment of Knee injury. I am a soccer player and i am happy that in less than 4 days of my arrival i am healed. Dr. Rohan was the one who managed my case. Explained very well. My mom who accompanied me also did her health check and i am happy she is very very satisfied. Amazing staff amazing facilities. They take very good care and the food was yummy. Though it is a vegetarian hospital but excellent food.

Doctors might be good no doubt but having a terrible experience at the Zydus hospital. The staff is horrendous they won't even listen to the patient who's even unable to speak properly. Patient feels uncared and isolated as they don't even allow visitors initially. All they have is a good infra and security which is useless to a patient. If your staff is not willing to work for the patient and respond, theirs no point in having these because patient spends most of their time in wards itself. Even their behavior towards them is torturous that one can never imagine even with animals. No outside food allowed which is understandable but atleast be precise in you timings of providing food to the patient. Your heart sinks looking at the reluctance of the staffs. Really regretting the decision of being here.

My experience in zydus has been great. I travelled all the way from Tanzania to zydus due to my gastrointestinal and surgical problems. I was very pleased with my Dr’s approach and the way he handled my care. My surgery also went well and my surgeon is a soft spoken gem. Overall experience has been great starting from the response by the public relations team, through front office, the nurses, attendants and doctors and not forgetting the supporting staff including cleaners, helpers and the kitchen staff. Excellent hospital. Couldn’t have found a better option than this place. I was admitted to ER last month and the way the staff took care of everything was just amazing. I was all alone when I came and they made sure everything is done perfectly. The rates were quite genuine for a hospital of this stature. Security guard in emergency gate they have attitude and misbehaving with relatives of patients. They don't have manners. our one of relative just admitted in emergency they are not allowing to go to help desk. Dont know why Hospital management not looking in this. Hospital and doctor is best.

Medical facilities are not according to their charges.. If investigations are being charged for four times as compared to other private facilities, reports should be generated on time.. For a procedure which is to be done empty stomach, an 80 year old diabetic and hypertensive patient needs to wait till 4:00 o clock in the evening without having any food since morning, nothing can be more pathetic than that.. Just providing five star hotel facilities, doesn't make you a good health facility.. Not at all worth spending your hard earned money here... Zydus , Ahmedabad pathetic..

I think Zydus Hospital's doctor has some kind of ego issues this is my second experience of such. I believe Zydus Hospital management should send Dr. Om Lakhani to behaviour correction classes, he treats his parents like cattles with zero level of decency he has no respect and doesn't know how to talk with senior citizens.

Excellent hospital and the international team are amazing and catered to our every need! My doctors, Dr Santwan Mehta, Dr Nahush Tahiliani, Dr Jitendra and Dr Kaustab Patel managed to sort out all my issues and three months down the line, I am already much better. I generally liked the food at the hospital although a few times it was too spicy for me. I had some great nurses who really looked after me both at the main hospital and Cancer hospital. I would love for some monitoring of the cleaning of wards to be done. The cleanliness standards at the main hospital were not as well maintained as the Cancer hospital. I would definitely recommend Zydus Hospital for the knowledgeable doctors and great service.

My father was a victim of medical negligence by Zydus hospital, gastroenterology team. I have all the proofs of it and I regret for my father who trusted the doctors of the hospital before he expired. Please don't ever trust doctors who are not even ready to talk to you properly on your disease. Zydus is money oriented, fake hospital who doesn't care about life at all.
