I had one of the best all round experience at the Sterling Radiation Center. The entire treatment was well planned by the radiation doctors and equally well implemented by the coordinators, administrators and the entire support staff. While the doctors were the heart of the treatment, the associate staff and coordinators were like the arteries who made sure the heart was functioning at its best. A total team effort that ensures efficiency and harmony.

Awesome palace, doctor's are well experienced and very very cooperative , staff are very helpfull, it's only for CANCER Treatment, i hop it's little bit more expensive than the other hospitals in Ahmedabad... Over all best experience.

July 2022 visited the hospital with my sister for Lap. Nephrectomy surgery and received excellent clinical care – from doctor, nurses, the security team, and cafeteria staff. But HUGE disappointment from reception customer care staff very unfriendly n not empathetic. When my brother I asked politely for change which he was supposed to get – the staff replied with a grumpy face – a loud voice that I DONT HAVE CHANGE will give once I get it. It’s my right to get the change, I didn't ask for a discount or any favour. This is completely unethical I think needs to change this leadership should look into this or probably this is the culture that exists and is promoted by management. God bless you will never visit again. As a customer, I have many options in town but you have the same amount of population to serve. For sure for a lifetime, I will remain a detractor of the Sterling group of Hospitals.

This hospital is THE BEST for cancer patients in Ahmedabad city! I would like to share my recent experience here. Everyy little thing was taken care off very smoothly! My mother was detected with cancer and was in treatment with Dr. Bhavna Parikh. She is a very good doctor who not only know here job perfectly but she also supports emotionally. Dr. Bhavna explained everyy single detail with us truthfully and showed us the correct way to treat the disease in the best way possible. She picks ups the phone even late at night in emergencies and always,always replies to texts at any time needed. The level of cleanliness this hospital provides is on next level, all the staff was very cooperative, caring and polite, even the night shift staff was perfect. I have no complaints for this hospital instead I request others to atleast consider this hospital without any doubts if needed. It is with regard to Women Wellness package which was hopelessly managed.The dealing lady took two days in completing procedures. The second day she send many cases to doctors concerned for investigation who came after our case and her reply over this issue was ridiculous, she told us that our case would be invevestigated deeply, so, doctor would check her afterwards.
