I have done my father's operation post accident placed rods in femur & hip bone. The hospital lacks in professionalism and its of very basic standard vs other v. good options. Doctors don't meet post operation n nobody give proper instruction post operation; patients and family members need to ask 100 times, what care/exercise/physio/food etc. needs to be taken, although every answer is rambharose. If you ve insurance, hospital charges way higher than initial estimates; contarary the service & standards are extremely poor. They have pathetic bed and patient transfer mechanism, they throw patient from bed to moving stretchers & back. They lacks staff and asks family members for transfer from bed to moving stretchers. Patients are extremely terrified with excessive pain on this throwing activities. What they can improve; 1. Operation Category wise instruction booklets with overview food, diet, exicise, physio guides. 2. Moving beds rather than pick n throw patients 3. Doctor give at least 2-5 mins to talk to patients/family, after operation n subsequent visits 4. Better handholding/instructions rather than ram bharose approach. They are mostly benefited due to prime location. If you have option to go to other hospital., pls avoid this hospital.

I observed familiar approach not only treating Doctors but entire staff starting from Security, Admin, OPD, Insurance, Nursing, cleaning, ICU, medical and non medical staff and services. In house cafeteria with hygiene food for all including patients and relatives at very reasonable rates. Personal care by one and all. Almost all the required amenities in hospital that includes X-ray, Physician, physiotherapy and what not. Need not to go out for any investigations. I, Chandrakant Patel, aged 76 years had lots of problems connected to walking as well as standing. Having such problems all my activities of Morning walk and Swimming etc. we’re totally stopped. I there fore inquired of some of my close known persons who had got their knee joint replaced and Infound that that majority of them have got the knee joints replaced through Parekhs Hospital-Dr. Dimpal Parekh with very high experience and satisfaction. I got my self admitted to the Parekhs Hospital on 16th January 2023 and was operated for Knee joint replacement of my left knee on the same day. Having found satisfactory reports on the said knee Dr Dimpal Parekh operated the Knee of my other leg after a couple of days that is in the same month. Today I feel as if I have new legs since all my problems are solved. My experience about the Hospital and more particularly of the expertise of Dr. Dimpal is wonderful. I could walk with the support on the nex day and on third day of the operation I could walk even without any support and help. It is 13th day now and I am walking without and help or support within my house and with a walking stick in the entire society where I am residing. I even did not engag any physiotherapist at my Residance and did all excerciae as I was doing in the Hospital. I am highly satisfied with results and the treatment given by the Hospital. Worst experience of my Life. The worst exp starts from reception itself. Totally Money Looting Hospital. ICU is worst, it is like General ward. Patient's relative are allowed in ICU 24 hours. Nobody is worried about infection. Their total focus is on how to loot patients & make money. They made Rs. 40,000/- bill for just 1 day treatment of normal acidity of my father in ICU. Their charges for tests etc are very high. I had to pay 28000/- hospital bills & 5000/- medicines bill, total 33000/- for 24 hours treatment of acidity. Planning to go to consumer court or any other appropriate forum to control this kind of loot. Hopefully people will take note of this & think 100 times before going to this hospital.

My mother named charulataben ladakiya, age 75 years felt down at home. We brought her to parekhs hospital on emergency bases as she was not able to move or stand. Her leg was swollen and very painful. As my mother was cghs employees, and parekhs hospital is Empanelled with cghs we seek treatment at parekhs hospital. My experience was wonderful and eay beyond my expectations. Even I didn't brought any latter from cghs, all type of emergency treatment started very quickly, she was brought to emergency room, pain killers were given, xrays were done. We were explained that my mothers thigh bone is broken and it needs surgery. All blood reports were done and next day morning surgery was planned. Surgery was very successful and broken thigh bone was fixed with plates. My mother was very comfortable after surgery . We were discharged in 3 days. Our experience at parekhs hospital was excellent. All staff at hospital is very humblehumble, cooperative and quick in treatment. Dr dimple parekh who is head of orthopedic department is very humble, very enthusiastic and very skilful surgeon. His operative expertise is up to mark. My mother was allowed to sit on second day and allowed to move her leg. His recovery is very fast. I admitted in this hospital due to Dengue. That time my claim with health insurance company could not pass. Later on with the Policy bazar involvement I required to submit the doc for recalim. Policy bazar asked me to collect doctor later for justification why you admitted so that he can reclaim. I call the hospital, one person from receptionist told that since your case is old so come in personal and meet Mr. Mayank in admin department. Next day I went to meet Mayank persoanlly. I give him all the details of my dengue related admit documentation. He said, doctor is not coming so he will contact the doctor and then within 2 days he will send the doctor letter in email. It's already been more than 3 weeks and I didn't receive the doctor letter till now and not this person is taking my call. I called many times but receptionist always said this person Mayank is busy on phone sometimes he is not here blah blah blah... Mayank from admin department is not ready to talk me. The problem is I left the Ahmedabad so not possible to visit the hospital. I don't know how such a professional can behave? There might be 2 reasons, either hospital management is careless that's why staff(Mr. Mayank admin department) is also don't care and take the patient issues seriously or second reason they just care for your paid amount nothing patients not patients problems. If there is any issue in providing doctor letter then atleast they can let me know. I know this is old case but I can collect letter from hospital since hospital have this obligation to provide me the letter since I paid here around 30k for dengue treatment. I am writing here so that hospital management be active and should not behave like unprofessionaly. Don't hire such a staff(Mr. Mayank) that is tarnishing your hospital reputation. I will be happy if any person provide me the contact details that can help me in this matter. Today I received the letter. Dr D R Parekh : What happened? My Wife : Sir, i were having accident at 17 Sep 2021 while going to office. I have taken a first aid treatment from nearby hospital where my accident happened. I don't know, that which hospital is coming under CGHS (Central Government Employee can take) list, so at that time whichever hospital was nearby, i taken treatment from there. Its almost 10 days and i need to extend my leaves under medical leave for which your letter will be required to submit to my office, i have taken other leaves and its just completed today and i am not feeling well. Dr D R Parekh: I will not give you letter, you have to collect it from primary doctor from where you have the treatment. You need to come first here rather than going other hospital before 10 days. I : Sir, in her office letter is required from CGHS listed branches, that's why we came here as its listed. The letter of her primary doctor is not valid in her office. Dr D R Parekh: I am not a clerk so i will not give you any letter for medical leave. I: Sir if we came on the same day then will you written letter for medical leaves. Dr D R Parekh: Yes I : So, my wife was new to ahmedabad and her office so sir, she is not aware of the hospital list and she took first aid treatment with nearby orthopedic hospital. Dr D R Parekh: If you want I can check now but will not give you letter for medical leaves. I : Sir, ok you can check now and after that if required then will you give letter to my wife for medical leaves. Dr D R Parekh : Not sure I: Ok then do check up and after that if its required as per your check then you have to give me letter. Dr D R Parekh: Without saying single word, just left the cabin with full of ego no single answer. Dr D R Parekh: Called my wife for checkup in dressing room, he asked my wife to walk. My wife is having too much pain so she refused to it. He haven't check anything properly and he is going outside to dressing room. Nurse: Sir, what to do next, Dr D R Parekh : From very far, just tie the top most bandaged nothing required, its normal. They called us again to his cabin. Dr D R Parekh: She is having leg injury as Sprain but she can go to office. I: Sir, she can't even seat more than 15 minute how she can go. Dr D R Parekh : According to me its normal and if you want leaves then you need to do MRI in which it will came that Sprain is there and again without giving any answer or information he left the cabin. He haven't check the pills and also not given any suggestion how many days the bandage will required. His Assistant Doctor: You can have MRI and then we can check it further. We left the hospital and on the same night my wife have swelling too much in leg as he have removed supportive bandage which is actually required and my wife was having too much pain entire night. i have given single star for their support staff such as nurses and all who was taken care gently like open the door, mam seat on wheel chair please and all that. This is totally ridiculous service and answer given by DR D R Parekh. Dr mentioned him self 50+ year of experience.
