Orthopaedic operation was mark on. 5/5. Very much expert Dr. Rao who did it brilliantly. But hospital newly staff need to learn how to talk with customer or Patient. Behaviour was very rude to everyone. ( New staff only who sits on 1st floor counter, eating snecks )

1 star for Dr. Vishal Mangrolia. I had an accident and got hair line crack near my right knee. Consulted Dr.Vaghasia, his work and nature is excellent, a very polite and soft spoken doctor. However after 15 days suddenly i have to schedule a bombay visit for my work so my family thought to consult doctor once but it was tuesday and we have to consult Dr.vishal mangrolia, a very rude person. He did not even listen and handed my xray back and roudly said i won't check. Dr. Vaghasiya had given me a pain killer and acidity tablets, my case was not big one but dr.Vishal didn't have time and patience to listen a small question i wanted to ask "is it okay if i go mumbai?". Never visited a rude doctor but now i did. Dr. Vishal Mangrolia if you are reading this i wish i had given you a rude answer back.

This hospital does not have any tie-up with health insurance company which compel the family of a patient to run for money at the time of accident and emergency. Besides, even after multiple requests to doctors and head of account department, they were arrogant and stubborn not to even accept credit card payment. We were able to manage but what about those poor patients who comes in emergency situation at this hospital?? Second, the front desk staff is not at all co operative and highly rude in terms of giving response. I request trusties of this hospital to please teach them some manners so they response properly to patients family. Third, if u go back to complete the mediclaim formalities (as they don't have tie up, you will have to put reimbursement claim in mediclaim company), they ask you to come only between 5 pm - 6 pm. How can a person comes at so specific time? Does other people not have any job or work? Atleast this timing window should be expanded. Forth, surgeon never visit the patient but his assistant only visit the patient. So even if you have any work or questions to ask, they don't allow you to meet surgeon. I fail to understand why surgeon has such arrogance there for not meeting even once to the patient? In short, not a very good hospital to go and take the treatment.

Well no one likes to go to the hospital but if ur reading that means there is some medical concern so may God bless the person with issues. The hospital has 24/7 service. We went post 12am and they opened the gate gt a wheel chair, issues a case with required details took 1k deposit and went 4 xray. After few formality a doc attended us in the consultancy room where doc saw d xray n gave his diagnosis so took the medicine from medical and got the dressing done and came back home. The staff was very supportive and caring apart from the nurse doing dressing. She just did not care of the pain of patient. Even the security and parking staff were very patient and cooperative.

Fee is just 100 rupees and x ray rate is 150 rupees. Wait time is approx 1 hour as there is a queue. Doctors are fantastic.

Visit G.T Sheth Orthopedic Hospital today and i show their process for registrations, management all are good and the team of security guards also are good. This is the best affordable hospital for orthopedic, they charge only 100 rupees for new case i literally socked because in Rajkot you can't find this range of hospital and the all doctors are experienced, specially recommend Dr. Ketan Thakkar they treat patients like family members and also guide patients that what they need to do or not. We 100% satisfied from Dr. Ketan Thakkar's treatment and also recommend this hospital if you have any issues of orthopedic.

Worst experience ever 😏 Doctors don't come on time, and if we ask to any warden that when doctor will come to the hospital? Their answers are like:- "Time is not decided, Sit and wait." I was sitting from 7 AM but doctor wasn't present even at 10:30 AM. Nurse's behaviour is also very rude and they don't give answers properly. My overall experience for orthopaedic department was very bad 😡

I recently had a swollen knee and went for the diagnosis over there. They have different visiting doctors eveyday. On wednesday it was Dr nishant chovatia's he is well experienced and kind doctor. His diagnosis is good and to the point. One thing you should remember before going to the hospital is that they only allow first 70 patients to enter. So you need to reserve your spot as soon as possible. The new case charge is 100 rupees. The x-ray cost is 150 rupees.

Here doctor procastinate time of operation, between operation scheduled take other operations without reason,😡 till the ot patient have to suffer

Worst experience today telephonic conversation the hospital staff told to us to come hospital till 5o'clock but when we should come our Dr was not present in the hospital we are belongs to Village and not familiar to Rajkot city management is very poor..plzzz maintain ur time periods time is very costly look another patient....you are their to serve the patient 🙏

There is not declared to which doctor is do operation of patient and time of operation any have to do operation not a I know he has experience or not so request to declare who have to do operation so patient relative can decide what to do. Any trainer Dr learn from patients it's not fair and in spite of trust but treatment like to private firms so please take care of all about things.

Very rude behaviour of Dr Nishant chotai...... Worst experience ever .....his behaviour is different in Asian hospital and gt sheth hospital....it's look like he is good at his hospital than trust hospital.......I give half star for his behaviour
