The staff is very helpful, hospitable and their approach towards patients is commendable. My father's surgery was performed by Dr. Nikhil Prajapti who is exceptionally well versed in Ophthalmology. As CFS is backed by Mahindra, they are very process-oriented & customer-centric. Even our cashless claim process was smoothly done by the TPA desk. The hospital facility is neat, tidy, and clean including the instruments they use.

Overall great experience. I was taken in as per the appointment time. They spent good enough time for my daughter to make sure examination done accurately. There was variation of the power in one exam and they did one more to make sure they get the right result and luckily they prescribed no change in the power, meaning no new glasses, which great news.
