There is no option to give 0 stars .. hospital and the owner Mr Memon are frauds. ICU has no facilities at all nor do they maintain hygiene. Anyone can walk into the ICU. Even when we paid whatever amount of money they asked, they did not perform CT scan and other tests on time. No medicine was administered on time. Unfortunately we chose Shifa because there was no choice, also we thought we could trust them. We had to struggle to get answers from doctors. We had to bring our own consultants. Finally we had to shift our patient to another hospital. Doctors treat patients like animals. Management is worse than a rural facility..STOP EXPLOITING PATIENTS . NOT EVERYONE HAS THE MEANS TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL.Please shut down!!!!!

The intention of the management is very good. Lot of discounts are available on the tests and reports that a patient has to undergo the treatment. Many tests are possible in the hospital itself. There is a canteen as well where we get good food at a reasonable rate. There is a place to offer your prayers as well. The only problem I saw is that the visiting doctors are not serious on their responsibility and duties. Most of them come at least 30 minutes late. And then also they are on phone for a Hugh amount of time. These need to be corrected. They unnecessaryl keep the patient waiting which is not good.

Relatives treatment work fast but other patients waiting numbers..... Sataff not good ...

One of the worst hospital to visit. Doctors are really good but the staff is too rude and they make you wait for more than an hour so visit only if you have some referance otherwise avoid visiting this hospital.

Go when u don't have emergency only because there no doctors availablity in icu doctor visit twice a day and if they want call a specialist like brain Dr so the Dr come after a day otherwise everything is perfect. Positive point they help for low economics people by zakaat upto 50% off for bills and lab report and at ground floor there is a general medicine store which help u alot in medicine price range

A very bad experience in icu rooms, they not allow to come family members in icu this is good for pasent but every staff is created noise & lagh so much in icu rooms.. they not listen to pacent atleast who wants to go for washroom, who wants water.. also the staff is fresher dr no one is expert dr there, dr must have taking experience for h9w to tak blood first then he should try..a very bad staff always ask for money ..cheap people & icu facilities is very bad

The worst hospital ever and treating patients like slave and beat patients and torture them in very bad way my mom has experienced the same doctor use vulgar language and beat patients

I love this place. This place is the most valuable business resource we have EVER purchased.

Services are good, but there is no parking place for car. Also there is not good sitting arrangements for patient's visitor. Never go by car there if you don't want any rush. They should have arrange the parking facility as well as sitting arrangements.

Worst hospital which i was visiting in my life.also staff is very bad they say if u want anything first inquiry about charges then take a treatment.i visiting for just ECG and they are charged to me 450+90 and also for bill payment go to 3rd floor from ground floor for just formalities because all treatment give by doctor after ecg but she is writing some injection and ask go to 3rd floor and paid boll or also take bill then show me.hospital sir naam ka trust ka he baaki yo luut te he..we ready to pay but ur staff is behaviour was so bad and charged is very high

In terms of treatment it's good. But if you want some kind help or information like doctor's time through call it's not possible because the given number over google or on the hospital file doesn't exist or always busy.

Very bad expression at hospital. Hospital doctor is very badely answer to patients relatives. Very very bad. Very angery to relatives and not satisfaction to anyone.........

All is good but the unwanted talking, unwanted noise is very high by nurses in admit rooms. All are talking loudly like ther are purchasing vegetable or grocery from market. So please improve it and maintain the silence and calm in admit wards. So patients can feel good and calm on their beds. I can uploads photos but i will not Thank you SMH.

Worst service and bad behaviour staff. They are just hunger for money and not providing proper treatment even charging for ICU. Never suggest anyone to come here for treatment. Again worst hospital with pathetic staff.
