Fantastic yet simple place with kind, generous hospitality. Owner is Ajay who is an excellent, knowledgeable, safari guide. The area is full of interest to us: we spotted over 40 bird species, saw desert fox, blue bull antelope. The desert salt production is incredible to witness. The local villagers welcomed us into their homes and farms. Ajay is a skilled photographer and if you take pictures too, he is the man to travel with. Food is delicious. It is traditional and freshly made Thank you Ganesh and Vikram and especially Ajay.

A blissful experience. The stay was surprisingly good, with great wholesome food, wonderful service, and warm huts. The safari was amazing. Mr Ajay Dhamecha is just out of the world as an expert guide, and knows every nook and cranny of the wild Rann, takes you to the right places for bird and animal sighting, helps you with tips to capture best shots, and gives you great insights into bird habitats, conservation and environment. An experience not to be missed.

Excellent home stay for nature lovers where all the basic facilities are provided, yummy gujarat style veg food, just a road away from the vast area of sanctuary. The owner Mr.ajay is well experienced guide, photographer too who speaks very good English. I will recommend anyone to spend atleast 2-4 nights in LRK to get the fullest.

Such a nice place to stay. Nice room, service, food everything. I'm not at all fond of vegetarian food. But I loved their food a lot. Lasun Ka achar was the best of all.

It was very nice experience at Eco Tour Camp. The hospitality was so good, very nice veg homely made food. Mr. Ajaybhai Dhamecha is very nice and cooperative person. We have done two safaries in little runn and we have seen nearly 63 species of birds, also we were lucky as we seen a wolf. Mr.Ajaybhai has very much knowledge of flora and fauna of the little runn, also we were seen lots of flamingos in their natural habitat. Mr. Ajaybhai is also working for conservation of the little runn, overall very nice experience at Eco Tour Camp. I like to visit next time with more days to stay at the Camp. Super Experience. I highly recommend this place. The experience we had was serene. The place is very well kept and managed , and run with great passion by Ajaybhai. The stay in Kuba was comfortable. The food served was local, simple and delicious. The safari was the real surprise. Seemingly we had the entire area to us and we spotted many different species of birds and animals. Ajaybhai is really knowledgeable and informative. This is hidden gem for sure.

Authentic Wildlife and Little Rann experience We are regular wildlife enthusiasts and must say that this was one of the best outdoors experience - Ajay Bhai takes personal responsibility to ensure that your safaris are worthwhile - we spotted so many birds and mammals - this part of LRK is unique with a combination of dry, swamps and grasslands - the smell in the air is just breathtaking taking. Food is tasty and clean vegetarian. The Kooba huts are an experience in themselves. Out and out worth a visit for both Wildlife/Bird enthusiasts and Families alike

Our stay at the Eco Tour Camp was a pleasurable experience. The serene ambience relaxed the body and calmed the mind. Mr. Ajay Dhamecha gave us a thorough tour of the sanctuary, and his years of experience and passion shone through. We interacted with local salt workers, spotted the region’s fauna and got an overall feel of the desert experience. Mrs. Dhamecha prepared mouthwatering home-cooked meals for our family that we all relished. The hosts were welcoming, hospitable and made us feel at home. It was a great weekend getaway.

For an offbeat experience, you must visit the Little Rann of Kutch 1. Sky filled with a million stars. 2. Catch a glimpse of the shooting star 3. Sun rise & moon rise on a flat cracked land 4. Jeep safari to see animals (WildAss, Nilgai) in the afternoon & Bird Safari in the mornings (Pelican, Flamingo, Kingfisher, Drongo & more) The accommodation is basic but kept clean & hygienic. The koobas are made with recyclable material. The koobas are hand painted by the owner. Most of the painting & upkeeping has to be done every year post monsoon. You will also have the most fortunate moment of meeting the owner Devjibhai Dhamecha of ECO CAMP. He is a wild life enthusiast with immense knowledge about the little Rann of Kutch. Have Fun!!

Calm, serene, full of simple charm, excellent food and superb hospitality. If you want to get away from city life, this is the place. Knowledgeable safaris from the owner Mr Ajay Dhamecha, who is a superb wildlife photographer, (as was his father, the camp has been passed from father to son so they know the area intimately ) and a visit to the welcoming villages and salt workers is a fascinating experience. I also learnt some delicious recipes from Ganesh the chef. Vikram looked after our every need in the camp (plenty of blankets for the desert nights). Highly recommended if you prefer to get off the beaten track.

Excellent place for stay. Not a falshy accomodation but nice and simple for a village experience. Food is really good and simple as home cooked. desert safari experience was awasome. We really enjoyed the bird watching. Ajay is a very nice person and takes care of guests very well. All his staff is also very kind and helpful. A must visit place during winters.
