One
of
the
most
beautiful
beaches
we
have
been
to.
The
entire
region
is
pristine,
mesmerizing,
peaceful
yet
comes
with
the
traditional,
calm,
beautiful
laidback
lifestyle
and
people.
The
region
is
called
the
Crown
Jewel
of
the
Konkan
for
a
reason...and
this
March
we
experienced
-
why
exactly
is
it
called
so,
when
we
rode/travelled
on
our
motorcycle
with
an
intent
to
cover
and
explore
the
western
sea
coast
of
India.
The
sunsets
are
a
pinkish
orange
daily
extravaganza,
and
the
nights
are
sprinkled
with
a
clear
galaxy
fest
of
stars,
a
true
expo
for
star
gazers.
The
beach
in
the
pic
is
Mithmumbari,
right
next
to
Kunkeshwar,
where
you
will
also
find
the
famous
Kunkeshwar
Temple
which
has
its
mention
in
the
Pandavkal
(if
you
are
aware),
right
on
the
beach,
known
for
its
architecture
and
offcourse,
Mahashivratri
festival.
It's
a
stretch
of
amazing
clean
untouched
beaches,
one
exceeding
the
other.
The
rest
as
the
say
....
Google,
visit
and
experience
it
for
yourself.
You
will
not
be
disappointed,
but
only
come
back
with
some
rich
memories
for
a
lifetime.
Best
time
to
visit
is
post
September
till
March
1st
week.
Avoid
monsoons,
unless
you
want
to
endeavour
some
surreal
downpour,
hostile
nature,
violent
wind
speeds
and
a
crazy
sea..
which
again
is
an
experience
in
itself.
Summers
are
super
hot
and
humid
-
avoid.
The
farther
we
explore
India,
the
more
beautiful
and
enchanting
it
turns
out
to
be
😊
