Experience was good. Tried their paneer jungli, cryspi veg and backed macaroni. Paneer was ok ok. Crysp veg was good. I loved their backed macaroni. Ambiance and service was good. There was not much tables in restaurant. Group of 10 people can't seat togather in that space.

Ordered Donuts from here , one can take a bite and easily can say wasn't fresh. Moisture was long gone and you will feel your throat a little burn after having those. Before ordered cheesecake that was good overall but Donuts disappointed me.

This is one of the finest hotel in Rajkot. The check-in was swift. The rooms were spacious and i had got a complimentary upgrade. The room had good lighting. The dinner was average taste wise, spread wise it was very good. The staff at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast was good, my only suggestion to management is instead of keeping a juicer In the dining area keep it inside the kitchen.. because the sound it makes in the dining hall is not good.. Overall good service from the staff and a great hotel.

I went there for dinner,The taste of food is different than kathiyavadi good and also buttermilk was made from mamara,I didn't like any idem,you gave us unlimited in 80,I recommend you that you will give us fix dish in that price rance but make sure the taste will be better.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Do not take their MAP plan (meal) as they have weekly pre defined meal set. And they offer only vegetarian food.

It is the most overrated hotel with pathetic brake-fast and runs same brake-fast for all days. They never change menu. Overpriced items and then poor service, during my stay they gave me faulty iron which burnt my clothes, water kettle was not working, phone was not working. For what reason they charged me 4400 i don’t understand, it is 1500 rs per night value hotel.

Had to refuse check in for 3 rooms. I paid using amex travel USA, they used expedia to book hotel. We booked 3 rooms for 7 adults and 2 infants, extra bed was refused for adult even though we paid for it. We had to wait 15 minutes before we get confirmation from general manager Kajal. When asked, kajal was saying talk to expedia why they didn’t show in system. As consumer of hotel, guest service is refusing to talk on behalf of consumers and putting blame on external services. They don’t respect consumers any even to get confirmation of extra bed, they need to reach out to general manager. Stay away from them.

Good-sized rooms with good amenities and pleasant ambiance. But for us what stood out was the efficient service with a will to help and satisfactorily conclude on the issue faced by the guest. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and the front-office together with the concerned technical team came up and helped resolve the issue. This is praiseworthy. The breakfast spread was also good, with good options for hot food and delicious local flavors. However, the restaurant would do well to serve Gujarati meals or dishes for the guest to savor on the local delicacies. All in all, a good, pleasant and comfortable stay.

This place is at good location. They serve midnight tea which is an excellent option to consider. Food and bakery items are fresh. Ambience is neat and clean.

I was appalled at the lack common courtesy and respect for guests. . Our family who all live in London had used this hotel twice recently and were happy with service received. We had booked a double room for one day which included breakfast. Unfortunately our plans changed & we ended up early and were asked to pay 6000 rupees an extra 2000 rupees for an early check-in . We were fast asleep when a member of restaurant rang at around 9am asking us to go for breakfast , I asked if breakfast included for the first day and was told that yes today was complementary . We were totally shattered but the idea of a Masala tea & only having one day in Rajkot motivated us to take this offer and went down leaving all our valuables as wanted to be back after a quick cup of tea ! We were told again in restaurant that this was complementary by two staff including a haft who walked up and down showing she was in charge of her team . When we returned to our room three men were changing our bed sheets - 4 hours after we had checked in ! It was embarrassing . We were too tired to however make a complaint . On the morning we again had our rushed breakfast and upon check out were told that we would have to pay for our breakfast ; staff all saying we had been told that only first day was complementary ! This would be 1300 rupees extra to pay . After 45 minutes of requesting politely to speak to kajal the restaurant manger who was in the phone v V rudely refused point- blank to let me do that. I did in fact manage to the direct number for Kajal their GM and explained my side of events and she did after another 15 minutes resolved the matter . We had a plane to catch to London 5 hours later and this wasted one hour with our taxi was totally unfair & also the staff coming in our room to change the bed sheets 4 hours after we checked in whilst we were out of the room was very unfortunate .
