Have stayed multiple times in the hotel in the past month. The check in and check out process was very smooth and hospitality is amazing. Highlight of the hotel is its ultra comfortable king bed, very neat and tidy and luxurious. Have visited tens of hotels in Ahmedabad and this would be top 3 for sure. Club lounge was quite decent but with limited options. Breakfast and dinner were again quite good with decent variety.

Had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Ahmedabad. This was my second time here, and I was right to re-visit. The buffet spread here is very good, and so is the service. Only botheration was the keys were not being read properly in the lift often, and we had to get it fixed. Would be great if this were fixed. Will definitely visit again!

The room's are oddly designed and the bathrooms are impractical for anyone except solo travelers and maybe couples. The staff is great and genuinely helpful. The food is decent but not good enough considering the brand name. The swimming pool is big and has decent depth. The gym equipment is just basic.

I would tell you my unexpected experience! When a friend of mine showed me a picture of a phenomenal pool with a great view I was surprised to know that this place existed in Ahmedabad. So then I checked out reviews and prices and even though i live in Ahmedabad i booked a room for a night and the view there was breath-taking. If i speak about other details, management and servicing is very professional and friendly. Gym , spa, hall, pool, private lounge what else do you need!! I would personally suggest to spend a weekend here.

I visited Renaissance for dinner buffet, and it was an awesome experience. The buffet had a wide choice of different cuisines with multiple live counters. The food was good with a wide spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The interiors are spacious and well-decked. The customer service is top-notch too.

The stay was so comfortable here , the staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed and at home . The buffet was just to amazing and should not be missed, there was a wide spread of such appetising dishes and I just couldn’t stop my self from a second serving of the dhokla and the cream caramel, it was just too delicious.

I'm staying here for one month. And i noticed that the hotel staff is very gentle. But the hotel can't serve it best when there are people at large staying in the hotel. But when there are limited persons then the hotel serves you the best. There are also discrimination in service also. Maybe I felt it but it defers person to person. Stayed here for a couple of nights. The room and washroom were big. The service and breakfast were great. The roof top swimming pool was functional and a quick swim made my evening. Minor quibbles were that room flooring had gaps, the wash basin wouldn't drain water fast and room walls had marks and bed was too soft for me.

Good food, good staff, clean atmosphere. Food is very tasty. They prepare in the authentic style and if we want some changes in the way its prepared chef changes as per our taste and serves. Baby chair available so easy for parents with babies. Ambience is pleasant. You can see the Chef cooking live. It's spacious. Staff speaks good English and Hindi that's a plus. Variety of starters and dishes available. Give it a try once.

Beware, if you have stayed before in marriot courtyard and above category hotels, this hotel is much lower in hospitality. however Infrastructure is good with decent rooms. Problem is on service side, they do not understand the 5 star hospitality business for sure. If not all than majority of staff looks unexperienced. right from valet to food quality everything is pathetic. much hyped R kitchen is only good for Sunday Brunch, you can completely avoid it on weekdays.

Very sad experience. First time came to this hotel. The mattresses are too old and weak. Your body will dig inside the mattress so deep that you can’t even breathe. I raised the issue with Reception Desk and they simply said they can’t do anything & this what we get. No solution. And the food in their restaurant is absolutely tasteless (talking about the Indian vegetarian cuisine). Absolutely zero taste. I bet you won’t come back again here. Not atleast me :(

Went for my friend's bday party n shocked to know that they don't hv a single cake stand..post dinner we asked for mouth freshner bt the staff said " SORRY Mam" n the buffet menu was not so tempting at all...mixed daal with gatta sabzi n veg jalfrezi . Wt kind of combination was it?? Live Chaat n starters were very delicious...

It's a amazing hotel to stay 5 star range hotels in this area. Very nice ambience and luxury look. The rooms are very good maitainance. All the facilities are available for that hotel. Staff's are very eco friendly and handle softly to the customers. Foods are very nice all types of foods are available at the restaurant and water facilities are very nice.

We had stayed at this hotel for a wedding function. True reviews as per me are that this hotel is for corporate guests and not for wedding like functions. They cater the guests of corporates like air hostesses and other officials very well and those guests were really happy too. But I must say hotel should not work with some wedding planners who spoil hotel’s image. Lawns are fine and food is also worth it. The biggest problem is lifts work only with key cards. All elderly people can’t handle this. So better that lifts should not have such key card entry. Hospitality staff and security are fine. I wish that hotel management read these reviews and do necessary changes.

Always book Direct with the hotel for the best deals. Other hotel booking apps can't get you this steal deal. The property is just amazing and beautiful and well lit with spacious rooms and impressive customer service. We booked the deal called Ahmedabad Escape for just INR 8k including taxes for a night, which includes a free 15 min foot spa for 2, free one-way airport or railway station transfer, free breakfast for two and free buffet dinner for 2 as well with free upgrade to club level as well, if available. This is an amazing deal and worth every penny and more. The buffet spread for both meals were lavish and the attention from the waiters were commendable as well. Overall, am no longer choosing any other property to stay for my future Ahmedabad visits. You have truly impressed me.

A Good luxurious five star hotel. Loved every bit of our stay here. The service staff were very courteous and very quick. The breakfast buffet is definitely a highlight here and was very elaborate and very tasty as well. Overall a hotel to stay if one is in Ahmedabad.

I recently happened to stay here for a week. Well there is nothing specific to complain about. Cleanliness was top class, rooms layout was fantastic, service was good. One aspect where I felt they can improve is the Restaurant/Food section. I have also lived in Fortune Select which is just a kilometer ahead on SG road. The options for Breakfast or Dinner were much more at Fortune compared to Renaissance. It is subjective issue, but the food too was better there. More importantly, the restaurant at Renaissance was less spacious and understaffed. If you place any order at live counter, you were required to remind the staff member to get it. A bit of discrimination also, so to say... Some were given more attention than the others. Apart from this, most of the 4/5 star hotels include laundry service in there corporate plans. But it wasn't included here. Which is kindoff inconvenience especially if guests plan to stay for more than a week. Considering the fact that Renaissance is a 5-Star facility and more expensive, the expectations are higher here.

I had 10 day stay here and I wasn't disappointed. The room was quite and clean . The food was good with some good variety . I especially liked how the staff were friendly and acted quickly if I needed anything. I especially commend the housekeeping team Zakir & Megha these two really have made it seamless for me. The front office team is also amazing and really mind their guests.i would definitely recommend the hotel if you are in the city for a while . An easy 9.0/10 for me

We had brunch over there a day before. It was buffet. Nice arrangements. Good sumptuous food. Limited but delicious food.

We booked a twin bedded room & paid in advance. But when we checked in we were told that twin bedded rooms were not available and were offered a queen bed room. So they are unreliable & their commitments are not worth trusting. The washroom glass door would vibrate so loudly for so long upon being shut so as to scare you to death. Not expected at 5 star prices. Better to look for better options.

I had an absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. The staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. It seemed like they couldn't care less about guest satisfaction. The room was in poor condition, with dirty linens and a musty odor. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid at all costs!

We had unlimited dinner buffet. The food is tasty and has a lot of Variety with both Veg and Non-veg options. The ambience is really nice. The service was up to the mark.

Went there to attend a meeting so stayed for a night. The hotel is luxurious with a great price. Loved the view from the room. Cozy rooms will all the facilities on hand. Mill & co cafe has superb Cold Coffee and delicious sandwiches. Breakfast spread is amazing too and serves most things hot and freshly prepared. Overall a great experience and would definitely love to book again.

Hotel is ok and rooms are fine but the staff can work on attention to detail. For example the internet in the room never worked and even after 3 complaints no resolution was done. Won't expect this of a Bonvoy chain hote. Also the in room dining menu was missing on check in and there was no iron in the room though there was an ironing board. The towels were tattered at their ends and the room refrigerator had ice build up. The one good thing about the hotel was its exhaustive and good quality breakfast spread. Hope they can pick up the service standards. For now the courtyards in Ahmedabad score better.

Good hotel, with easy access to the highway. The rooms are nice and spacious with good amenities. The hotel has a coffee shop, restaurant, spa, gym and swimming pool. They offer buffet breakfast and if you choose the MAP package either buffet lunch or dinner will also get included. The check in and check out was smooth and easy. They have limited parking on the lobby level and rest of the parking is underground. The buffet was good, with live chat, pasta counter. Decent amount of variety in the buffet and do try the Egg Benedict, it was beautiful.

Nice place to stay, on main road. Rooms are small, room service and staff are good. They are ever smiling and hospitality is good. You have good spread in breakfast buffet specially the choice of Gujrati food. Swimming pool in on the roof and limited place around to walk around. Gym is adequate and also has a Spa. It was the second time we decided to stay here because we had a fabulous experience the first time around. However, this time, it was a complete disaster. Before we checked in, I was chasing them for the payment link and no one was even receiving phone calls until I reached out to the GM of the hotel. Since I had a great experience the first time, I thought it was a one off and let it be. After checking in as well, the service was extremely poor and for every little thing, was having to make multiple phone calls. Moreover, they weren’t keeping basic essentials such as towels, lotion, dental kits etc. and we were having to call again and again. A couple of times, they even didn’t bother receiving phone calls and we had to go till the reception to ask for what we needed On the whole, seems like they aren’t great in terms of service anymore and hence wouldn’t recommend booking this place

Behaviour of GM (MISS URVI) Duty manager was not good. We have booked room for 21st of October and she refused. Very disappointed with the service. Other all things were very excellent 👌 Appreciation for that.

I liked the ambience of the hotel. Thumbs up to the room service and facilities as well. From the security point of view too,it's safe and secured. Vallet parking available. I am disappointing with the food quality and taste too. The taste was not up to the mark.

Food is very delicious , ambiance is very good. rooms are spacious. Roof top pool has a great view and staff is very courteous. They give the true meaning of hospitality.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Ahmedabad for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely satisfying & pleasant. I would like to highlight each any every department one by one. 1. Reception and reservations: The first impression of the hotel. The staff at the reception give the guest a very warm welcome which actually eases off all the tiredness of the journey. Proper sanitization practices are followed. There are no welcome drinks and all that nonsense but the feeling that you get when you enter the hotel is very satisfying. There is a sizable and very elegantly designed lobby along with a small Café next to it. The lobby isn’t huge but elegant. I have always booked the hotel through their official Marriott website which guarantees you the lowest prices. And they actually do!!! 2. Rooms: For all my three visits I had booked the Superior Guest room. The rooms are quite big as compared to the similar starred hotel rooms. The beds are as usual King sized. There is a nice small work desk provided which is very essential while you are on a business trip. A small sofa towards the window side completes the room. The room has all the required amenities like teas, coffees, refrigerator, TV with all the necessary channels (EPL lovers can watch their weekend matches), iron, ironing board, bathrobe & essential toiletries. Also during my last visit, my room had portable iHome alarm speaker which was an added benefit for soft evening time music and it showed time which is generally missing from hotel rooms. 3. Food: The food here is top notch. I personally felt their a-la-carte menu is a bit limited maybe due to Covid-19 but their buffet is mind blowing. Breakfast had chicken sausages, live egg counter, herbed potatoes, beans, breads, fruits, tea, coffee, etc. Also in the vegetarian side the menu is quite good with Poha, Upma, local dishes like Khaman, Fafda- Jalebi etc. with a live Dosa counter. They always had tea cakes & muffins counter which helped me throughout the day when on site duty. And yes, now the super amazing dinner buffet, I would literally relish each and every dish served. From the soups, starters, main course to the deserts. You can order any type of Indian breads you prefer. They have different cuisines every day. I stayed for more than 15 days in the past two months and they always had something different every time. They also had lot of variety at the salads section. And the last thing to relish was the deserts. I, at times felt that their mini cakes were a bit dry but the other deserts over compensated that. The restaurant staff and the Chefs make the guests feel very comfortable and also if you have any special request they make sure that they make it happen. 4. Housekeeping services: The rooms were always well kept and clean to the core. I did not find any cleanliness issues during my stay. The housekeeping staff was always quick and helpful whenever I needed anything extra. Ms. Manisha (during my 1st visit) and Mr. Vighnesh (during my 2nd and 3rd visit) took special care of my room and laundry. Special thanks to Mr. Ashu (from the restaurant staff) with whom I enjoyed a couple of Table tennis games. Mr. Pawan who took care of my corporate bookings. They also have full fledge gym and a nice infinity view pool at the terrace floor which I never used. :P Plus they have a very nice lawn where you can have a chill time or walk on the grass if it isn’t raining. Overall I had an extremely pleasant stay during my time at Ahmedabad. And will recommend it to everyone who visits Ahmedabad for business as well as personal visit.

Oh No .......... cleanliness 5/10 I lost my belonging i was searching below bed. I was wonder to see dirty carpet and was not bearable. There was vvery much litter. I think it was not clean since many months. All other things are 8/10. One more thing WATER WAS VERY HARD. Even soap can't make foam for bathing.

Our wedding party of nearly 24 people stayed at Renaissance Ahmedabad for nearly 5 days last week. The facilities provided were excellent. Rooms spacious and clean, the Restaurant served sumptuous fare, and staff were exemplary in their service. Mr. Saurabh at the Reception counter was extremely courteous and helpful. He would always go out of the way to make all of us comfortable and his evergreen smile would brighten up a day. A big hotel like this one should be very proud of the staff and Mr. Saurabh has done this establishment proud with his positive attitude. The only reservation about this Hotel was the placement of the Bathroom and the Toilet located separately. The disadvantages far outweigh the advantages of this style. Setting aside this feature , it would be unfair if I do not rate this Hotel Five Star grading and I stand by my recommendation.

I never give bad reviews for any brand but this is needed. If there was a possibility to give 0 stars, I wud have. The reception and hotel booking staff need to know the true meaning of hospitality. We booked the hotel considering all the amenities of this hotel. On finding out through research about the facilities we got to know that the pool was shut and we were not even informed of it as pre booked guests. When we inquired about the same, one Staff member named Anand asked us to search for a different hotel if we are not getting the services we have paid for. So basically it's their way or the highway. Anand who coordinated with us was extremely unapologetic, rude and unprofessional in terms of hospitality. We have immediately switched to Novotel Ahmedabad who gave us a brilliant deal at the same price with all the amenities, excellent hospitality and kindness. Marriot Renaissance Ahmedabad was an unpleasant experience.

Renaissance is Ahmedabad’s gem in terms of serving lip smacking food and providing exceptional hospitality to the guests. The property is handled very professionally, extremely clean and well maintained. They have a lovely lawn for Marriage gatherings, large indoor Reception Hall, Spa, Gym, Private Lounge, Infinity Pool, lovely Brunch at R Kitchen and great snacks and beverages at Mill & Co. it is a complete package everything about the property is extraordinary. All the rooms are well maintained and covid protocols properly followed for the Guests as well. If you are looking to host a party or gathering or an event this could be the best place in town for you to zero in on.

Went to the coffee shop mills & co. Good ambience, but absolutely clueless staff. Endlessly waited and was brought wrong order!!! That too for only two people. Snacks took ages. Even simple lemon drink took more than 45 mins...and that too when we were the only people sitting in the cafe!!! Very average service...but good ambience, not at all crowded...very unlike Marriott..by the time snacks were brought . ..it was cold...and the drinks warmed up... probably a bad day at work...

Didn't have a good experience at Renaissance... In terms of in room dining, soup was ice cold with everything falling out of the bowl... Laundry not done properly.. Washroom door dint have a proper locking system... Everything was so unorganised. Very unpleasant experience.

Good property that gives value for money. Staff is polite and courteous. Stayed for one night and had no complaints. They even gave us takeaway breakfast since we were leaving quite early. They need to do something about the stink in the foyers.

Good rooms. Spacious... But missing that Renaissance touch. Toilet n bathroom doors making noise... Was there for 2 nights for marriage function. Staff courtesy was remarkable. Food I can not describe in words but if I can define it was PATHETIC... I never had such BAD taste in my life.... Only breakfast was good... If someone asks me option of 5* hotel I may not recommend this property....

Excellent rooms. Well maintained and prompt room service. We hosted a 3-day wedding event and it was very well supported by Mr Naharsingh and Mr Yuvraj. The food was excellent and all guests were extremely happy with all arrangements.

Ok. Not well managed. Supposed to be a 5-star, but doesn't qualify to be even a 3 star ! First of all, the room which they gave was stinking of cigarettes ! When I asked for a different room, the lady at the reception, asked me to wait in that stinking room, till she arranges for another room & sends the bell boy to shift the luggage. After about 5 minutes, when I went to the reception, I found that the lasy had left for the day & nobody was aware of my room change request. Luckily, the guy in charge helped out & got me a different room. How can this level of atrocious customer service be tolerated ?

Renaissance - ahmedabad s g high way near Gota. We went for one of family members birthday dinner. We go for buffet. Spread was good food was also good. But service was very poor. We asked manager many times for small small things and every time he ignored. Somehow we managed and we celebrate our day and for good day don’t want to given bad rating to this place. Need to improve lot in service part

Very nice experience, rooms are good clean. 3 lifts, good ambiance and huge lobby. Ample parking. Restaurant is big and tasty food you can have. Breakfast items are good. Very nice cooperative staff at restaurant. Especially ladies staff out there.

Really nice hotel, warm and friendly staff, good location. Stayed there in April 2022 and had a memorable stay. I think the only thing that makes the experience bad is when there are wedding groups. They create a lot of chaos and noise in the reception area.

We really want to thank staff and housekeeping for making our stay beautiful. But i also want to add some discomforts ,which we have experienced during our Stay -Card given to lock or open the door was not reading ,even in lift it gets struck., Which was so frustrating and time consuming. -Lack of amenities in the room as it was 5 star hotel. -The thing i hate most was mirror infront of bed and work area . -Bathroom and toilet door have no locks and the doors do not fit properly ,so it was really uncomfortable . Hair dryer was not working. -Pool side seams not been cleaned since last 6 months. It was very unhygienic.

I stayed in renaissance marriot for 2 days . The best thing of this hotel is their buffet. Fish was amazing and chicken as well. They have a lot of variety for vegetarians as well. Staff is very cooperative and friendly.

We went for Lunch Buffet at R kitchen / Marriott Bonvey. Nice place to Eat ,with family and groups. Spacious and Staff are Courtesy. Lunch Buffet , in Nov 22 , is more like an extensive Working Lunch spread... Food is fresh, they refill the Buffet bowls ASAP.. and bring freshly made Starters to Table. Very Nice experience!!

The breakfast buffet is monotonous...you will feel bored after 1 or 2 days. Swimming pool is 👎, no hygiene..The front desk especially the female staff are very rude. I'll give 2 stars for the overall experience.
