I will not give even single star to this resort. Its better to live on road then staying here. Restaurant staff doesn't know what is there in breakfast. When you call them for order 90% of food they will not be having. And they will tell you the names which are not in menu and also the names they are giving to you they don't know what is that dish is. So this resort is Highly NOT recommended to stay. Better to stay in local hotels of chotila.

The rooms were okay.. the washroom was not in good shape, service was pathetic

Excellent Rooms. Rooms view was awesome. Awesome food of Blue Coriander Restaurant, but too late serving. It literally took 45 min for maggi & 30 min for tea & many more... Couple of things need to be improved like basic toiletries like bucket tumbler were not there. Refrigerators were not there in room. No matter what temperature you set in AC, it seems management use to control the AC temperature for power saving. Rooms cleanliness was great, but lobby was not so. Used plates were kept in front of rooms door for almost whole day no one is interested to clear it. Overall nice stay.

Not value for money... Pathetic hygiene in rooms.. We took 5 rooms but none of bathroom has bathroom mate.. Shaving kit... Dental kit..need a major maintenance to the property... The pool was in very pathetic condition.

Nice location, with secure parking place, well maintained room, nice hospitality.

It was horrible experience. Water was not available for the whole day and bath room was stinking. Ac only fan was running. Chilled water plant not running and hence room not cooling at all.

I have been regularly staying during my Gujrat tour. This time despite assurances, we have not been given our bill for stay. Such lapses should be avoided. Payment was made through Credit Card.

Waste of money. When the property cannot be taken care off then why are you running the hotel business. I was traveling from Ahmedabad for next day meeting in Rajkot with my senior. I suggested to take stay at Lords Chotila, being a group chain, we reached the premise there was no one to host us. Secondly there was no room service regarding electric catle or basic amenities. My senior's room's flush was leaking. In the end he asked at 2:am to change the room as thre was leakage and water issue. The charges i paid and facilities i got were devastating. Never gonna recommend anyone in my organization to take stay at your premise

Good property. Rooms are large with centralised a/c. There is a swimming pool with seperate sections for kids and adults. Food was good. Resort is located on the Chotila - Rajkot state highway and approx. 8kms away from famous Godess Chamunda hill temple at Chotila. This resort also has gaming zone, multiplex theatre and waterpark. Good place to hang out with family and friends.

Situated a lil far from the holy Mataji Temple of Chotila, this is the best hotel in the city. The comfort and hospitality you get here can't be expected from any other hotels in Chotila. The best part is that they have ONLY VEG menu which is most preferred by the pilgrims visiting this city. Recommended!!

Property and food is better. Staff is also professional and overall we enjoyed a lot. One suggestion: please try to keep clean common space like swimming pool water, and water park surface.

The ambience is relaxing and the staff is really polite and helpful. The natural surroundings are well maintained and is a perfect get away for a small vacation!! The best part we enjoyed was the pool and the variety of cuisines.

Great place and oasis in dessert is the feel you get on check in. Lovely rooms, spa and banquets topped with great food and service. Well trained team of staff who are very attentive and always around with a smile

Very poor. Not worth for thr money they charge. First the doors will not lock automatically. The lights will not turn on even after putting the key card in the slot. No hot water. No water in toilet. TV is cutoff before the check out time. Very dirty swimming pools. I would not recommend this resort where nothing works. The three star next to there name stands for third rate hotel
