Don't book from this travel.. Avoid.. charged more than normal rate also gave false promise of departure of Bus time. That practice may upset your schedule

Worse people to deal with. We took vehicle on rent from them, they gave old vehicles already damaged, didn't get the brakes done in it. We took 3 activa from them and one of our friend driving it slipped on the road and got her leg fractured. Instead of showing empathy towards her, they were arguing with us that they won't change the vehicle you have to bear it the way it is. They gave us a deadline of 7 PM to return the vehicle back whereas it is usually given back in the morning next day. It was such a poor decision of ours to take bikes from them and ruin our trip.

It was really my worst traveling experience in my whole life it's because which seat is given to me was crashed even conductor of that bus doesn't help me. I am suffering whole my day with worst seat and they didn't reach on location at time.

Dont book this travels bus ,bcoz we are suffering from old age of bus and not working ac.plz book top rated bus

Fraud guy. Never ever come to this agency for vehicle rental. I lost key of vehicle yesterday in nakki lake so I called him and asked for a reserve key. Instead of helping me he started abusing and asking for 3000 rs for breaking bike lock. Later on in the evening he was threatened me to lodge FIR on my name. So pl avoid this guy

Local bua service. Very old bus. Worst experience ever.

The owner was abusive. The vehicle quality was poor and professionalism was not existent. When I informed him about this issue, he threatened me and said he has dealt with a lot of people like me. In short, DO NOT GO TO THIS AGENCY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS

We had booked AC seat from Abu road to Ahmedabad on 01/10/22 but AC was started after Aburoad. It seems as lower passengers AC was on & off so we were suffocated. Even Bus stopped at Hotel were no hot items but packets only.Very bad experience being Sr.citizen in day time travels.

Very wrost service and pathetic behaviour of Mount abu office staff please don't book any bus from him and don't took any rental two wheeler from him.

Worst service and Very rude behaviour. We took two rented bike from them. Very bad condition vehicles. They make fool of customers by making them fill extra fuel in the bike which isn't necessary for the whole trip and on top of that the rude staff make fun of you that you should have use your brain. This is their customer service.

Worst ever experience. Worst driver and pathetic owner. They are not giving any response for bus delay and cut the call without listening us. Bus was delayed by 1 hours. They dropped us from mount abu to aburoad at 7:30 o'clock and bus for ahmedabad arrived at 8:30 o'clock. Very disappointed from shrinathji travels.

Had to travel from Abu to Ahmedabad, not recommends by road, Shrinathji Travels is good i stored my bag to them for 3+ hrs.

Very bad experience with This agent. It gives a scooter on the ride and it was in very bad condition.Break not working and scooter not in right condition After this discussion the man start arguing with us and told why did u take and he asked full payment. Infact we can't use the scooter petrol return Fully then again he stated arguing.
