These guys have great facility but Doctors / Radiologists are just NOT available... the girls at reception keep on giving assurances that Doctor will turn up soon but all waste of time... one of my worst experience with apollo... Also, the reviews mentioned in other posts are doubtful since Neeraj Gulati is Centre Head of this clinic while Parmar is Blood collection agent of this clinic

All staff are good except availability of doctor. The doctor doesn’t keep up the appointment. Long waiting time due to unpunctuality of the doctor

Very good service and staffs are well behaved.

Worst experience ever in hospital/clinic. Waited for doctor for almost three hours. Staff was continuously lying about the arrival time of doctor. They don't care for for your precious time and make you wait for long hours. So my advice is to visit other hospital/clinic .

Great place, but they should offer WiFi too as few of the test are sent by email from my company, but there's no internet cafe near by, had really hard time looking for that. The stuff us very helpful, also they should keep mobile phone charging station, as people from outside city also visit and don't have any ways to communicate.
