Pathetic Experience. We called the Clinic at 8.30 for Showing our Kid. The person attending the phone said the Doctor has left and we need to Pay 1200 for Calling the Doctor. We agreed and left immediately. After reaching the Hospital we got to know that the Doctor was already there and had not left. Then the Doctor started displaying attitude and throwing tantrums saying *Where these guys waste time the whole day and come at this time* , I could not understand when we are paying excess why we have to hear the tantum. Then he did not even see my kid for 30 seconds and was telling several times that he had to leave and attend another patient who is in an emergency. And he left even before we could get a proper feel of being attended to. We paid the amount as per discussion, and since other patients were there we did not say anything at the clinic. Later from my Car, my wife called and asked , why were we misinformed . If the doctor was called for us, and we paid extra for emergency, why did he leave us for another customer and not even have a proper chat. The person over the phone started misbehaving using names, and talking as *Tuu* when we were asking everything in a polite way, using Aap. My question is if he was called for me, why was I not given proper attention, rather why I was thrown tantrums And If he has other emergencies, which he is free to choose, why was I charged for emergency, why was I misbehaved by the person attending the phone. 1200 is not a big thing, but cheating people is a Big Thing. Clinic is for Patients and if another patient was in an emergency, and I was optional then why I was charged Extra, Why I was cheated, Why I was not attended. We expect the Clinic Authority to Apologize, Refund and Ensure No One is Cheated in the name of Fake Emergency. A noble profession is used for blackmailing people, Pathetic.

My daughter got discharge today after 10 days of hospitalization at Sydney Hospital. My little daughter caught viral infection in brain and coz of fever she got Convulsion and we rushed at Sydney Hospital at midnight. Dr Pankaj Patel saved our daughter's life. He is always available at Hospital and also at Night he stays in Hospital only so all kids and their parents can sleep peacefully. Dr Pankaj Patel is very seniour and I can assure if any 1 is here for their kids in any emergency then they are in good hands.Staff at Sydney Hospital is also very cooperative and always available. Thanks Doctor, You are not less den God to parents like us.

One of the best children hospitals in Ahemdabad. The way Doctors make effort is so genial. Especially, Dr. Pankaj Patel who is trained from Australia and highly professional, much dedicated towards his patients. The facilities are amazing which help children to make them comfortable like they are at home.I would prefer this hospital not only because of their high qualified staff but also because of their economic fees structure. Try this hospital, you will definitely find excellent result.

We are consulting Dr Pankaj Patel since birth of my daughter. He is best doctor i would say and i recommend everyone for their child. Keeping review short i would say we are glad that we found him. Without giving problems to children, treat very well, I never saw such a down to earth person in my life. Kudos to Dr Pankaj sir. Person like him, I can say, doctors are God. We were referred Dr. Pankaj by our Gynaecologist while our baby was suffering from Jaundice on 3rd day of her birth. Dr. Pankaj, is amazing he explained every sign thing in great detail and also double checked on us to ensure we are on right track. He is 24x7 available and that was such a huge relief for us. The Hospital has NICU too. The staff at Sydney hospital is very polite and helpful. My expectations has been 10/10 as we received all guidance over the Phone too. In today’s time the doctor uses latest technology to mark your vaccination schedule and to book appointments. I highly recommend him.

Our daughter was little premature and has certain complications by birth. We were referred to Dr Pankaj Patel through a friend in circle. He not only diagnosed the issues correctly , but also attended it properly. It took almost five months to bring our child to stability and normalcy which included a surgery. All these time , the Dr and his team were very supportive and available to attend our all concerns. A very reliable and safe pair of hands for the child. We met Dr. Pankaj at a stage where we as parents were at our wits end with our daughter falling ill every 10 days since one year. She had been a perfectly healthy child before that and the frequency and degree of illness had got us worried. He cleared all our doubts patiently and himself suggested we run some tests which her previous doctor just refused every single time saying its normal for a kid to keep falling ill. Our 19mo boy was admitted for bronchitis and from the very get go we were relieved to see the efficiency of the team. Dr. Patel was available to hear our concerns and address them with knowledge at all times. The hospital staff was also very friendly and responsive. Our new born baby was diagnosed deodanal elevated bowel and was admitted to Sydney Neonatal and Pediatric hospital. Dr Pankaj sir and his team did the treatment to the best possible way with atmost due care of my 👶. At each stage of treatment Sir kept consulting us and apraising us abt the possible complications along with due care being adopted. On top of all Pankaj sir him self remains present at the hospital almost >18 hrs a day and continuesly monitor the kid and their trendings, vitals etc... With Pankaj sir's expert skills and knowledge the outcome was excellent and better than expected. We are so thankful to Pankaj sir and his entire team.
