There are very few people knows about this place. Only those who are nearby knows about this. This is nice and peaceful place to visit. You can go with your friends and family. Though you cannot enter inside of the caves as they have closed the entry by wall but yu can go to the door where are many paintings and the curved stones of cave. You can explore the surroundings go upstairs and spend some time. If you are in search of something new then this place is for you. Good peaceful place.

This place is located nearly about 14 km from Chotila, Rajkot. This place is known as Bhimora as Bhim one of the Pandavas during Mahabharat time stayed here. The historical Caves are been known to be connecting Junagadh from this place. The entrance or opening of the Caves is being closed by a brick walls but restoration of the entrance with Wall painting and carving has been preserved due to historical significance. The is a small school 🏫 for the local children nearby along with a stone πŸͺ¨ which is called Bhim ni rickshaw due to its magnificent shape. Also there is small kichen of Mata Kunti the mother of Pandavas and there is small stone where hand βœ‹ print and the thumb mark of Bhima can be seen. There is a nearby fort which has been destroyed but the greenery of surrounding & 🐦 birds chirping around is very soothing and serene atmosphere makes one's mind calm . An ancient place... For geology lovers.. really amazing place. To explore history of Mahabharata time Bhima, its amazing place and very old architecture is also good looking. Too good for photography. I really surprised and feel happy while seen its natural beauty...

Looks similar to Ellora caves. Ancient name Bhimpuri. There are rocks named Bhim ni kankri(very small stone of Bhim) and Bhim ni rickshaw. The place is now a residential school. Poorly maintained place. One can visit one more place nearby ,on top back of rock, which is place of one highly religious person named Audha bhagat who was worshiping Lord Shiva(Odheshwar Mahadev). That same Shiva temple is there and one can feel that it must be very old and lively place with positive energy. Audha bhagat was descended of Khachar family of local rulers. His samadhi is there just behind the temple. Audha bhagat was known for his kind blessings to pregnant ladies to have normal and smooth birth of baby with favourable outcome. There are many Paaliya or Khambhi(stones in memmories of those dedicated to warriors fall under the termΒ "Hero Stone") of other which has story regarding battles.

You can see the stone mountains all over the area. The beauty of this place makes it a unique one among all because it was a mesmerizing view of the village between the stone mountains surrounding it.

Very few people may aware about the place and even though less information available after reaching the place. First look it's attractive place but no guidance found by anyone resident here. So it's only on basis of perception, one still can visit this place. We just able to see painting on wall of caves and some of ruined structures of so called ancient construction nearby..... So needed more updation those who get more information about the place.
