Worst
hotel
staff.
Inspite
of
pre-booking
with
payment,
hotel
allotted
our
rooms
to
other
guests.
Our
check-in
was
delayed,
but
due
to
non
availability
of
direct
contact
no.
of
hotel,
we
couldn't
convey
them,
neither
hotel
contacted
us
back.
When
we're
there
for
check-in,
hotel
staff
denied
to
provide
the
rooms,
as
no
room
was
vacant.
I
produced
details
of
our
pre-booking,
still
they
denied
and
told
us
due
to
late
check-in,
they
have
allotted
rooms
to
other
guests.
This
way
of
treatment
is
highly
unacceptable.
Later,
we
thought
to
raise
a
complainant
against
hotel,
then
hotel
staff
asked
us
to
shift
to
another
hotel
for
few
hours
and
come
back
other
morning
to
same
hotel.
It
was
inconvenient
for
us
to
re-shift
the
hotel
due
to
huge
luggage
and
our
next
day
schedule.
This
was
highly
inconvenient
stay
in
oyo,
never
observed
before.
I
request
you
to
please
enquire
the
hotel
and
take
necessary
actions
against
the
hotel.
