Had a very bad experience rooms were not cleaned,staff behaviour very rude they all want is money they charged me 1200 for a room and but it was 300 worth it.asked them GST bill and till now they have not send me GST bill they only say GST applicable but when you want GST bill they say will send you on WhatsApp but they never send.

1. Entrance to hotel is horrible, the stairs are all filled with red color pan spit marks. 2. The housekeeping is worst, they charged me around 2k and didn't provide any toiletries. 3. They don't turn on the A/C unless we ask for it, they have a centralized key. 4. Rooms are very small, no where near to what they show on the images on google. 5. There was no water coming and arranged two buckets to take shower; which is worst. 6. They promised to provide a GST bill and collected the money. During checkout, they didn't even provide the bill. 7. Rooms are not cleaned daily and there was mountain of dust on fans. 8. Toilet rooms are not clean. 9. No breakfast provided, even though it was included in the stay. If you are planning to visit this hotel, please reconsider.

Worst hotel staff. Inspite of pre-booking with payment, hotel allotted our rooms to other guests. Our check-in was delayed, but due to non availability of direct contact no. of hotel, we couldn't convey them, neither hotel contacted us back. When we're there for check-in, hotel staff denied to provide the rooms, as no room was vacant. I produced details of our pre-booking, still they denied and told us due to late check-in, they have allotted rooms to other guests. This way of treatment is highly unacceptable. Later, we thought to raise a complainant against hotel, then hotel staff asked us to shift to another hotel for few hours and come back other morning to same hotel. It was inconvenient for us to re-shift the hotel due to huge luggage and our next day schedule. This was highly inconvenient stay in oyo, never observed before. I request you to please enquire the hotel and take necessary actions against the hotel.

Hotel is pathetic for stay, the rooms have no cross ventilation so are suffocating. I got my room on 21st evening instead of 12pm . The shower water of room no 205 flows over geyser switch which is life threatening. I am surprised how OYO got associated with this kind of hotel. No breakfast , no toiletries was given.

Worest service 3rd class management ... Staff not well behaving .... Washroom not properly clean not given extra item like towel soap nd all.... Dealy in chek in ... They knw about today is your booking but they allot room to another customer....

There is no option for negative or 0 rating. Cheaters!! I booked this with MMT, when we reached, they denied check in, they are saying they have not listed this property on online platform. They asked to pay directly for check in. A typical “couple” oyo hotel. How come they are not available online but showing on all websites, mmt, goibibo, oyo etc.

Located on the outskirts of Gandhinagar, the hotel was in pathetic condition. The cement was peeling off from the walls, there was a big hole in one of the wall, AC and TV were not working properly, wash basin drain was choked, some pipes were leaking, bathroom drain was also choked. The commode looked so dirty as if it had not been cleaned for ages. Even the bed hadn't been cleaned properly... I found a woman's hair on the mattress. All these problems were present and the staff couldn't provide a satisfactory solution for any of them.

Neet and clean rooms, owners behavior is very friendly

The room was not clean, the bathroom was stinking. For every small thing you need to tell the receptionist like for eg the main switch of the geyser is controlled by them so everytime I want to use it I need to tell them to switch on the main switch. It is not worth the money. I would highly recommend you to not stay at this place

The hotel from outside didn't made me impressed because of the location but after some thinking I got the point as it is situated in a local market which decreases the vibe but from the inside it's purely different with nice decorem maintained inside and a hallway the rooms were a little torn apart but adjustable as it felt like a family at the reception

the owner of this kajri hotel is literally bagging to customer(couples) to come inside to his hotel. the way of talking of this person is horrible. I suggest him to please do not come outside and beg.

Worst staff ever, I booked through goibibo, and when I went to check in, they denied it saying " we don't have this listed online" they're just misusing hotel booking platforms to get reach. When you go to check in they'll charge you more and ask u to pay 2000-2500/-.

Not at all satisfied with the property, don't go even you are single and don't go with family by mistake. Room is pathetic no service no cleanliness no food no hygiene Not a single reason to staying at this hotel

Worst experience! Worst management one can experience ever! Some greedy people have opened a hotel with some rooms that don't deserve even 1 star. Asked to wait for hours to check in though check in! We had booked and Paid via MMT for breakfast, but in the hotel no breakfast was given!

Worst hotel someone can ever find, neither the rooms are hygienic nor the staff is supportive, They have AC which never works, I would strongly suggest that one should never come here, hotel Vivan and royal mansion are far better than this at same rate

Very Bad Hotel. Illegal Construction Here. hence no Light and Water. No food service. No Water Service . No Change over of Towels and Bed Sheet.
