Now nice place to visit mall and cinema with family. New cinema located at top of building and nice city view from there. After long time its good place in middel of city

Such an amazing multiplex.... It has a huge screen,good sound quality, good seats💺, good and clean washroom services, air conditioning and even good quality food items to buy during the interval but the only problem is their prices are too high that's why I am rating 4 stars

Good atmosphere, a good sound system (perfect sound not too louder not too low), comfortable seatings and a big screen what else you need if you are a movie lover and want to hangout with friends or loved once. Best theatre in surendranagar 🤌

Theatre is good overall. Washroom is vey big and clean. But there is no water cooler. And they aren't selling small water bottle. This thing needs to be fixed.

Is the place in Surendranagar previously call the Mahalaxmi cinema. It is rebuilt and open with an massive 3 screen multiplex. We watched movie over here mostly as the price is reasonable and also the sound quality over here is great. The food is also available here and is delicious. The parking space is also available in the basement. The service and staff are polite in nature . Also the Osia hypermarket is being buit over there for the shopping purpose. All you need is available here. Chill and relax here shopping along with the movie. I recommend you to enjoy a movie over here along with your friends, girl friends, boyfriends, families etc..😅 Loved the place❤️

It's not ready still , so but yeah good vibes . When movie ends you have to take 4 floors stairs for basement as there is no lift for that so that is one miss point, sound quality is good and seats are so comfortable except one or two are broken

They did amazing work with all the decor for waiting area. 3 screens in total. Good and comfortable seat. Great sound quality. Need to improve the entrance area. Clean and well maintained.

Every where spit with pan masala, toilet and wash room very worst condition. Very less parking sens and no manner of people. Try to avoid this place.

Had an average experience. We can't drive car to the theater as they have the personal parking but that area is always filled with outside cars who just put their cars on the front of the parking area and even after telling the security they didn't help anything for that. Also the quality of the sound is average like in this price rate of (200-300) we are expecting to have a thriller experience but it just looks like watching a movie at home without any extra sound effects. Also staff is not maintaining atmosphere in the theater, anyone can just stand in front of the screen and also the seats are still we cannot adjust the seats so it's like we have to sit on a chair without moving for almost 3 hours. Hoped many things with the theater because of popularity and many stuffs but not satisfied with lack of things that they are providing.

Cinema hall seats were good, ambience was well but No cooling was there in first half, Also the food price was sky high compare to other theaters, People were just walking towards counter and leaving. I do live in Mumbai, Rajkot, Ahmedabad... And watch movies frequently.. but I never see this kind of imbalance. You can keep the price sky high but you need to bring that standard in food on other hand. people would pay for it definitely.

Rude behaviour, no return money by mistake to buy tickets , nothing adjust to coustomer , i also don't want to give her 1 star

ground staff is too rude and manner less. They are behaving with customers like all customers are lukhkhas. It was my first and last visit. Staff of Shiv miniplex and NY cinema is far far better.

Cinema is good. But untrained and unprofessional staff at lift and tickets counter. They insist for physical tickets at stair, befor entering Lift and waiting lounge but not befor entering screen/hall which pathetic if someone from your group is already reached in cinema hall and you are late. Also there is unconventional/ unmanaged parking.

It's really good, but brightness is some low, sound system is awesome
