Don't recommend amazing scans and would stay away from this place altogether. First, my appointment got changed and Issac was still late, understand these things happen but then there were multiple people he had scheduled all at once. My scan was so rushed and the place wasn't very clean or didn't look sanitised. The package I purchased to what I got was completely different and disappointing. Understand baby's positioning does affect imaging but these images were nothing like what was shown on their website the quality was so poor for the price they are charging and the amount of video and images I got was only a couple compared to 50 images and videos in the $180 package. I had to say 3x times how far along I was and repeat myself continuously. Also, made me pay in cash and had no receipt, blamed the efpos being down but it seems to be a running thing he says by other reviews. Completely disappointed in the experience and this service it was unprofessional and I don't think this person should be operating or is regulated. Note: I found it disturbing the owner Issac Lam is have family and friends write fake reviews and giving 5 stars. This place/person shouldn't be operating.

I will never come back here! Pregnancy should be exciting especially when finding out the gender of your baby but you just rushed everything and made it feel like it was not special. It was very unprofessional and felt no concern for clients. I ended up going into another service to make sure I got the right gender as my scans were horrible and couldn't figure out what it is and happy to say I got a better treatment than I got with these people. So technically I ended up spending more money than I want. If I could put no star in here at all, I would.

Would not recommend, we were fooled by google reviews. I don’t normally leave reviews but this time I had to as this is very serious matter. No professionalism at all, you would need someone who really is a healthcare provider and open to assist patients professionally. This place is open only for business only not concerned for anything else. We booked for Deer park but we were forced to attend Mount Waverley, there were no other patients but we still felt the urgency to leave ASAP. No invoices, no medicare claims, cash only, no email comms, images/scans provided via USB stick.(if you know what I mean).

Worst place to go! This person makes me Pay in cash for an appointment less than 5 minutes. Horrible service customer. He was in a hurry to check many people more and didn’t take a good quality photos! I called again because I saw he offered to do it again when the photos are not good to other mums and he asked me to pay again in cash! Is this place regulated? I don’t recommend to anyone! I didn’t read before the bad experience of other mums… we lost our money and the Doctor was so rude.

Was extremely disappointed with my experience. Had read all the reviews about patience for good photos and wonderful experiences and was so excited. However i arrived and the set up and service did not feel professional at all. My baby wasnt in position and my tummy was shook uncomfortably hard trying to move her and when that didn't work some shots I wasn't happy with at all given to me and rushed out. I understand the appointments are short but for the amount of money people pay for these experiences I expected to have one photo to show for it. I walked away more concerned for my baby then i did if i never had the appointment.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DEER PARK CENTER. We first booked and were asked to re book. Then on the day of the appointment we got asked to change times or move day completely again. Then we get to the appointment and he failed to bring the probe to do the actual scan and asked us to drive a further hour & a half away to go to a different clinic(after already driving an hour to have it done) so we asked for a refund. But it’s the same person who does it.

Great experience with Issac! He is very professional and was also very patient with us. Me and my partner booked for 5D scan, but our son wasn’t turned in a good position. Other overpriced places would have rebook for us or take few photos, still charge us and maybe tell us to come next time. Instead, Issac waited, told me to go for a walk, to drink water and do little bit of exercises. His equipment was very advanced, I haven’t even seen one like that in the hospital. Great prices for that service! Definitely recommend.

Amazing service. I have used this service for both my babies now and would highly recommend. very professional and best way to get hubby to see our precious angel as our hospital have a strict no partner policy. The picture quality is 1000x better than any hospital scanning place.

After paying for the scan with our referral handed over, we were told our doctor would have the results within 3 days. Its now been 10 days, with ourselves having to chase up results twice along with our doctor and the clinic, only to be told that they have no record of our referral and can we resend the referral to get the required results for our first midwife appointment. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Definitely my go to scan place he takes his time and makes sure you get the best photos and clearest couldn’t be more appreciative of the photos we got!!!

Isaac is amazing guy and did his job really well… at first I was hesitate to come especially seeing some of the bad reviews here … in fact , those bad reviews are inaccurate . My family and I received excellent service and a very professional attitude from Isaac . The report was received on time. We got incredible 5D image quality , and being told gender this early and accurately . This is only place in Melbourne can tell gender with such high accuracy and at this early . Well done , Isaac, you did an excellent job and just do what is right , market will value how exceptional and unique your service is .

Had both of my baby’s scans here, very reliable especially with checking the gender and images are clearer compared to other radiology where I had some ultrasound done as well. Worth every money and you don’t need to wait long for your appointment. Will definitely come back for sure.

I wish I’d just paid the extra $20 to call this a reassurance scan rather than my dating scan. The experience was very fast but I received the information I was after, a heartbeat and reassurance. My GP didn’t have the results sent to them 10 days later, but once I called it was faxed through within minutes. The information on the report was different to what was advised in person - 5 days different for the dating. My GP sent me for a dating scan elsewhere. It also felt unprofessional being asked to pay cash in the room, no receipt and the sonographer pocketed it. I’d personally use this service for reassurance or for the 5D images later in pregnancy, but not for medical scans. My husband felt that the first scan experience of our baby was taken away from us, we were in and out in under 5 minutes. - Aimee H

Amazing service and experience with my baby's 5D scan. Issac was extremely patient and captured a lot of great 5D photos of my baby's face and limbs. Not only this place provided extremely clear photos, I was also grateful to receive my baby's general measurements which really reassured us that my baby is doing well. Highly recommended the Amazing scan. Thank you for the wonderful experience. 👍

And another post on my other account as there was not even an offer to fix thanks for the bad experience mate. My wife had a 2D to 5D scan done to find out the gender, she has previously used them before 6 years ago, this time tho the 2D scan was very novice, the 5 D scan showed nothing, funny enough the sonographer could apparently tell her everything in the chaotic scans that are not 1 object apparently they could tell. Needless to say my wife since the last scan does work in agr care with multiple nurses dr and funny enough sonographers, she has asked the drs and other sonographers that are close friends and lead with the same thing, [ 2 D scan is good and well placed bit nothing is in the 5 D no baby no head they are unsure how this sonographer from amazing scans could in detail explain the pictures to my wif3 and mother inlaw as well as couldn't understand how he could figure the gender of our new Bubba. My wife wanted to go to the ombudsman straight away but I declined her too as we are not drs or sonographers but since then we have had 3 drs and 4 sonographers confirm what she believed so I think we will go ahead with this, as during the scan nothing was said to the location of bubba of to the difficulty of this. As soon as my wife questioned it she was shut down with the baby was not sitting right and this made it difficult. Considering we have paid for a product we did not receive which is confirmed by drs and other sonographers I believe we now need to take it further. I would never recommend or use this baby scanning service again.

Very disappointed! I had a early gender scan done back in 2018 and was amazed at the quality and clarity of the photos and videos, this time around I had booked in for an appointment in November I was waiting around for a hour past my appointment time it was also a hot day to be waiting around outside for a hour ! Once I got in the room it was done in like 2 minutes, I chose to pay for a usb with photos on it and you can't even make out its a picture of a baby! It was so rushed as the person was so late and had multiple other women waiting also, hence why all my photos were so blurry and not even 1 of the videos on my usb work it keeps saying they are corrupted. Very disappointing.
