Absolutely appalling support from Dr Eileen Yap. Flat out refused to assist my partner with a Mental Health Care Plan to link up to a psychologist - even though he made an in person appointment specifically to receive one. Her reasoning was ‘I’m not your usual GP, how do I know if you’re answering truthfully to the questionnaire?’ Absolutely appalling treatment with blatant disregard and disrespect for the importance of mental health and access to treatment. Just another practice who is happy to take money and not put any attention or care into the individual patients. Don’t bother with this place, no matter how desperate you are

Love this place!! I’ve been coming here on and off for a few years and seen different people when injuries and niggles pop up. Lisa is amazing at remedial massage! She is SO knowledgeable and provides expert opinions, advice and treatment. She’s an absolute legend! Her knowledge of human anatomy is vast and impressive. If you want expert treatment, reclaim health will not disappoint!

Save your money - avoid this clinic if there is another holistic GP in your area. Doctor Yap was extremely unprofessional, and the entire consult felt rushed - despite the fact that I had booked for the full health check. An already highly unpleasant experience finished off with the doctor talking loudly about me to the receptionist - having thought I’d left the clinic when I was still in the waiting room. Embarrassing, unprofessional and expensive. Give the GP consults a miss.

Re Claim health is the only practice I will visit. Dr Tyson Aldenhoven, has helped me maintain the best physical condition possible. He is highly skilled and super professional including all of his staff, as well as that the current space beautifully designed! I only recommend Reclaim health!
