I visited Pakenham Optical this morning and had the best experience. The optometrist was fabulous and the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and took as much time as necessary helping me choose my frames. I also had a bit of a laugh along the way. I would definitely come back again.

So happy with my new glasses. Mary the Optometrist is absolutely amazing. Such a lovely lady and listens to what you say. She really knows her job very well. The ladies at the front helped me to choose lovely frames and were very honest what suited me and what didn't. Cannot fault Pakenham Optical.

Mary, the Optometrist I saw was great, she explained everything she was about to do and the results of her tests. The two Reception Ladies were terrific and very helpful in finding me new frames that I like and will suit me. Highly recommend.

Great staff, great customer service and so nice to feel like you are not being rushed out the door. Nothing was to much trouble.

I took a pair of glasses in which I had purchased online and didn't fit me. The wonderful lady who greeted me fitted them to my face free of charge and I'm now able to wear them! I will definitely be going to Pakenham Optical for my next pair of glasses 🤓!!

Never have I had the pleasure to review a service higher than Pakenham Optical. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Tracey and Sarah who informed me of the pensioner scheme to Mahi who did my eye test and the other lady (sorry I forgot your name) I was completely lost, as I had lost my glasses and I couldn't get around without hanging on to my daughter, I was in a bad way. Anyway my appointment was the next day at 2pm, within 34 mins, I had my test I was told to go and have a coffee, holding on to my daughter we wandered off, had a quick look in a local shop when we got the call to inform me, my glasses were ready to pick up, because of the scheme which Tracey was happy to tell me about, so $40 and 34 mins I had a new pair of glasses. Sarah made them up in record time. If I could give more stars I'd give them. Thank you all so much

Went to get a eye test and two glasses with a difficult prescription less than 2 weeks before travelling overseas. First came back and was perfect. The second, the laboratory had scratched one of the lenses. Pak. Optical rang them to put a rush on it. Glasses came next day, also perfect. Specsavers had been unable to fit my specialist prescription a few years ago after 2 attempts and refunded me my money. I cannot speak highly enough of the professional and helpful people at Pakenham Optical.
