This place is an absolute gem of a find on the Gold Coast and I highly recommend!! Right from the moment I walked through the doors for my initial consultation, I was immediately met with the friendliest lady at reception who was so helpful and made me feel super welcome and comfortable. She booked me in with their nurse Mel for a consultation and I had so many questions as I was quite nervous, but Mel made me very confident and comfortable and in very safe hands so I excitedly decide to go ahead and have my lips done. To say I am happy with them is an understatement!! I absolutely love them!! The after care follow up calls were such a nice professional, supportive touch too and I’ve already booked in to have my next treatment, a “vampire facial” which is something that I’ve also wanted to have for a long time aswell.

I had a facial for the first time today at Niz and it was absolutely amazing! Honestly the best facial I have ever had. The staff are super friendly and don't rush you through the process. The products they use are lovely and I loved the massage chair 😍

Wow, I was literally blown away by the level of not only service but care delivered by Melissa, based around my high anxiety. She was warm, educated me every step- yes every step- of the way through my procedures and had an extremely reassuring personality, I finally feel that I've found a longterm based clinic that actually cares. She took a lot of time explaining my option and listened to what I was trying to achieve, she’s was honest and confident in giving me realistic expectations, transparent about what I would need in the future unlike a lot of places that are happy to take your money and do whatever you ask even if it’s not going to work😅 she truly goes above and beyond, on top of all of that she is very gentle, I had no bruising and hardly any swelling, I honestly couldn’t be any happier with the over all experience and I’m exited to continue to go back. Highly recommend all services at NiZ, ranging from facials to injectables. I have been a patient for the last year and can see great improvements. Dr Anwar and Melissa both have a wonderful eye for aesthetics and I’m very happy with my results.

There is no waiting time as long as you come to your prebooked exact appointment. At Niz, I went to dr. Anwar to do skin care and PRP treatment. He is one of the best skin professionals I have met. I was so satisfied with my results that I booked my next session within a week. He explains the procedure with such patience that all our doubts and fears are cleared. And they offer lots of promo 😘. I ended up grabbing additional treatments and on all occasion the staff was very organized and on time. Service was really amazing, and all the staff were very professional with their treatment, they all really help and answer any question you have.

I discovered this place by accident, but what a great one! From the moment you enter the doors you are greeted with a friendly welcome and a view of a clean and fresh salon. I was entered into the guest room where I was offered a water and rested on the massage bed for 10 minutes. The massage bed was the best I've ever been on ( comparable to an actual massage!) The knowledge and care I was provided was a 10/10 , I was educated on absolutely everything down to compared brands. I cannot wait to come back in two weeks time, thank you for my treatment today. Highly recommend !
