This place is great! Went on a super fun kayak tour. It was a beautiful day out, we saw dolphins and turtles. The guides were all amazing. It was easy to book and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

Did a 6:30am Sunrise tour with 3 other friends, there were some 20+ odd people in our group, from all age-ranges and we just had a fantastic time. Pete kept things interesting with facts and countless jokes, involved everyone and ensured we understood the salient points for keeping safe, and the wildlife safe as well. The other guides were always about as well (Bo, Aaron etc), and the whole thing just ran so smoothly yet remained flexible to maximise our opportunities at seeing dolphins in particular. Good cardio & body workout; connecting with nature and the bonus of seeing wildlife as dolphins under the guidance of Go Sea Kayak - made it a very special morning!

Awesome experience! We got to see quite a number of dolphins up close during our afternoon tour! Guides were friendly and knowledgable as they shared about the history and culture of Byron Bay, the dolphins and nearby landscape. And they help to take lots of photos too! Definitely a worthwhile experience!

Kayaking in the ocean with waves and waterlife around you - yes please!!! Had the best time kayaking and it was a super fun experience - we were surrounded by dolphins (and whales!!!) which was incredible. My personal favourite part of the adventure was riding the waves in the kayaks. Had never done it before and it surely gave me an adrenaline boost. The staff was amazing and super helpful and friendly and I actually got to chat to some of them quite a bit which was great. We even had a dip in the middle of the ocean! Such a thrill and would highly recommend it!

Awesome whale/dolphins/turtle watching experience. If you like getting physical and up close to nature this is for you! The guides are all amazing people, very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Would definitely do it all over again.

This dolphin kayak is amazing and such good value for money!! The instructors were super nice and we were on the sea for a good few hours too. We saw dolphins and turtles and also got to swim at some points which was lovely. Incredible views of Byron and the lighthouse - would definitely recommend!!

12 girls attended for my 40th birthday. Was a brilliant tour, highly recommend! We saw dolphins come up very close to the kayaks too. Big shout out to Colin for taking care of me being a bit nervous and feeling very I’ll from a big night, chauffeured me around on the Kayak like the queen!

I had the most amazing time on the 9.30am kayak tour with an incredible team of highly experienced, energetic and friendly guides. They were all super informative and made us all feel very at ease throughout the tour. I love the passion they all have for the ocean and the sealife, it makes the whole experience even more incredible. We saw dolphins and turtles maybe 10m away from our kayak and it was absolutely magical. I highly recommend this tour as everything about it for me was spot on. I hope to do it again some day on my travels back up the east coast.

Ed and Daisy were an absolutely fantastic duo. Thoroughly enjoyed my time with them on the Brunswick Heads river tour, which I attended with my wife and daughter. They were informative throughout the tour without being boring and safety and first nations were top of mind. Will definitely come back again and will also rebook the Byron Bay dolphin kayak tour, as again with safety front of mind, my booked tour was cancelled, but with quick refund or rebooking option. I really appreciate their view on safety of customers and staff over the almighty $$$. Please support this local Byron Bay business. Value for money and a great work out to boot.

What an amazing tour! We had the best morning out with Go Sea Kayak. All of the crew were super knowledgeable and friendly which made the trip even more enjoyable. We not only seen many pods of dolphins but also a sea turtle. It was such an incredible experience, especially seeing the dolphins so close up. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely incredible! What an experience 🌊 The team at Go Sea Kayak are such legends! Caring, funny, truly passionate and love what they do. Unlike all the other activities I had booked, it didn't felt rushed, touristy and money orientated. A great local business to support, and an afternoon to remember. The dolphins came to say hi and the guides were full of facts about the original land owners. A great vibe all round. Highly recommend ✨✨✨

Went on their experience over the weekend. It was amazing!! Saw plenty of dolphins and whales (wish they came a little closer). It was a fantastic experience, guides are fun and totally worth the $89 price tag. 100% recommend.... never knew i could ride a wave on a kayak

The trip was so peaceful and being out there in the sea was perfect to forget about all everyday trouble and just feel connected to the nature. We’ve “only” seen one see turtle but for me, the wildlife was not the only reason for the trip. You can’t force the animals to be where you want them to be at every time of the day, but even knowing that you’re out there with them gives you the feeling of being part of something big.

Had the most fantastic sea kayaking experience on Christmas Eve morning with our family. We decided to enjoy a local staycation experience! The main tour guide Luke was especially brilliant. He had perfect combination of humour and lots of great information about Byron marine habitat and knowledge of the local marine life. We were privileged to enjoy multiple dolphin pods swimming very close to us. The water temperature was perfect. The rest of the guide team took such great care of us. Highly recommend.

I had great fun on the dolphin kayak tour! We saw 5 or 6 dolphins within the first 10 minutes. The main Tour Guide, Pete, was very relaxed and full of knowledge about the area, the animals and the sea. I felt very safe with him on the tour. He made everyone, even the nervous kayakers, feel very comfortable. The only downside to this tour was despite travelling with a friend, we were split up and told to Kayak with Tour Staff as they needed our boat as an extra boat on the beach. I didn’t mind being split up, but the staff member I was put with didn’t help paddle the kayak at all, which meant I was struggling to keep up with the group. Also, when Pete was giving us information, I couldn’t hear him as the staff member I was kayaking with would laugh and joke with the other members of staff at these times. I felt this really took away from the experience and was disappointing. Despite this, I really recommend this tour for everyone in Byron! It’s a wonderful way the experience the sea and a great opportunity to spot dolphins!

We had our first sea kayaking adventure as a family in Byron last week. Easy to say it was amazing! Doug was great with my 5year old daughter who had the best time! I was slightly nervous but the team made me feel comfortable and were very good with all of my kids. They were so knowledgeable and really try to get you to just enjoy and take in the beautiful bay! We would definitely go again and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to try kayaking in Byron Bay.

A great experience even though it was a tad cloudy. We saw a pod of dolphins and a turtle and the guides were great at talking about the wildlife in the area and answering questions.

Amazing day with great tour guides. Knew exactly where to take us to see as much as possible “dolphins & whales” up close. Tour guides were super friendly and knowledgeable. Also super caring when it come to people getting sea sick. Offered to take people back early etc.

Wow, best tour ever. I will definitely add this to my next trip to Byron. Every care and attention to detail was taken by the guides in keeping the very large group safe. We saw and heard the whales, what an experience. The education that came with this tour was fantastic and love the passion of our guide Dougie. A huge loggerhead turtle, whales, including a baby and the birds overhead, blue sky and fairly calm waters had me smiling from ear to ear. Our team went on the sunrise Kayak session and it was out of this world. We saw wales nearly close enough to touch as they swam under our kayaks! also so many dolphins one even jumped in front of one of our Kayaks 30cm away. Was the most magical morning. The guides were so lovely and I was feeling quite sea sick and they helped me so much and even gave me tips and tricks to make myself feel better. They were very comforting and would highly recommend it! perfect for team building groups or even just partners
