Fabulous place to stay. Stayed at the end of August and found our apartment exceeded all expectations - very spacious and comfortable. Great value for money. Close to all attractions and local shopping centres including Harbour Town only 5 mins away by car. Grounds beautifully maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to have a newly renovated bathroom with one of the best showers I have ever had. Will be staying there again next time we are on the Gold Coast.

I would not stay here. We lasted 3 days. The apartment was dirty, surfaces were sticky and not cleaned properly. Air con remote didnt work as no batteries. 2 frying pans were not able to be used as burnt food not cleaned off. Found dirty dishes among clean. Elements on the induction cooktop didnt work No one to meet you on arrival and we got no info on anything. Werent told that the spa was broken.range hood wasnt even conected. The apartment was very dark and not inviting at all. Waste of good money.

Good location and grounds were lovely. Unfortunately let down by virtually non-existant cleaning. The weekly room service consisted of bed linen and towels change. Bathrooms weren't cleaned and rooms were left thick of dust. This was our second visit, possibly our last.

Not disability friendly, at all. My dad was aching by the end of it from all of the stairs. someone had been parked in our only car space for 2 of our 3 days here and no one was doing anything about it. Apartments are in desperate need of a renovation, wasn't very clean either. Little hand prints on glass doors, the TV and the coffee table. Drawing on the carpets and blue paint on the lounge.. Won't be returning.

These apartments are in a good location and close to my work and they have alot of space for families. The rooms are very standard in quality and 6/10 time there was no one at reception which made it confusing when I got here to check in. It worth the low rate :) Over all a fine experience.

Awesome managers we have 3 kids and we felt comfortable in and around our unit. Affordable and still very handy location to all theme parks and local attractions. Thanks Bayview Apartments😄

Apartment only had an 80 liter water heater so I had to have a luke warm shower after running the half marathon. Place was clean, but housekeeping was a bit lacking in the sense that one of the bulbs was blown and the TV remote batteries were flat.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. He gave us a great and simple explanation on some stuff we asked about. Room was also preety good, really spacious and it had good appliances.

Booked here by mistake thinking it was Bayview Waters Apartments (where I usually stay)! Thegrounds are well kept and the pool area is gorgeous. The little cove the building looks over has a lovely atmosphere. The units are big and ours had a good view, but it was filthy. The sticky surfaces and grubby walls were really disappointing (and disgusting). The staff were really nice and its a shame because this place could be nice. For now I'll stick with Bayview Waters down the road though.
