Our adventure at the rage cage smash room was nothing short of spectacular. It exceeded all our expectations by a mile. We emerged from the session sweaty, tired, and wearing big grins. Without a doubt, we'll be returning for more. Major kudos to Jess, the operations manager, whose dedication to guest satisfaction was truly exceptional. Her personal touch made all the difference. If you're planning to visit, I strongly recommend giving them a call to book your slot, especially for weekend afternoons. You won't want to miss this!

The lady who booked us in on the day was so rude and unprofessional, swearing and fat shaming the other staff in front of our young kids. They stuffed up our booking and weren’t prepared to help and kept making out it was our fault. The incompetence was quite confronting. They overcharged us for 5 sessions and also tried to then overcharge us for the additional add ons, getting stroppy when questions about it. Do not recommend, unless you like to waste your money and don’t mind being ripped off.

Ah, splendid! My recent foray into the world of the smashing room was nothing short of a delightful escapade! I dare say, it merits a perfect score of 10 out of 10, smashing, isn't it? This smashing endeavor provided a most therapeutic release, my dear friends. A veritable balm for the soul! The safety measures were top-notch, ensuring that even a daring explorer like myself remained unscathed. And oh, the assortment of items to be smashed! From glassware to electronic contraptions, it was a treasure trove of destruction. Customization options abounded, accommodating various tastes and purses, quite considerate, I must say. The staff, what a splendid lot! They guided me through the smashing process with enthusiasm and expertise. The symphony of sounds produced by shattering glass and splintering wood was akin to the calls of exotic creatures in the wild, a true auditory delight! Environmental concerns were not forgotten, as they responsibly managed the aftermath of our smashing endeavors. In times of vexation, this smashing activity proved to be an impeccable tonic for one's frayed nerves. Sharing this smashing experience with one's chums and kinfolk was an absolute hoot, fostering camaraderie and merriment! In conclusion, this smashing room experience left me grinning from ear to ear. It's a memory I shall treasure, my friends, and I wholeheartedly endorse it with a resounding "Smashing!"

Ours did a session at the Rage Cage today!! They tossed plates, wacked wine bottles and smashed drinking glasses like they were free!! 😂 Finished off with a giant vase and colour jar and walked out smilin'!! Highly recommend!!

Dear Matt and team, I just wanted to thank you and the incredible team at Hillcrest for the truly amazing experience that my daughter and her friends had at Rage Cage Smash Rooms today. I was unsure of what to expect, and coordinating a group of teenagers was a lot like herding cats, so it was very much a “wild card” experience. But the staff at Hillcrest welcomed us with a warm, relaxed manner and got the kids sorted quickly and effortlessly. And then ….. well, after a short “warm up” and shaking off their inhibitions, the kids let loose. They smashed, they screamed, they laughed. In short they had a deep and memorable experience. When I drove them to dinner afterward, the conversation was electric. They loved every minute of it. Thank you for having us and making my daughters 16th birthday with her friends so memorable.

I AM COMING BACK BC THAT **** WAS WHAT I NEEDED. I got the double trouble pack with my best friend and we bought a microwave and beat it to pieces. I needed this more than anything and the staff were incredible. The smash art was cool but I don't think it was worth the 59 dollars. However the experience was one I will not forget and I am definitely coming back.

Worst place i have ever been. I went there in regards to self harm and purchased their, “therapy pack”. A keyboard, a jar of colours, two jars and few other items were supplied. This is the worst idea ever and the fact it cost 69 dollars is horrendous. Therapy sessions aren’t provided by a professional therapist, just someone who studied it a little in school 10+ years ago. They have horrible attitudes and the owner jokes about toilets being monitored by video cameras. However, despite this, Jacinta, Jess and Xander were absolutely fabulous. Beautiful people and phenomenal staff. They are such hard workers

My husband surprised me for mothers day with the smash room and my 8 year old ended up sweet talking his way into a turn and we both had a ball!! Thankyou Lou who was such a fun bubbly person!

What a great experience. Staff were so friendly and helpful and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule. Purchased the family pack for Mothers Day. Heaps of stuff to SMASH! Great family fun, took our time, and didn't feel rushed. Colour bombs were fun. Just wish we bought a bigger one, too. We have told all our family and friends and will be back. Thanks

Great place to experience for sure. Had lots of fun acting on those intrusive thoughts you have and throwing plates at the wall! It is a little expensive but you can see the upkeep it would need so it's understandable 😊 Would definitely go back.

I went today with my friend to let off some uni steam. The lovely lady at the desk (I think they were in a grey shirt?) was awesome and helped direct us to get ready safely, and throughout the experience helped my friend and I choose extra bits to smash like a PC monitor. On a personal level, it's a bit intimidating at first because they play loud rock/heavy metal? Music (which makes sense lol, there are people screaming and smashing stuff, it goes well with the atmosphere). My friend and I went during the heat wave as well so it was difficult to breathe occasionally and felt VERY sticky because unfortunately there isn't any aircon. In saying that, I think all of that really adds to the experience of destruction and "sweating out" anxiety and anger that's been accumulating, and I forgot about the stickiness and music once I got into the swing of things. If you were like me and just needed something to take a beating, but still wanted something satisfying to destroy, 10/10 recommend a PC monitor. My friend really liked plates and glasses because of the satisfaction of the break. Overall, it's a fantastic experience and gives you one heck of a workout with the sledge hammers, and though this is definitely NOT a long term replacement for therapy, I'll definitely visit again 👌

Amazing experience- very safe for all, customer service is beyond great, the ladies are lovely - the owner is absolutely charming and funny - so much to choose from and exceptional value - you definitely get what you pay for - great to vent and have fun and let it all out - we will back very soon - what a great birthday gift for my daughter 💚

The room itself was great but the customer service was shocking. We grabbed a few extra plates not realising we weren’t supposed to & instead of letting us know we actually weren’t allowed to, a shorter lady with dark hair approached us and immediately accused us of stealing. We were obviously very apologetic and offered to pay extra but she was very insistent that we were stealing and actually brought us to tears. Her colleague came out afterwards and apologised for that behaviour but it definitely left a nasty taste in our mouths. This same lady had another customer on speaker so about 10 people in the reception area heard his entire card details!! She should not be in customer service.

Rage Cage Smash Rooms is a perfect birthday present. My partner absolutely loved it, I don't think I've ever seen him so happy. Our experience today was made even better by Lou, who was awesome. We can't wait to go back.

Such a cathartic and fun experience! Got to smash an Xbox from all that pent up gamer rage. Great price for a couple session and lovely, friendly staff

This was an awesome experience, no allotted time period per session, staff are friendly. We booked and was pretty quick to go in. They have heaps of extras you can pay for after, pretty wide sizing for ppe, cold drinks to buy on-site👌👌

My partner and I met with Jess for the Guided Smash Therapy. Jess was so wonderfully thoughtful and understanding to our neurodivergent brains that we felt so comfortable and safe. She has such a skill for setting up a good mix of talking and smashing to help find that inner balance and comfort. 10/10 would recommend and am so so happy to see such a wonderful other ND soul being able to hyperfocus on great work that they are so passionate about. 🥰
