The lovely staff have been pampering me for years and I always feel like I don’t want to leave!

I had the most amazing time today at the lash spa. What a cute environment, and felt pampered from reception to the lash room. Tea, chocolate, complimentary massage and foot spa. Wow! I felt like it couldn’t get any better and when Jemma called me to the appointment room I had more complimentary little gifts, another drink and well, it was so relaxing having hand massage, the ambient music, comfy blanket, that I fell asleep. I am in love. Amazing and worth the money.

This place had me at hello 🫶🏻 It is absolutely stunning and all the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Definitely a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the world and get pampered for a while. I love my lashes and all the little extras you get each visit 💕

I have never had lashes, so was a bit (lot) nervous that I wouldn’t like them. I LOVE them. They look so natural and the experience at lash spa was above and beyond what I expected and so relaxing. Definitely recommend spoiling yourself here!

I had high expectations for my first time visiting the Lash Spa and was looking forward to a couple of hours treating myself and I can honestly say the experience was even better than I’d imagined! Everyone was so friendly and the eyelash application was so relaxing (which is not the experience I’d had at other places previously)! A real sanctuary I LOVE it! Today was my first time at The Lash Spa in Varsity Lakes, and oh my! The whole experience of attending this salon is top tier and I would recommend to anyone! My lashes look amazing and my lash technician took the time to listen and hear what I really want. From the moment you walk in the door you feel pampered, cared for and catered to. The staff are so professional and personable, going above and beyond for their clients. The services are impeccable and thoughtful, with huge amounts of attention to detail throughout. I cannot wait to go back!

My experience at The Lash Spa has to be hands down the best experience in customer service I’ve ever had!!! From the reception staff through to my lovely eyelash technician. I felt so comfortable and well looked after. I love my eyelash extensions and having them done was a breeze, so gentle and it didn’t take long at all. Honestly one of the most relaxing experiences I've had getting my lashes done. The staff were incredible, and during my appointment someone came in to give me a hand massage. Can you get any better than that? Also sent home with a lash cleaner. Can't recommend them enough

Best experience, Keah gave really good advice and was super lovely! So happy with my lashes. First time getting them lifted/tinted and I am pretty sure I am hooked! Now I look like I actually have lashes :) also bought a great brow product. The whole experience was super pampering and relaxing - plus the complimentary hand massage was so good. Despite the luxurious service, I found their pricing to be extremely affordable! As for the results - they were nothing short of perfect. My lashes look absolutely beautiful. I can confidently say that Melbourne doesn't house an experience parallel to what Lash Spa offers. I'm thrilled with my results and will certainly be returning. Highly recommended!

I always have a wonderful experience here. I have been searching for another lash extension business closer to home that matches The Lash Spa but nothing comes close. Every single employee is wonderful. I had arrived too early and instead of getting flustered and annoyed, they simply fixed the issue without a fuss. Then they sent me down the road for breakfast and a coffee and I came back ready for a good lash nap! I met with Sia today and she did a fantastic job, she genuinely listened to what I wanted and she delivered exactly what she said. I became a tiny bit cold towards the end but that did not ruin my experience whatsoever. I am kicking myself for not buying something to take home as a souvenir! I was even treated to a foot spa which I wasn't expecting, and although I do miss seeing the phone booth in reception the decor is absolutely gorgeous. I will always fit in a visit to The Lash Spa whenever I am in town.

I highly recommended The Lash Spa if you’re looking for a high-end, beautifully decorated lash location. The team is friendly and welcoming and they make your experience exceptional from start to finish. As a new customer, I was treated to a wonderful massage and offered treats and drinks in their stylish wellness area. I had a lash tint and brow lamination by Carly and will definitely be back soon.

It was my first lash experience ever and I am immediately hooked. This was such an indulgent experience and I am so pleased. Today I was pampered and came out of the appointment looking fabulous. I loved the experience and added little freebies. It feels like a luxury spa, not a standard beauty salon. This is an amazing experience and highly recommended to anyone.
