This has to be one of the nicest apartments we ever stayed in. It was huge with beautiful views, spotless clean, and beautiful bbq, spa area upstairs. I didn't want to leave The price for what we got was excellent. If yure reading this book these apartments. . You'll be delighted.

Accommodation was very nice and modern, views were great and short walk to Cavill Ave. Manager agreed to lesser deposit bond as we had three rooms. A month on from checkout and they are yet to release deposit back to us despite contacting them over a week ago about it. Promised it would be released that day, yet to have it released. Lady on reception answered a call about the same issue while I was checking in and told the caller it would be released within two weeks of checkout

Spacious apartments 5 minute walk from Cavil Ave and great value for the price. The rooms were clean however a spring clean maybe required soon. The apartments were very spacious and minimalist in design. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

The rooms are ok clean, although one of our friend said it is pretty dusty, but the view is very good, the customer service pretty bad, they only response whenever related to money, also is related to money to them, when I asked for refund of deposit they will never responded. Other than that, if U ask them anything, they will just ignore you. We stayed for 4 days, only 1 extra rubbish bag, 1 dish washing powder 1 washing powder..... Also our aircon is super smelly.... Moreover, their shower screen is not working at all. Water in the whole bathroom.....

Had a wonderful time spent at Peninsular Residences in Gold Coast. The room was nice and clean and I loved seeing the views from the apartment and I enjoyed swimming in the Spa and seeing lots of views of Gold Coast while we were up there. Next time I would like to stay in a higher level room because I wasn't able to see much views of Gold Coast from my room. I would love to visit Gold Coast again in the near future.

We absolutely LOVED this suite hotel. Clean, spacious and located in the heart of this beautiful city. Within walking distance of everything.

The cleaners barged into the room at 7.30 Sunday without knocking and woke us up , the stove was greasy and the shower mouldy and the number to contact for anything doesn’t respond - terrible stay

Very basic accommodation very hefty price would not recommend sub par rooms
