This visit was AWESOME! The rooms were HUGE! There was a huge apartment, with great views of the beach, and the mountains behind - there was also very comfortable beds and good TVs with a nice selection of channels. There is only one thing that wasn't very great for me and that was the WiFi, which never actually fully worked in our room. I was having to use my mobile data most of the time, although the TV seemed to (eventually) work with the WiFi. The pool and spas were very nice! The pool wasn't as warm as I hoped, but beggars can't be choosers. It was a quick walk to the oasis, and there was a easy access to a garbage shoot! Another downside though was the construction right outside, they always started at 6-7am (even though I was up by then) it was quite loud, although I can reccomend and will definitely come back!

I have come here for the past 8 years and it is fantastic, starting from their entertaining games room all the way to a brilliant night put by the pool/spa. Every time I come here with the family we are brought together as one. The location is amazing, a nice walk from the hotel to the beach and short tram ride to central surfers paradise. View is great and is a highly recommended place.

Great place. We would come here when the kids were small, it was a great place. After many years, I decided to come back and wasn't disappointed. Frendly staff and helpful. This has a great pool and BBQ area in plenty of space. We had a 3 bedroom apartment it was very spacious and clean. It's walking distance to Broadbeach and great restaurants. Close to the beach ⛱️ 😎 a good walking tracks. Will be back.

Stayed in a Large Self contained Apartment. Easy to locate and understand facilities. Nice views of either ocean, river Outdoor Pool and Spa are very nice 2x BBQ areas- highly recommend that Pre booking them with Reception. Close 10-20 min walk/ stroll to shopping center, restaurants of Broadbeach

As my family relaxes the lounge on departure day, we reflect on what has been an amazing 11 nights in Broadbeach. Belle Maison is just a fantastic place. We were greated by a huge modern, clean apartment with world class views. The swimming pool is magnificent. A very short walking distance to the main street in Boradbeach we had access to restaurants, shops and all the essentials you could need. Not to mention a 250m walk to some of the best beaches in Australia. The only suggestion I have for Belle Maison is on longer stays when the mid stay service is completed that it includes a full apartment service and not just a linen change. Other than this minor point the quality of this resort is supreme and we look forward to booking future stays in Broadbeach and staying at Belle Maison.

We had 2 rooms, the 3bed sub pent house & 2bedroom ocean renovated apartment. The rooms are clean, large and spacious. They are a little dated but everything is in very good condition. All are equipped well, though the 3bed sub pent house was missing a few basics like washing basket & dish drying rack. The wifi is pretty average, it does not cover the entire apartment. Foxtel is limited too. AC is good but we hardly used it. The 2bed did not have ac in the rooms. Perfect location, 5mins walk max to beach, 5mins max to Oasis shopping centre. It was very quiet too, we never used the ac but could have the windows open and limited street noise. I was concerned about staying here based on previous reviews around people being asked to leave due to making too much noise but we had no issues. I have 3 boys under 6 who can be a bit rowdy. Highly recommend and we will be returning.

Have just had an amazing 5 nights at Belle Maison and we absolutely loved it. Our room was perfect with the most amazing views and the property is beautifully maintained. The pool and spa area was very much enjoyed by ourselves and kids. Close proximity to the oasis shopping centres and restaurants.Looking forward to staying again in the near future and using the beautiful BBQ areas which even has a herb garden for people to use. Steph is lovely to deal with.

We had a lovely experience at the Belle Maison for a weekend. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision staying here. Fantastic customer service from Steph at reception who welcomed us warmly. The apartment we were given (17) was immaculate and exceptionally well furnished with a welcoming vibe to it. The cleanliness could not be faulted. The location of the Belle Maison is handy to all that one would need. Far enough away from the action, but close enough to partake if one desires. We found this apartment very quiet and peaceful with great views.
