Loved our property managers Moyra was amazing and the Tara Jenkins. Both treated us so respectful and fail. The office girls are great. No respect for the owners putting people on the street with discusting greedy rent rises. And to think we respected your property and you have no respect for us..... Loyalty means nothing to the greedy.......

Great place to rent, have been living here for 2 years and plan to stay until my studies are finished (perhaps longer even). Good for long term rentals and those with pets. Here's a photo of how happy my two fur babies are in the Smith Collective. The apartments are fantastic for individuals with health issues, being so close to the hospital we never have to worry about being too far from assistance. Thanks Smith Collective for a great experience.

I've been a Smith for nearly a year. I love this place so much that my partner and I waited for a two bedroom to become available. The property management team are exceptional, particularly Adrianna. It's pet friendly, plenty of shops are within walking distance, has large off leash dog areas, and a pool and gym are included in rent. It can be a bit on the pricier side, but it's well worth it. Only criticism I have is the parking - it would be great if council could build more free parking nearby, or remove the 2 hour limit.

I had the pleasure of living at the Smith Collective for a period of 9 months and I loved it. The apartment was big and bright and very well maintained. HUGE shout out to my property manager, Adrianna Lett who is an absolute legend! Friendly, prompt and responsive! Make sure to give her a call if you’re looking for a place to rent. 👌🏻

Our old landlord gave us a dishonest review and Grace Simpson actually got to the bottom of it and dealt with us fairly, honestly and as human beings which some agents just don't know how to do. Grace is not only an asset to the Smith collective but to the entire human race. Thanks so much again for being a legend Grace.

Recently moved out of The Smith Collective and have nothing but good things to say about it. The apartment is clean and so are the buildings, the overall area is safe and beautiful as well. I recommend to anyone if you are looking for a great community and safe area close to Surfers, to move here! Also many thanks to Adrianna Lett our property manager, she was so helpful with our many questions, and would always reply on time to our questions. She made our stay much more accomodating and we thank you Adrianna for your professional ethics! :))

I lived at the Smith Collective for two years and loved it. It is close to public transport, the hospital and supermarkets. The apartments are lovely, safe and quiet. The staff are amazing especially my property manager Adrianna. She was always willing to help and responded quickly to any enquiries. After ending my lease Adrianna made the moving out process so easy. I would recommend living within the Smith Collective
