The soup was average and the service was the worst that I ever had. Even if we tell them that it was our first time there they did not explain how it works or even that it was a island with the sauces an extra garnishes. Very expensive for the soup base and the extras. They charge extra for pay by card even if you pay $80 + Everything about this place was shockingly difficult. First you had to create an account and log in to access the menu. This took forever, which is not what you want when you're super hungry. Then you have to pay for each individual ingredient you choose for your hotpot. This added up to $80 for two people.

Interesting experience, really enjoyed the food. As first experience would have liked an explanation on the process. The app was difficult to navigate. No wheel chair parking.

We came here on a whim after a movie and glad we did. We got the 2nd last table and the friendly server saw that we were struggling with the confusing huge menu so he helped us out with how to order. The food was all fresh and presented nicely, like going to a local farmers market lol. We ordered the mushroom medley, the lamb and beef, the variety of veggies, quail eggs, tofu, dumplings, 1 bowl of white rice and some noodles and it was more than enough food for 3 people. The broth had good flavor, we got two kinds, be careful with the spicy broth, because we ordered a number 2 and 2 and it was plenty spicy for us and we love spicy food. You choose your own sauces and condiments which was nice. A fun experience and better tasting than the one we had in Seattle a few years ago, which was the last hot pot place we went to.

Absolutely loved this place!! I've never had hot pot before and this was my first experience and yummmm loved everything. Loved the variety of choices, loved the service, loved how interactive the experience was, the price is decent but you can order a few things without going over board and still be able to enjoy the food. Had so much fun it was amazing. Would come back here again <3

Easily the worst meal I have ever had. I’ve never spat out food into a tissue while eating out until now.. I’ve also never gagged and thrown up in my own mouth while eating out until now. Honestly everything tasted and smelled off. I don’t know if we were just unlucky, as everyone else seemed to be enjoying themselves. Staff were nice and the restaurant is cool. But I wouldn’t not recommend nor will I ever go back.

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They were really understanding as it was our first time trying hotpot and they explained the best way to cook the food. The staff was extremely understanding with my food allergies (peanuts) and assisting me with what I could and couldn’t eat. Overall I’m super impressed. $110 for me and my partner, 3 different meats, instant noodles, bacon, enoki mushrooms and 2 drinks each.

Cleanliness, service, location & food was good. The chicken broth we ordered was yummy. Sauces are lovely. The price got 3 stars, I feel this hot pot is over priced for 3 meat, vege & 2 seafood (plus coke&tea) around $188 for 2pp. Personally I wouldn't spend this much again for what I had.

Staff wasn’t very welcoming and they weren’t even willing to explain the menu to us, the reason we needed to ask was because the menu was in a different language with no description. After complaining to staff about this we were asked by a staff member if our menu was a trap or a lie. We had 2 staff members talk to us as we complained only tell us that the item we ordered was beef and chicken failing to mention that we ate cow stomach. Which was less than pleasant.
