I came across Shannen's clinic by doing months of research and reading reviews about the clinics. When I read all 5star reviews about Shannen, I thought it is fake. I thought she has asked ppl around to give her 5 star reviews. But then it didn't make sense, there was no bad reviews at all. I thought I'll give it a go. I have been struggling with acne and scarring since I was 15, I'm 34 now. I have done all the things you can think of, so tired of having something on my face all the time. Shannen sat down with me, had a thorough consult and asked me all the right questions. At the end, she offered a tailored treatment plan (not a standard package of whatever) which was explained to me well. Now I have finished all my treatments, have no more breakouts, and am the most confident without make-up that I've ever been. Shannen is a caring, lovely person and made me feel comfortable. Thank you so much for your caring treatments. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is having problem with their skin. Don't doubt her.

I have been fortunate enough to know Shannen for a lot of years and have followed her journey through her qualification. I am not, nor have I ever been the type of person to care much about my skin and in fact I loath spending money on skin care products so when I turned 35 and looked in the mirror at how blemished my skin was, Shannen was the first person I turned to for advice. She was able to give me some great feedback on my skin and whilst she could have sold me the most expensive product, Shannen worked with me and found me a product that would suit my skin without breaking my bank. Shannen has happily continued to give advice on my skin with progress shots and encouraged me to keep going.

I’ve seen numerous professionals for skin treatments over the years but consult with Shannen was by far the best I’ve ever experienced! It was such a pleasant and professional experience and I appreciate the time Shannen took to explain everything in details. There was no hard sell or scheme. Just professional recommendations and options that’s best suited for each scenario.
