What a disappointment. So over priced, the mains are around $34 but are not of that standard. My lamb shank was so salty that I gave up after a few mouthfuls. Wife had the grilled prawns which she enjoyed however the salad looked and tasted like an amateur had prepared it. Staff had to be reminded to bring our drinks twice. It was a rather cold night but they didn't have adequate heating, most of the customers were heavily rugged up. All in all, a rather unpleasant experience. Try somewhere else.

DO NOT GO HERE. The restaurant was very busy at the time which was understood. We asked the staff if they had any available tables as we did not have a reservation. A staff member looked and gave us a table, she was super nice. We then waited 5 minutes without a menu, and then was given one once asked. 15 minutes later we were still waiting to get out order taken, and I believe it was the MANAGER that approached us thinking that our order would finally be taken. OH BOY WE WERE WRONG. He approached us and said that “I am taking your table. There is a booking. You took too long”. He was super rude, and abrupt. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. I tried to explain that the staff member seated us and we were actually waiting to order. He did not listen and kept insisting that, “we took too long”. We left and went next door. Whilst waiting for our food next door for 20 minutes, and found the table we sat at still unoccupied. I am ASTOUNDED. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst customer service ever and such poor behavior from someone who should know better. Other team members had to apologise on his behalf and said that it should have been the other table that should have been kicked out.

Lovely staff! Had an early dinner for my little one (chicken skewers and chips) which I ate most of the chicken it was delicious. The gentleman (possibly chef or owner) was amazing with my daughter and super accommodating. Will be back again

Simply asked for them to deliver as parents were not well. Considering every time they go to a restaurant it’s to this place and they had done it before; a little consideration would be nice for the elderly.

Great food, generous portions, staff super friendly. Will definitely go back the Lamb souvlaki was amazing and so was the Chefs special Chicken. Highly recommend

All I can say is WOW! So good. Barramundi was so succulent and soft. Prawns to die for chargrilled..The two of us could not finish this platter. There was a whole block of fetta on the Greek salad. Best greek restaurant in QLD.

Everything from the food to the friendly staff was amazing. A friendly casual environment. We sat outside, which gave us views to the Gold Coast night cityscape. We shared a Medezdakia for 2 platter, the food came out individually, which was perfect. The Banzarosalata dip (beetroot dip) was the best I've ever tasted, then the garlic mushrooms were next level with flavour, followed by Keftedes (Greek meatballs), Lightly coated Calamari and Chicken Souvlaka and Greek salad. The Souvlaka was so tender and full of flavour.

The food, service and location was absolutely phenomenal. We were welcomed from the moment we walked through the door, seated with a stunning view, the food came quickly and portion was mouth watering. Came on an empty stomach as there was plenty of food. Unfortunately it was too dark to take a photos of the food.

Authentic Greek food. Very friendly staff and a great view if you can sit outside overlooking the lake. Reasonably priced wine.

Such beautiful people, amazing food! Highly recommend. We came here with our soccer team and families, and enjoyed the first night so much, we came back the second! The food is delicious, from the starters to the Mix Grill Platters! 👌 Thank you from Elite Football Academy! We will definitely be returning, when we come back to Gold Coast!

This meal blew me away. Had dinner here in early Oct. Service was friendly with a sense of humour. The fall-off-the-bone lamb was perfect, and the garlic mushrooms were unbelievably good. We'll be back.

Simly awesome. The food was very delicious and the staff were nice abd welcoming. If u decide to visit this place, then u mist try their signature dish lamb of the bone...also give the Baklava desert go because it was one of the best I had in a while. Highly recommended !!

Went to Athenia with friends tonight, and I decided that I do not go there enough! The food is just device, great service, nice atmosphere and they even popped on the Women's FIFA World Cup! Love it, and will be back very soon.

Dined here for the first time today. I was extremely impressed by the sevice. Our server was friendly and attentive, and our food was delivered quickly. Our table of 4 all chose different meals and entrees which were all beautifully presented and they all tasted amazing. A very Mediterranean feel, with a nicely decorated dining area overlooking the waterways. Will definitely come back!

Lovely setting Service was very slow When asked if we were being looked after and said we’d been waiting 30 mins for our first drinks the owner asked if we were there for a whinge or a nice night and should be grateful 🤨 Garlic mushrooms and 3 dips were delicious Tried to order the lamb- were told it had sold out Asked if the moussaka was made with lamb or beef we were told lamb When it arrived looked great- but was not very nice at all, chewy beef and heavily flavoured with cinnamon- not to our taste(all 3 that had ordered it) When owner saw our hardly eaten meals and asked how it was he said that was the recipe and it was fine. One of those dining had had it weeks ago and said it did not taste the same at all. When we asked if it was lamb or beef he said beef as he couldn’t get lamb at the moment. Will not be back- a same as the setting and location are great but the owner was defensive and confrontational with feedback I should mention he did give us a round of ouzo shots which was a nice guesture

The food here is always fabulous and the service is impeccable no matter how busy they are, that combined with the setting in what feels like a little italy over looking the water alwats makes it a special.

Come out to have dinner on a Sunday night. The food and service was great. Highly recommend

Souvlaki should have fresh bread and sauce. What we got was a kebab with Turkish bread, asked for tzatziki told it would it be charged extra (!) it never arrived but we were still charged for it - even after stating we didn't receive it. Menu stated different food to what we received (taramasalata dip was actually beetroot). Very mediocre food. Did not clear table had to ask many times for things to be cleared. Forgot to give kids ice cream. Very disappointing.

We were looking for somewhere nice to eat when my partner found this place on trip advisor. We rang up and were able to get in straight away. We were pleasantly surprised how lovely the place was. Right on the water and a nice feel to it. The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. We both enjoyed our food and it came out piping hot with great time. We would definitely recommend this lovely Greek restaurant. All I ask next time is a little Greek music 🎶
