Go here for a great time at night. Busy bustling and loud. Has a lot of restaurants and beachside shops. Hire an electric scooter and go for a ride along the beach. Get an airbrush tattoo. Eat ice cream from one of many including Ben and Jerry’s and gelatissimo. Also has a krispy kreme and a tasty kebab shop. If you’re young or simply young at heart visit many of the nightclubs and cocktail bars. A lot happening.. park at the surfers paradise parking but it will cost you $$$. No other choice.. or park far and walk here. Totally worth a visit for many activities that you can do here.

Gold Coast must do. Go for a walk and peruse the market stalls. Enjoy seeing Silver Steve when he makes his appearance, watch the buskers on Cavil Ave after. There's treats, toys, gifts, souvenirs and more at this market. Major bonus of being right on the beach front with beautiful views of Surfers Paradise beach and fresh sea air to do your lungs some good.

Exploring the diverse range of products and observing people trying them was a delightful experience. However, I found it to be somewhat costly. I visited on a Wednesday, and I noticed that around 2-3pm, the vendors began setting up their stands. Despite the expense, the ambiance and preparations were indeed beautiful.

A bit pricey for street shopping but we loved the vibe there. It was fun walking, eating and shopping all the way. It is worth an experience which usually you don't get often in other Australian cities/beaches.

The bustling marketplace features a plethora of local and non-local merchants, creating a delightful and vibrant atmosphere. Positioned right in the heart of Surfer's Paradise, the market is a diverse hub offering a wide array of products, including delectable food, intricate jewelry, stylish clothing, captivating art, playful kids' toys, and much more. This lively market is a recurring event, taking place three times a week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.

A nice tourist oriented market on the Surfers Paradise board walk alongside the beach. It is family-friendly and wheelchair friendly. Dogs are welcome if restrained and well-behaved. The stalls are casual sites, so there is a big turnover of stalls, meaning that the market can be very different every day. It is a very popular place to visit with tourists. Lots of stalls selling a range of products including foods, sweets, souvenirs, clothing, jewellery, candles, temporary tattoos, novelties, and much more, depending on the day. Worth a visit and a great place for a relaxing wander.

Over the years, the market has grown. You still have the same stalls as before, but every now and then new ones arrive. The Oceanfront location is a plus and can draw large crowds during peak times. The only drawback is that I wish there were food trucks at each end, which would definitely result in an extra star rating.

Certainly a good fun. Lots to explore. Market is only on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. So plan your trip accordingly. It is for all ages. Even if you don't want to buy anything, certainly a good walk, good experience and evening fun. Highly recommended.

Very nice beachside walk with many stalls to buy small goods/desserts. It has good vibes and is perfect to bring the family to. There aren't many food stalls for a full meal but there are restaurants close by on Cavill Ave.

Nothing great here.. a lot of tacky options and over priced jewelry. I did buy this cute bracelet though for $20. If you love it, get it right?

Had an absolutely lovely time visiting these markets while on holiday on the GC. There is a plethora of little stalls selling all sorts of weird and wonderful things. All of the stall owners were very friendly and welcoming to us. Would love to come again when on the GC again.

The beachfront markets are finally back after being stopped for a while due to COVID. I absolutely love the markets. They really make Surfers Paradise feel and look like a tourist destination again. There are some awesome stalls, with food, jewellery, novelty items, pet products and a whole lot more. It is definitely a great night out for the family that shouldn't be missed!

There are so many cool and innovative stores here. So many talented people expressing themselves through their trade You go there with the family for a quiet stroll and the next moment you have bought something from every second place! Oh, and you are still stoked about your purchases the next day.🙂

These markets offer a unique and enjoyable shopping and entertainment experience that draws locals and tourists alike. The markets typically operate on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday evenings, providing a perfect way to spend a leisurely evening. What stands out about these markets is the diversity of products available. From handmade crafts and jewelry to fashion items, artwork, and souvenirs, you'll find a wide array of unique goods from local artisans and vendors. It's an excellent place to find one-of-a-kind gifts and keepsakes to remember your trip by. Live entertainment is a regular feature at the markets, with talented street performers and musicians adding to the festive atmosphere. It's not uncommon to find yourself tapping your feet to the beat or stopping to watch mesmerizing performances. The only drawback might be the crowds, especially during the peak tourist seasons. Navigating through the stalls can be a bit challenging, but the lively and bustling atmosphere contributes to the overall charm of the markets.

Amazing nice market next to the beach. There are a lot of stall holders and so many interesting stuff. My family loved them all, and even the rain couldn't stop us . The market will be operating on Wednesday and Friday from 4 to 9pm every week.

Very crowded, don't get close with your car, you will spend forever. The beach is beautiful though, and the sunset was amazing.

Always love the atmosphere on the Surfers Paradise Esplanade. The white sand beach is very beautiful and the night weekend market really worth visiting.

Great little market along the beach front. Something for everyone. Picked up some gorgeous handmade resin earrings and you have to try the G free, gluten free and vegan donuts, they are amazing!

  • 3/5 John J. 2 years ago on Google
Busy markets, mostly arts n crafts, only saw 1 food area, but across the road you have everything, most stalls are for the specific wants your looking for, jewellery, honey, toys, games and hippy fashion etc.

Nice walk along the beach. The market was set up, approximately 300m in length with a variety of stalls. A bit expensive but some of the items available were really nice. The designs at the shell shop were great… look out for this stall at your visit to the markets. I’ll go there at night time next time. Might have a different experience.

What a spot to holiday. Beautiful beaches, lifesavers on the beach, swim between the flags, plenty of parking, and shops close by for food & drinks, bikes for hire

Absolutely loved these markets! Would rate them as the best I've been to around Australia so far. Great variety of stalls and entertainment always going on during the weekends.

  • 5/5 Shawn S. 1 year ago on Google
Great beach with white sandy beaches. The name good coast lived up to it's reputation. Numerous hotels are built on the coast good tourists. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops and other entertainment available for tourists. The beach is quite clean and well maintained. Life safety guards are available during the day time for swimmers. Have to swim at your own risk at night. To be honest, the waves are quite rough, hence the name Surfer's Paradise.

  • 5/5 Leo V. 1 year ago on Google
Great beach, probably the most popular part of the strip now. Plenty to do and eat. Does get packed. Limited on street parking and some secure parking near by. Worth a visit.

  • 5/5 Carolyn H. 11 months ago on Google
Lots of good handmade stalls of all variety, reasonably priced. Great stroll along the Esplanade perusing.

  • 5/5 The Disco T. 10 months ago on Google
There are buskers now along the beach front, which is nice. The stalls are massively overpriced, but wonderful to look at during a night time beach walk. I always walk there so I can't comment on parking. There are public toilets available along the beach front. The footpath allows wheelchair access, but be aware of crowd density as everyone funnels into the market.

Great market to visit whilst in Surfers. A variety of stalls selling various things from clothing, some food and other things. Great central location, close to the beach. A must to check out.

  • 5/5 Ashok B. 9 months ago on Google
Loved the vibe and there is plenty to see and explore local produce. Street parking can be difficult but you can find parking 🅿️ in Paradise Center mall basement.

  • 4/5 Ben C. 4 months ago on Google
I only caught the markets as they were setting up for the day, but there looked to be a good range of hand-made products and wares, including food, jewellery, souvenirs and clothing. If I'd had more time (and room in my luggage) I would've stuck around and had a better look - so maybe next time?

  • 5/5 Amy B. 4 months ago on Google • 11 reviews
Incredible variety of businesses and products. We did a few laps to make sure we didn't miss anything! You can tell it is set up so professionally. All the stall holders were really friendly. It didn't get too crowded and it was beautiful being right next to the gorgeous beach. Can't wait to go back.

Avoid going here on holidays. Extremely crowded and commercialized. Better place to see in gold coast than this.

  • 4/5 Michael N. 3 years ago on Google
Boutique style arts & craft markets. Not plentiful in size, but good variety of quality products. The whole place can be crowded at times, with congestion along the board walk where all the stalls are set up. If you're afraid of catching the virus or social distancing, this is probably the place to avoid.

  • 3/5 Joe H. 3 years ago on Google
Pretty average all round. There are some interesting booths but for the most part it's the cheap jewelry and niknaks you see everywhere. My partner and I were both pretty underwhelmed.

These markets must be in the most iconic location in Australia, right along the pristine beach at Surfers. Take some money there is something for everyone, and if not there are souvenir shops around the mall. I have not been in some time so don't know how many shop are still around.

  • 5/5 Damian ten B. 3 years ago on Google
What a wonderful place to spend an afternoon in Surfers Paradise, you don't need to walk around the bars when you can walk along the beach side markets, see all that is on offer and listen to some great buskers. Last week, we were all fortunate to see a number of breaching whales, very close to shore, an amazing experience.

Sea Shepherd, just abit further north, we visited, to help clean up the area, of everything....plastics/butts, that destroys our marine lives, as it ends up in them, then us humans, as the particles are not scooped up in processing! Request councils put up clear stark signage, and extra specialised bin capsules! Little cost instead of huge environmental, consumption disaster!
