Fantastic place to take the kids to let loose and expend their energy. Games for all ages and abilities. There’s definitely something for everyone. There’s a cafe area, toilets, laser tag, dodgem cars, pool table and a separate area to host birthday parties. Great for those rainy qld days 😂

One of the best arcades I have been to. Timezone in My Gravatt is also good but Surfers Paradise beats them all by having the best games and a variety of them. Time literally flies here 😂. Centrally located in Surfers Paradise and is a must visit. Highly recommend for all ages.

Could this be the best timezone in Oz? Hello nostalgia!!! Amazing with a great variety of games. Both old and new. Bumper cars 🚗 , bar & food. All staff wore masks but not sure if theirs regular cleans through out the day being those covid19 times.

What an awesome day out. There are various games for all ages, young and older. From shooting, pinball, basketball, Virtual Reality, Laser tag, a amaze, bumper cars and more. As a family of 4 we had a blast, spent 6.5 hrs at Timezone with free parking when you spend over a certain amount. Definitely be prepared not to leave and take a break for lunch at one of the restaurants down stairs. Best place to park is in the Paradise Centre (off Hanlan Street) which is directly under Timezone, don't take a 4x4 as it has a low clearance. Its a memorable day out.

Great selection of games for young kids, we got the 120 minute package which was the perfect combination of a few ticketed games and unlimited yellow video games including pinball, virtual reality, motor cycles and horse riding.

Has to be the best Timezone in Australia since renovations a couple years ago. This place is so well looked after, it’s massive, and full of fun for all ages. A great range of games and prizes, and very reasonably prized deals.

Visited Timezone, touted as the largest arcade. Found it less captivating than Melbourne's. Still, great for kids; enjoyed playing games with my sisters.

We had an amazing day for our girls 10th birthday party. The hosts Annalise and Brooke did a wonderful job entertaining and caring for all the kids that came. Costs was around what you would expect it to be but the atmosphere was great. 10 out of 10 would definitely do it again!!! Thanks for making my babies day memorable!

Great place to take the kids. They won't be bored, that's for sure. There are plenty of games and some rides there. Had a great day with my granddaughter and some friends. Bring your wallet.

Honestly great value for money, I purchased the $35 cards that come with the bonus $10, one card for each of my children and friends, and we were there for nearly 2 hours without any top ups. With laser tag, bumper cars, bowling, arcade games and so much more, there is endless fun for the kids and the adults. We've been coming for 16 years and will continue to come back. The vibe is amazing and we will continue to come back 😁

So much to do, great packages to choose from and entertaining for all ages. Also have a real easy card system for paying for games and redeeming prizes /tickets) will definitely be back. And a big thankyou to the girl that gave us her paw patrol toy she won. You made a 2 year olds day, it was very kind of you

I have no doubt that this is one of the most interesting and fun places for kids. Anyone looking to get a nostalgia trip, however, will be severely burnt out in under 2 hours. It's loud, it smells odd, and you're surrounded by unbelievably young people. It's saving grace is that they do 2hr timed unlimited access passes for $37. The right price for enough time to realise you don't want to be here at 21.

Insane and Amazingly super big inside. That's not called the biggest Arcade playzone in Oz🎮🕹🧿🎯🎱🪀🕹♥️🃏 I had so much fun. Highly recommended for all ages even for adults trust me you will be like a little kid in paradise 🎭🤩😛😛🤯😎

We had a fun time on the recent public holiday. It was raining and there wasn't much else to do. Although there were heaps of people there, I feel like we could still do everything we wanted to and my whole family had a great time.

Never been before but will go again! Great for kids and "adult kids" heaps to do, dodgem cars were excellent. Lots of virtual reality, amazing.

We hosted a party for our child and Chloe was our host. She did a fantastic job! Extremely energetic, enthusiastic and friendly, she made sure that the kids had a great time. The decor, food and service was timely and extremely well done and Chloe made sure that the adults could relax as she took care of their food and coffee orders as well. The best part was walking away without worrying about organising and cleaning on a scorching hot day! Great experience. Would highly recommend the venue and the host!

Although I live all the way in Western Sydney, this has still got to be my favourite Timezone considering of all the huge variety of games they offer that I have never seen/played in any other Timezone arcades in NSW. However, several games including House Of The Dead: Scarlet Dawn have not worked the last few days or other games like Let's Go Jungle Special require an attendant occasionally. On the other hand, I come here around a few times every year when I am on a holiday and I am still giving this arcade 5 stars as I always find new games to play every visit.

Massive Timezone, biggest we've ever be in. Staff that served us was abit rude, apparently trying to load 7 cards up with $80 on each card was enough to get her annoyed at us that she needed help, that still didn't change her rudeness. One of us sat on the chair and it caused a blood blister,so not sure if that is at all safe. It was a nice way to spend a few hours. The rude staff, the claw machine not giving out prizes and that blister is the reason for the 3 stars

My first time, this place is fun, so many choices you could happily spend all day here. It's 2500km from home so not much chance of getting back any time soon. I can't wait for my next visit.

Spacious venue with many exciting gaming options. Reasonably busy on holiday but not too crowded. Price is reasonable too. The only shortcoming is that the bumper car field is way too small, you can only drive one way.

Lots of games and the kids had a great time but some things not working with no indication so deducts money off your timezone card. Probably could get a refund if you wanted to lign up and make yourself heard over the deafening noise. Record fast way to blast through a 100 bucks

So many fun games to play and enjoy after the renovation. There are many people and always seems to be busy. It is so easy to spend too much money so need to be careful! 😆

Chloe was awesome! Such great customer service. Helped me sort out the best value package for my kids after a long day when my brain wasn’t working properly and was super friendly. Asset to the company. Great work Chloe!

A massive Timezone with a huge range of games for almost all abilities. Super loud and busy but lots of people have so much fun :) also has bumber cars, lazer tag, glow putt putt golf and ten pin bowling on site. Also saw a great looking cafe with some nice lighting and ambience around it

We were invited to a birthday party. The staff were very kind and children had a lot of fun. My youngest son, unfortunately, lost his timezone card. We gave up as the staff couldn't find it.. However, I wanna say thank you to one lady, a staff member, who took the initiative to check every single guests card numbers into the system to find the missing one. I was a little embarrassed as it took a little bit of her time doing this. It is a pity, I forgot to ask her name. Its great to see people kind and go beyond to provide excellent customer service. My son was happy to claim a little dinosaur with his time zone rewards card.

This is the best Timezone in QLD, hands down. Huge, tons of games, options, and the best claw machines around. They also have the best timed game options. Do not hesitate

Cool place, absolutely huge. Great fun. Wear your headphones if noise bothers you, best Timezone ever

We went there to play mini golf. It was okay but too short for us with only 12 holes. So it will take probably 20-30 minutes to finish game. We also played some other arcade games and we think is dun place to spend time but also very costly - it very easy to spend 100 bucks in very short time.

This timezone has something for everyone. It must have the biggest and best winners vault. Can get super busy during the weekends and school holidays

  • 5/5 Shaun M. 1 year ago on Google
Timezone Surfers is one of those places that you can visit all the time and still find new things to do. The range of games and attractions is really good and you can see why they are the biggest Timezone. You could spend hours playing and still not get through it all. It’s always clean and well looked after even during the busiest times, and the prize vault has such varied items up for grabs.

Timezone is a great place to take the kids for a few hours, well priced value for money with their package deals. Huge variety of games, they were all working. The staff was friendly & helpful, it wasn’t overcrowded, no waiting to play the games. Plenty of space, not overcrowded, everything was clean.
