Arrived for Christmas and booked online for spectacular views which cost $500 a night. Room got lowered a floor by arrival views were still fab BUT apartment furniture is shabby with ripped covers on outdoor chairs, cheap blankets covering all couches to hide the shabby look. Indoor lounge smelt and u had one two seater couch only in a two bedroom apartment. The walkway stank of fish or prawns and our room had smear marks everywhere like the cleaner was in a hurry. Certainly better and cheaper accomodation on the GC. Very shocked and would not recommend.

Stayed here mid-January 2023 on the 7th floor. The apartment had a decent view of the lake. However, the lake seems kinda dirty and felt slimey under my feet. There was a constant noise from jet boats and jet skis throughout the day. It wasn't particularly bothersome but did become irritating at times. This location is very dog friendly, with many people walking their dogs on the beach/sand. Since the apartment is located on a main road there was quite a lot of traffic noise at all times. I was woken several times from loud motorcycles and trucks driving through. Unfortunately, the doors and windows are not double glazed, which would help with noise. With the door open, there was often a cigarette smell that would come through, typical of this style of apartment design. There are no block out blinds, so the sun shines in at 5.30am, therefore like it or not, I was up at 5.30am every day. The location is quite central, 20 mins to surfers paradise, and the theme parks. Close the harbour town outlet which is quite a nice shopping centre. Coles and Woolies are close by. Pool is nice, shallow end for young kids. Spa was a bit hot for my liking. The apartment I stayed in requires some general maintenance, bathroom door locks not functional, dusty and mouldy exhaust vents, mouldy shower, and other minor maintenance issues. I probably wouldn't stay in this location again due to the noise level. The view was decent, but you really cannot compare it to an ocean view. To sum up, the experience was "meh".

The building manager was extremely rude and abrupt. She is obviously not a people person and is definitely in the wrong job. Her constant sighs and cutting remarks, not to mention the dirty looks, were so aggravating that staying here again would never happen

Great place to stay out of the hustle and bustle. Gorgeous view of the water every day. Harbour Town and Australia Fair were really close with eateries and Coles. Awesome heated pool and spa. Loved our stay!

What a fantastic place to stay. The service was extra friendly and efficient and the room was super comfortable and well looked after. Being so close to the beach was great and there are great places to eat just a few minutes walk from the apartment. I accidentally left my jacket behind and they were so helpful in sending it back to me - great service! We will be booking another trip soon with the kids. Highly recommended!

Have stayed here in November for a few nights each for the last few years and find it a relaxing place to come. Rooms are clean, have found service to be good (rarely use it as I'm in and out out of hours, but out of hours service and access is very good), and love the Eastern facing views. Look forward to staying again next year 👍😊

Lovely Quiet Ocean breeze blowing across the road from the Broadwater. Short walk to my Favourite Seafood Place or 🍷🍻🥂 game of pool with the locals. Spacious rooms and open plan style units with the biggest balconies, massive pool, great for laps. Gym & sauna with another special BBQ area that you could easily have a Beautiful Private Occasion.

Ocean views overlooking Wave Break Island, great view! Friendly staff, clean and modern apartment. Heated pool for winter months. Grounds are maintained immaculately. Grand Hotel just a short walk away. Definitely will be staying there again!

It's a big apartment. It is in an ok location. Nice view of the Broadwater. But... Unfortunately our room was very tired, not outdated, but rundown. The blinds were busted, the lounge coffee table was rusty, the tv cabinet draw wouldn't shut. And then there was a little issue with the cleaning. We were greeted with two hairs in the bathroom, one from the head and one from under the belly. Eeewww. Management probably need to have a chat to the cleaning staff. And maybe send a handyman in to fix up 314. You can see that this might have been a great place a few years back.

Have stayed here a couple of times and look forward to coming back for our next getaway. Staff have been friendly and helpful with my requests. The rooms are lovely and well kept with glorious broadwater views. On the most part found it to be fairly quiet and nice place to holiday with a small family.
