Not a 4.5 star apartment as they claim. Your towels don't get changed every day. The beds don't get made every day or every second day. It needs a really good cleaning before new guests arrive as there is a lot of dust on the fixtures. Apart from that the location is great for families. I think a lot of these places need to invest in updating there wall plugs to allow users with usb devices to charge these devices. Regardless of this review. I would return to the Ritz next year as the staff are fantastic. The location is central to everything and away from the very busy side of the Gold Coast. And no I was not disappointed at all. Just accept the feedback as a learning experience...

5 stars for our 5 day stay here. Spacious, clean, well equiped apartment in the middle of all the happenings. Thanking a very lovely permanent tenant for her kindness and manager Alison for going above and beyond on a number of occasions to help us. Friendly, easy going and professional. Thanks all. 🙏🌟

We stayed here from 24/2-1/3 2022, our stay was excellent with a clean decent sized apartment, comfortable beds and ample amenities. If you’re looking for a modern, comfortable stay with the beach and shops in close proximity this is the place to go. Staff are lovely, friendly and always have a smile on their face whilst walking through reception. Booking directly reduced our accomodation by 5%!. Will be back next time I’m on the Gold Coast :) Thanks again, Nathan

Great place to stay. Very convenient to so many things. Apartment was nice and comfortable and would definitely stay again.

We (myself, son, daughter in law and 2 small children) had a great week here. The staff are helpful and friendly and the location over the road from Kawarra beach is perfect. It's a very short walk to Broadbeach Mall for restaurants and shopping. Well stocked apartment means you can self cater. Highly recommended. Kath Engebretson

Old mouldy and filthy apartment. Housekeeping definitely relies on their outgoing guest's cleaning abilities ( see attached photo)

What an absolutely amazing experience- ill definitely be coming back ! We made a last minute booking to come up here for the weekend with a 3 other friends to try on wedding dresses with the bride to be. Everything was spot on for us. From the personalised above and beyond hospitality through to the spacious and very comfortable rooms. Superb location right next to the beach and a stone throw from the main strip, there is no faulting this boutique resort style hotel. This beautiful building has an Old Hollywood charm to it that is hard to find these days. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Thank you!

The staff were great to deal with and very friendly. The property was ideally located, close to shops, beach, parks and transport. The property was well maintained and clean. The room we had was spacious and was a great size for a family with older children. There was also a heated outdoor pool which we really enjoyed as it was quite deep and it suited adults and older children rather than younger children. The whole family enjoyed their stay here and I would recommend it.

Checkin experience was terrible, no proper communication & coordination among their team, was running around just to collect keys. Rooms, living areas is acceptable but toilet is dated. Toilet flooring is hard and too cold. Price is reasonable but no facilities at all. Will not stay again.

Continued from previous review : She then came out and with a patronising smirk on her face said to me, that she is sorry but the transaction does not appear on her statement, but she is sorry that everything turned out this way, and offered for me to stay longer with them at the cheaper rate whilst quoting the higher rate to me, and offered a bottle of cheap wine. Which could hardly be considered as apologies after the damage that she had done. Basically the management of this place has customer service as the least of their priorities and has very little regard or understanding about the guests that are there so stay and trying to enjoy their hard earned holiday break! Would highly recommend to get accomodation at Pacific resort at 2 Albert ave Broadbeach, they would be on the opposite side of the spectrum to these business owners/managers, who will actually do what they can to make your stay wonderful!

Its good - Showing its age a little, but there is a lot to like about the place. Location is great. 4th Floor has sea views. Pool, spa, roof top BBQ - really good. There is a gym. Don't usually stay in the Gold coast area, but if I need to go back, I will call them first. Reception was always friendly too.

The location is great, however we were in a ground floor apartment facing the street with no garden, no privacy whatsoever, so we had all the blinds pulled down the whole time we were there. The rest of the resort looked quite nice so it would be worth checking you're not in that unit (102). Recommend you bring your own toiletries – there were just two tiny squares of paint-stripper soap and a tube of detergent (aka conditioning shampoo). Overall, you can't beat the location and the service was friendly and helpful, but it's 'quite nice', nothing flash.

Large, clean, quiet, well equiped 2 bed apt with sea view. Very comfortable. Walking distance to lots of Restaurants, cafes, Oasis Centre, Pacific Fair, Casino, RSL Very friendly hosts, would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great restful stay.

The Ritz has a fantastic location with a 2 minute walk to broadbeach beach and a 5 minute walk to broadbeach shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The resort has a nice pool and spa for quests and included parking. Would highly recommend.

Close to the beach. Some rooms better than others but good value.
