came
out
and
with
a
patronising
smirk
on
her
face
said
to
me,
that
she
is
sorry
but
the
transaction
does
not
appear
on
her
statement,
but
she
is
sorry
that
everything
turned
out
this
way,
and
offered
for
me
to
stay
longer
with
them
at
the
cheaper
rate
whilst
quoting
the
higher
rate
to
me,
and
offered
a
bottle
of
cheap
wine.
Which
could
hardly
be
considered
as
apologies
after
the
damage
that
she
had
done.
Basically
the
management
of
this
place
has
customer
service
as
the
least
of
their
priorities
and
has
very
little
regard
or
understanding
about
the
guests
that
are
there
so
stay
and
trying
to
enjoy
their
hard
earned
holiday
break!
Would
highly
recommend
to
get
accomodation
at
Pacific
resort
at
2
Albert
ave
Broadbeach,
they
would
be
on
the
opposite
side
of
the
spectrum
to
these
business
owners/managers,
who
will
actually
do
what
they
can
to
make
your
stay
wonderful!
