Hi I would just like to say that Cassandra, Amanda and Victor are amazing people and they have helped us out heaps and Cassandra went out of her way to help us get from A-B with everything. We arrived there at 7:45 am knowing that we can't check in before 2:00 pm but at 8:30 am when Cassandra arrived with a lovely smile and asked us how she can help us and we asked if it was okay to leave our luggage there and she checked our bookings and said that our room was ready and she let us check in straight away and we could have a rest. Amanda and Victor are amazing and they can make your stay even better just knowing that they are the managers. Cassandra is so nice to ask questions to and to guide you around and print everything you need and also to get from A-B with public transport if you need it. We were supposed to check out at 10:00am but Amanda asked us what time was our flight was and we said 7:00pm and she said we could stay and leave when we what because the room was only needed the next day for the new guest so it made a big difference and it was free of charge. It allowed us to have a rest before we flew back home to perth it was a big difference to not have to drag our luggage everywhere. They are all amazing to have as help and you can rely on them to make your stay even better. Thanks again for everything we will see you all next you. Kind regards Kayla and Ionut.

From the moment we booked the staff were friendly, bright and bubbly. We arrived after hours and the check in system was easy, with free security parking underground. We were upgraded to a renovated room for the price of a basic one bedroom room, and staff were friendly both in reception and while passing in the gardens. The landscape is perfect, with gardens surrounding the pool area and the rooms overlooking. The location is close to everything Surfers Paradise has to offer, and you aren't battling crowds or long elevator wait times like in the high rises. We would stay here again in future and recommend this to others.

Great Appartments and in the perfect location. Staff and residents very friendly and helpful. Carparking was dark and wish they had ramps/elevator available to use. Nice private outdoor area for each appartment and having a BBQ was good for our group.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room whilst a little dated and in need of some renovations and there was lots of noise coming from slamming doors and banging from other rooms, were comfortable and ultimately did the job of provide a place to sleep and relax. Highly recommend and certainly will be back again.

The staff at St Tropez Resort are absolutely wonderful! Amanda and Cassandra were extremely helpful and kind, ensuring our stay was comfortable and stress free. The perfect location in the heart of surfers! Room was great in size with plenty of room! Check in was confusing as reception closes at 3pm on a Saturday. For long term stays this would be perfect place. Please note there is NO air con and only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Great value for money!

Great place in an awesome location. It is like walking into an Oasis the garden and pool area is just so lovely and tropical. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and we could not fault the Unit we stayed in. Amenities were great. Will definitely return

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the Gold Coast. Perfect location, beautiful setting, great prices! The staff were lovely and helped us out very much, laying out everything very clear and providing us with 2 keys and access to all the amenities. Our room was a budget 1 bedroom apartment, paying under $200 for 2 nights. It had a full kitchenette, lounge-room, balcony, bedroom, laundry and bathroom with shower, and small back porch area. The bed was comfortable and well kept, and the room was simplistic, modern and overall very homely and warm. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for helping make my experience at the Gold Coast this year special! :)

Fantastic location as it is an easy walk to everything in Surfers Paradise. Staff are very friendly, organised and professional. A great nights sleep as the bed was soooo comfortable. The older style apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. Considering you are in the heart of night clubs the resort was so quiet and peaceful which shocked us. If you are looking for an ocean view there is none however you have a beautiful view of well kept gardens. The beach is a short walk through the Cavill mall. We have no hesitation in recommending this resort to you as we will definitely be back to stay.

A very spacious and comfortable room with kitchen, dining, living area with Foxtel, bedroom, bathroom and laundry facilities all within the apartment. A balcony overlooking the swimming pool and luscious garden area. Wonderful hosts, walking distance to many Surfers Paradise restaurants and attractions. Well priced and worth staying at.

The owners are lovely and helpful they will bend backwards help your needs. Excellent location in the middle of Surfers the apartments nice and clean, will be back in the future really enjoy our stay truly recommend to anyone of thinking to holidaying here.

Old school but clean and comfortable. Location is 5 star alone. Owners where very welcoming and nothing was too hard for them. Very helpful

Great apartments, excellent location if you're keen to enjoy the party life on the Gold Coast, beautiful and peaceful inside and clubs outside. A little hard to find the entrance, go slow and trust your GPS.

Nice clean apartment. Very close to coles and all type of eateries. Hard to make decisions where to eat because too many them.

We just stayed for 3 nights, second time we have spent a family holiday here and we just love it! Amanda is so accommodating and looked after us amazingly! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a family holiday that fits within budget and wants to be in the thick of all surfers offers!! Cannot fault our stay at all. Will definitely be back soon!! Fantastic. An oasis in a concrete jungle. Rooms, very clean, I am used to seeing mould in some of the best hotels, not here though. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thanks Amanda for making our stay perfect 👌. Location is central, perfect for a wander around. The hotel maybe a a bit older, but don't be put off as it is clean and family friendly which makes for a perfect holiday. We will definitely stay there again.

Stayed here due to my usual go to resort was booked out... Amanda is amazing.. Stayed In a 1 bedroom which was massive.. Will definitely be returning.

Very happy with our 2 nights at St Tropez. A large apartment which was super clean and comfortable. Staff are lovely and look after the place well. Great location right in the middle of Surfers. Good underground carpark too.

old resort , rooms average, good location but the manager Amanda at the reception OMG so rude and unfriendly, we would not stay there again! Toxic energy Coming from that lady...
