100% recommend. These guys are amazing, super talented and experienced. They gave us an amazing deal and put so much care into creating what I will have, God-willing, for a life time. They adjusted the size of my ring in ~20 minutes for free and offer cleaning whenever for free! (They also cut off rings for free, if you ever need you now know where to go, don’t try it at home, don’t go to the hospital, go to Hatton Garden Jewellers in Beenleigh!)

Just called into Hatton Jewellers to help get a watch back plate put on. We had had the battery replaced elsewhere, and the person who replaced the battery could not get the watch back together. Adam fixed the watch for us and would not take payment for his time. Great work, thank you and I hope you have a very Merry Christmas.

After my son passed away I came here to get a anklet made in his memory, and at the same time my husband asked to have his ring recoated with 2 gems added for our little boy. I was very specific of the design I wanted and even sent photos to the owners phone. My birthday was a couple of months away and I was promised (by the owner) I would receive this well before then. After numerous phone calls and delays we finally received our jewellery 2 months after my birthday. By this point I was so upset with the service I received I didn't even want the anklet anymore. If that wasn't bad enough the anklet is so small (almost child size) I can't wear it and the design is completely wrong (even though pictures were sent of what I had asked for). Not to mention we were charged $900 for this 'service' and an anklet I can't even wear. Thanks for taking advantage of a grieving mum.
