Fantastic Grange acupuncture and physio clinic. I found the acupuncture and dry needling to be very effective especially when combined with the physio exercises. Highly recommended.

Steven is great, really listens and tries to help, won't push you into causing yourself pain and works with you to adapt exercises for your body and lifestyle. He will even refer you on if he thinks you need specialist treatment rather than keep charging you himself. Very reasonable rates and lovely reception staff.
