Actually the worst grill’d I’ve tasted around Aus😭 my partner and I love grill’d and was so excited to try the closest one to our new home! ..I don’t know if it was untrained staff, the particular shift or just a lack of care but everything was either burnt, stale or overcooked. Not one to usually complain when it comes to food but the chicken was so dry, our burgers were cold when it was claimed to be just ready, the chips tasted stale and the zucchini was actually black - completely burnt I don’t know how the manager let it go to a customer. So much wasted food and absolutely disappointed!

Worst Grill’d I have visited. Ordered our usuals and the chicken was dry, the chips were cold, and chewing gum in the napkin holder.

Decided to give Grilled ago tonight for the first time. I was expecting to be met with a delicious burger, hot chips, and some nice onion rings. However this was not the case. My wife and I got the Baa-Baa burger, some chips and onion rings. The burgers was bland and cold, and you could barely taste the Lamb, the onion rings were cold and so were the chips. We asked for fresh chips, and within 60 seconds we got the chips back, not fresh, just microwaved and soggy. We won’t be eating at Grilled again. I would pay for a good meal, and this certainly did not live up the to expectations. Maybe this was a one off, but this experience ruined it.

Have always visited this store but of recent times the quality of service is not even worth one star. Two visit, both Thursday nights a month apart, same staff mainly... disgusting service. Tonight once again my usual order, was completely wrong. As a result, 15 minutes after I ate alone while my son had finished. Manager needs to review staff performance. I certainly would.

Wanted to grab a quick burger for lunch yesterday after walking around Harbourtown. Didn’t have to wait long for a table which was great. The food came quickly, and was nice and hot. The panini rolls tasted a little stale but the filling was fresh and and tasty. Hot chips were great and the seasoning is nice and herby.

Needed lunch while here for shopping and had a BOGOF voucher which I happily used. We shared a Sir Truffle Wagyu on panini bun, and a chicken pom salad. Food and service were pretty on par with my experience at other Grill'd outlets, which is to say it's generally fairly good.

Burgers are nice. Please clean the drink bottles. We wiped the insides of the rim of the bottle and it was dirty. It needs to be scrubbed inside.

Fast service and friendly staff. Excellent place to get food and chill out after shopping.

We went to Harbour Town yesterday on the way back home after a well deserved long Easter weekend. We went to the food court and the family decided on grilled healthy burgers. The wife and I have had these burgers before but this time we brought the kids and my mum and my mum is very fussy when it comes to food even burgers. However this time my mum loved it the point, Grilled Burgers are now her favourite as she had a chicken burger that had brie on it and she loved it she felt the burger was fresh and light. The ordering process is new you have to use a QR code but we managed and the food came on time it was quick and fresh. I loved 😍 the burgers 🍔 something that could be improved would be if we have value meals than buying each item separately The burgers are healthier and better than the clown place and the kingdom 👌 Thank you for a family friendly experience and the girl that was helping went above and beyond ❤️ 🙏 Thank you 😊

If I could this review would be 2.5/5 stars. Wagyu burger was okay but the chicken and brie sliders were dry, cheese was unmelted. No salad was included with burgers despite being advertised as 'healthy'. Overall nothing special but will do for lunch.

No sure what all the fuss is about. I had better burgers from trucks stops. Bread rolls were not suited to this type of filling. The burger fell to bits. Overpriced was my first reaction. Try somewhere else in the centre.

Normally my Mum and I have a great experience at Grill’d Harbour Town as we come here often. However tonight my Mum ordered her usual Queenslander burger with a gluten free bun, and the bun was almost black. It was over cooked and didn’t taste as good as the normal gluten free bun. The burger also was way smaller and thinner than it normally is, way less filling and not worth the money. Please go back to how you used to make it.

Greeted on our first visit by a smiling, helpful, great young man called Jayden, who clearly explained the dining process, who took our orders, including a couple of helpful recommendations . His personality is absolutely a good fit for his job at the check-in counter, and has certainly ensured that we will be returning for some more excellent healthy food. Love their low carb bun. Even on a busy public holiday they had plenty of seating available so we were to able to be seated immediately. The table was spacious enough to accommodate two strollers. Ordering of the food was straight forward, food arrived pretty quickly and was delicious. A tad on the expensive side but okay every once in a while.

Had an amazing experience at Harbour Town Grill'd today. I gave the staff (shout out Sarah and Monique!) a pretty random request and they went above and beyond for me. It really made me feel valued as a customer and makes me want to return. The food was absolutely divine and huge portions too! I love the salt and herb mix on the chips too.

We always end up at Grill'd for lunch when we come to Harbour Town. They make the tastiest burgers 🍔 ever, plus there's a bar. The friendly young staff are wonderful, amazingly helpful and efficient. Comfortable with a great atmosphere. Looking forward to another burger already. Cheers 🍻

Nice clean Grilld , well spaced seating , ordering at the table makes it easy to sit and get food. Staff are friendly and service was good. Burger was well out together. Zucchini fries are amazing

Ordered 3 burgers, two kids meals, chips and a 600ml drink. We only received two burgers and the chips. Waited an hour for delivery which was longer than the estimate which is okay if they’re busy & got the order correct. The only way they said we could rectify the issue was to contact Uber for a refund and re order the missing items. but acknowledged that they indeed had the missing items sitting there. So have to wait for up to 10 days for a refund and re order and pay for the missing food. Eat separately from our other family and friends. Pretty poor for Grill’d not to rectify the issue for us when they have made the mistake. The driver said he asked if that was everything and he was told yes. Uber order 17498 $93.59 paid

This was the most whack experience of my life. Workers throwing food at eachother across the restaurant, I was sat next to one of the workers who was clearly on a break and nearly copped some lettuce to the cheek, workers shouting at eachother across the restaurant. My order came out wrong and when I addressed it to the lady she walked away from me as I was trying to explain what my order should be. Had no napkins at the table, workers walked past 4 times could see we needed one but didn’t offer to help. I thought I was in a monkey jungle from the state of this place.

Went back today for another barbie burger so very disappointing from last time. Service bad. Tomatoe in burger still had stem part on it. How lazy not to remove Won’t be back mayonnaise was very little as well. Was not even asked how meal was which is what should happen

Meat-Free Vegie Impossible Burger, was alot more delicious than what I had in mind. Grill'd does it again, highly delicious burgers at an affordable (only affordable when using discounts/coupons/specials) rate. Would recommend !

There is more food choice in Harbour Town. We always loved Grill’d as it caters to different ages. A nice setup and they have a Barbie theme burger. Their taste and service were excellent.

I felt like Grill'd Harbour Town really dropped the ball today I ordered 2 burgers for myself and my son at lunch time. I appreciated they were busy so expected a slight delay in service. Afte4 half an hour and noticing others who ordered after me had been served I finally asked where our order was. The staff member informed me that they had no record of my order. The staff member asked me to show a copy of my bank statement to make sure I actually ordered in the first place. I did so, although slightly bothered by this request, however I was then informed by their manager to recheck my bank statement to make sure it was real. Finally they accepted this and retook my order and said it will be another 10 minutes for our meals. An hour in total until we finally got our food. I received no apologies from staff or management. They didn't seem to care at all

I’m amazed at how many times I can order from here and either the drink or the dipping sauce is missing from the order. Also my chips today had 2 tablespoons of salt on the chips

Absolutely love this place. Food is always great . Only problem is it can take a bit long for the meals to come out . Still , it's worth the wait 🍔

How many slip and trip lawsuits will it take for you to replace this surface with proper flooring? I’m watching your staff and customers trying not to fall as they walk around. There’s water all over the ground. So dangerous.

An awesome place to grab a burger before or after the movies, their gluten free options are great and they have an entirely separate grill and utensils if you tell them you're celiac, so there's a very low contamination risk. There's also gluten free Two Bays beer! They offer a selection of beef: regular and wagyu, chicken burgers and some vegan options as well. Definitely a place you'll visit again and again.

The new fried chicken burgers were not as good as I was expecting. One of the burgers had so much Bar b que sauce that couldn't really taste anything else. The team member at the entrance can be provided with more training to answer specific questions about allergens.

Have to congratulate the team at Grill’d Harbour Town today during lunch. It was busy due to the sales but the service was fantastic and the food was brought out in a reasonable time. Delicious as usual. Thanks for a great meal and A+++ service

Had a wonderful experience at Grilled Harbour Town. I had Quenslader and my wife had the wagyu wunder and it was lovely experience. Taste and service we're excellent!! A definite worth to come and recommending.

5☆ Delicious food, friendly service, affordable prices, clean & very nice atmosphere. Tip... get in early before the lunch rush it's that good. We'll be back.

Unfortunately didn’t have the best experience with two of the waitresses today. However, Tamzan gets a 5 star review. She fixed all the issues we were having with absolute ease. She was so kind and nothing was a hassle.

The young guys who were serving my wife, children and I were sensational. They knew the menu, they had a high standard of service and it was clear they all wanted to be there. The food was well cooked and tasted great. I personally think grilled is a bit on the expensive side of what I would call fast-food, however everything on this experience meet those prices.
