The good - Big apartment with lots of space and great views Kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans you need and a big fridge Large balcony with fantastic views Great location near the beach and 5 mins drive to SeaWorld Big king size bed with a large ensuite Not so good The bed needs replacing as the support on one side is gone and bows in the middle If your a light sleeper the street and ocean noise will keep you awake - especially on the weekend. Don’t think there is much insulation Overall it’s a great place and I would stay here again. We had a superior room with ocean views. I would ask for the north building with the single balcony if I came here again

Our family stayed here for two weeks for a local sporting event at the Aquatic Centre. This location was great, as it was close to the beach and also nearby the local restaurants and shops. The room / apartment itself was stunning. We had an ocean view high up and couldn't have chosen a better location. Very happy with Xanadu.

One of the nicest resorts I've stayed in, the rooms are large, clean, and have all the amenities. The customer service is magnificent with helpful staff, and the pricing is excellent and competitive. I've stayed here multiple times and will continue doing so.

Another amazing stay at Xanadu, well maintained gardens and grounds. Indoor pool is excellent and spacious. Our apartment was renovated with excellent furniture. Great big couch and comfy beds. Kitchen was well equiped with containers, pots and pans. Hotel is within walking distance to some local cafes and comes with great views of the beach. We will be back again!!

Was amazing, view was jaw dropping gorgeous, loved the short walk to the shops and restaurant's in Main Beach, loved as well at night with the lights of the city. Certainly will be back in the future, though on the tip floor

We had to postpone our trip at very short notice and Xanadu, quickly replied and held our payment in credit for 6 months - which was fantastic and so helpful. We finally got there a few months later and LOVED our stay! Apartment size was incredible, very comfortable for a family of 4. Clean, bright, and low level (which we wanted) - ocean view. Location - fabulous. Loved the pools and sauna! My only feedback - would highly suggest heating the outdoor pool in winter to allow people to use it. Whilst the weather was perfect it does not hear the pool and it was icey cold. Yes there’s an indoor pool which is fabulous - it’s just a shame you have to go indoor on a 25 degree sunny day. Regardless, loved it and will stay again!

Stayed for a month. Very nice well appointed location near all amenities. Resort is kept immaculate and staff are really friendly and do thier utmost to make your stay wonderful. The apartments are really nice but do vary in fit out comfort re furniture and beds.

Amazing view, great value, furniture a bit shabby, black marker used to cover paint chips etc. But not a reason to never return. There was a brand new couch so the could possibly be starting to revamp. Great pool spa sauna. Parking in basement. Situated across the road from the beach. Everyone loved it

Across street to one of the best beaches ( Main Beach) on the Gold Coast. Management were excellent. Added a cot for my baby before I even requested it. Surprisingly my room was ready by 11 AM and I was welcomed to check in early instead of 2PM. Massive apartment with all amenities included. A bargain as compared to other places in Gold Coast. Will definitely be staying here when I come back. And sea world is only 5 minute drive away.

We had a great 5 night stay in the north tower. Very clean and well-appointed rooms with stunning views and amazing sun rise and sun sets. The resort is immaculately clean, and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the beach and cafes and restaurants. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌 👍

First time visitor to Surfers Paradise and what a perfect place to stay, located away from the main hustle and bustle of the CBD and what amazing views!!! So close to Southport Surf Club and SeaWorld l would return here in a heartbeat. Well appointed amenities and very friendly staff, highly recommend 👌

Great place to stay. Really enjoyed the stay and pool. The room is starting to show some wear but did not effect the stay. The beach is so close and it's nice and quiet.

Great place to stay. Don't count on viewing Netflix etc. on the TVs though, they are quite dated, and don't count on the premium internet being able to see you through online meetings - tethering to Telstra or Vodafone 4G on your mobile is a much safer option for trouble-free meetings.

Beautiful large apartment. Wonderful views from the lounge room and bedroom. So clean and neat. Had everything we needed. The king size bed was so comfortable. We will be back

Great Resort located on Main Beach, Goldcoast. Amazing view and Rooms with ocean view and City view, best service, Value for money. Overall experience is a Best Living place.

We had a wonderful stay at Xanadu. We stayed in apartment 50 in the East Tower and the views of the ocean were absolutely amazing. The apartment was extremely clean and spacious with fabulous amenities. The indoor pool and spa were nice and warm and we also made use of the tennis courts. The apartments are very close to public transport (both bus and light rail) which is extremely convenient as well. The nearby Teddar Avenue strip also has a variety of eateries as well as a convenience store and a BWS and Liquorland. A special thanks to receptionist Karla who was warm, courteous, professional, bubbly and always greeted us with a smile. Highly recommend staying at Xanadu.
