Clean apartment with great view. Absolutely prime location to watch the sun rise over Southport. Concierge was extremely helpful and accommodating during check-in and check-out was uncomplicated and residents were friendly. I have to give an honest review and say there were a few things that I found to impact my stay in a negative way. Public areas - Spa was green and BBQ was in disrepair. Room - stove top did not work (yes I checked the switch).

Best customer service. Awesome location, convenient to all Gold Coast facilities, including Gold Coast University Hospital.very clean , roomy unit overlooking the broad water with lovely parks and walking areas. Very easy to find location with all amenities.

Three stars are mostly for location and as a more accurate representation of the accommodation itself - this is most definitely not 4-star accommodation! The apartment itself was fine but the couches were falling apart, the handle of the door was loose, fans didn't work properly. Service was non-existent, we didn't see a single member of staff in a two night stay. We discovered on the first morning that the milk provided in the apartment was off (various degrees of yoghurt) and despite leaving a sample and a note (no staff at reception) there was no follow up. As far as a clean and relatively comfortable place to stay it was OK but calling it 4-star is nothing short of false advertising.

Terrible service. This hotel could only be described as basic in terms of the room functionality and facilities. But the main thing for me was that they leave you instructions saying to take your own bin down to the dumpster on check out. This is simply unacceptable. I'll be recommending this place here taken off the government list. Certainly not for for corporate customers, many better options at this price.

This was an amazing expirience, the apartment was fantastic!! The only downside was tge drains need a good bleaching as when water entered them they smelt really bad! I also bought draino to unblock one of the drains. And the air-conditioner had mould in it. But everything else was perfect, the pool and spa were fantastic. The beds and rooms were awesome, the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again 😊

Stayed here recently for 2 nights. The location is great, a little hard to get out of the driveway when cars are parked on the side of the street, not anyone's fault by any means. The room was lovely and spacious! It had an excellent view, It had a washing machine and dryer for ease of washing, the shower head wasn't amazing but was dealable, also Austar wasn't the greatest with only a few channels working. Staff and customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Booked for 2 employees for 10 nights each at short notice for work and had to change due to site not ready. Would not refund or tfr payment to other nights and kept it all. We work all over Qld and never has management done this. They were under new management since Jan 2023. Old Manager was very accommodating but new ones are not. Stay away.

Great Location, broadwater views from our balcony was great ,everything was clean and comfortable with secure parking ,we only had 2 nights but will definitely be back again! Thanks so much Candice , you were so friendly and accommodating to our needs , you made us very welcome!

Really impressed. Close to so much, lovely friendly caretakers. Apartment clean and fresh. Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment with my daughters and grandson, very spacious and comfy. Will be booking here for our next trip

The apartments are not as clean and tidy as shown in their photos. We paid $360 for one night for a 2-bed apartment (off season). Not a good value for our money.

Room was lovely and clean and location is very handy. It wasn’t the luxury apartment as advertised. Bath fittings are a bit old and leaked and the hot water system was very small. It didn’t cater for 1 person to shower and wash clothes etc let alone 2. Would stay again due to location and cleanliness

Great experience, new managers very helpful, had issue late at night with fridge they replaced that same night.

Stayed 5th Jan to 8th Jan 2023. Great place, highly recommended The site managers Nick, Candice and Simone are very friendly. The unit was really clean with nice comfy furniture. Very happy customer !!

Just had a two night stay in one of The one bedroom apartments. It was lovely and clean and very comfortable . Staff very friendly and helpful very central to everything . Fantastic rates well worth staying there . Will be staying there again very soon thats how impressed we were thank you to the managers at aqualine

Lovely apartment with great views. Ideal for those with children as there is plenty of parks along the broadwater with cafes. Would stay again. It's not too close to surfers but close enough to walk or get transportation which is on your doorstep. Management here are excellent with good advice for things to do. Kate has been fantastic and so nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Great service. A bit noisy in the front apartment but the view far outweighed this. Great value for money
