Having trouble getting my property bond back as the lady said it would be 7 to 10 days and I have been waiting over 14 days and still can't get it back when I call and ask why not the assian lady just keeps hanging up and won't answer me why not so the resort cost extra $200 I can't get back on top of the nightly rate Like to add I have just received my $200 bond back about week ago now from the bank as the resort was not going to. So had the bank check it out it wasn't even the resort on the recipt of taking it from my bank as a bond it was under another company name Please would like to warn everyone about Santana holiday resort on the Gold Coast it's not a place I would ever stay again or ever even recommend to anyone at all

One of the worst hotel I ever stayed. I book an apartment for 6 nights. There was no house keeping at all for my whole stay. They did not provide any fresh towels, bedsheets and any of the toiletries either. Apartment was not cleanend; Stain on blanket and couch; Broken cabinets in kitchen and toilet. Staff was not helpful at all.

The smelly unit, poorly maintained facilities, poor cleanliness, bedding was too dirty to sleep in, We had to buy our own bedding. Blinds on both windows did not work, 1 toilet roll for 6 nights, 1 small soap and 1 shampoo for 6 nights, a total of 4 towels, no service, no extra supply for the entire stay. Dusty furniture spills on the carpet and couch. The iron board was very wobbly hence not safe to use a hot iron. Reception not attended most times, when it was attended staff was very slow, unhelpful and unprofessional. Cupboard shelves too dirty to be used. No rail or hook in the bathroom to hang clothing/ towel etc. They charged us extra money whereas the website states that kids stay free. In summary, it was a distressing experience and poor value for money.

there were cockroaches! We asked him for a solution or refund of money and his answer was: we don't have to do it, they always appear. Without giving us any solution. The stay was uncomfortable for this reason. I couldn't get the clothes out of my suitcase for fear of cockroaches getting in. Cleaning is not deep. A padding had food remains

The swimming pool, spa, location and BBQ area was lovely and we really enjoyed this area. Online booking system was easy but after that communication and any further questions were not of the best service. Our unit had a great balcony with a view of the pool area which was nice and the furniture was comfortable however the hygiene was poor in the bathroom and linen. Our linen had bodily fluids that were not ours lucky we had our own and the bathroom had mould and stains. In the resorts defence we did not report this as we were only here for the weekend so they didn't have a chance to resolve it.

We enjoyed our stay if your after a 5 star hotel this place isn't for you. Good sized apartment down side they didn't have a/c in our room but some did. Old and tired priced accordingly. Eva and Tim are nice people but I feel they cop alot of grief from people. They only manage these apartments for various owners.

Great experience! Lovely Asian lady. Facilities are over the top (for what you're paying) This is not a hotel, it's a home away from home. If you want housekeeping and room service, you're gonna be disappointed. She wasn't flexible at all when we told her we wanted to stay less nights, so be careful with that. Overall recommended. If we go back to the area we will be definitely be back Thanks!!

The room was clean. The service was very good. Easy to get in and out.

It was a nice building from the outside but upon entering the room it really needs a good overhaul and refurbishment. New carpet and painted needed to make it more homely.For what the rent is it really needs to be brought up to par.

The room isn't okay, the one we had seemed a little dirty but was only used for a place to sleep. Didn't have to to use the pool or gaming room that are provided. The resort is in a nice location across from a nice park and central to most things and a close walk to public transport.

was allocated a pretty bad room, no view and dirty. Overpriced for a few nights would not recommend at all, not worth it and can’t get refund

I thought it was fabulous great apartment great location and the lovely lady on reception so helpful other guests and residents very friendly

Rooms are large and most include kitchens, bathrooms (toilets), laundry facilities, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, cooktop stoves, and bedrooms. Cleanliness could be better but reasonable. Wifi is spotty at times but usually pretty good. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa and a games room with a pool table and ping pong table. Plenty of underground parking available. The owners are very nice and willing to help wherever they can. All in all a pleasant stay at a reasonably affordable price.

Great value! Clean and extensive list of conveniences. Tim on the desk was helpful. Very close to everything.
