I’m giving 2 stars for the decor and living space. The rooms are stylish and breezy with plenty of furniture and balcony space and the bedrooms are homey. yet the apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival - there were stains and sticky substances on the bench and the dishes were filthy. We were given only 1 roll of toilet paper which was half used and left by the guests before us. We had staff visit us at unruly hours to offer us towels yet there was never any staff in the office and we were unable to reach them through their phone number.

Very basic. No lift! Dishwashing liq. provided but no sponge or cloth. Small cockroaches at night. Hair dryer dirty. No decent blanket. One provided had an unpleasant smell. Sofa ncomfortable. No cushions so used pillows. No ensuite. Pool unusable due to flooding - they kept that quiet.

Good pricing on a two bedroom apartment for two days with riverside, paradise views, Tidy and perfect for whet me and my partner needed for a getaway from life to enjoy life. Handled by my man Mark. Top marks for Mark. .Good communication .Good location There was a slow leak in the laundry sink but that was nothing and it was handled. Main bathroom was not clean, dirty toilet, shower & towels. Pool/spa have been drained and pool/bbq area is under major renovation, not disclosed at booking. Managers rung asking for additional deposit, which seemed odd given we’d booked on booking.com

The unit was lovely. Everything was spotless. I very well equipped and management was extremely helpful. It's only streets back from main street and very quiet. Loved everything about this accomodation.

Amazing place to stay. Pool & Spa are excellent, views are spectacular, hosts are super friendly and the apartments are modern & stylish. They don’t supply shampoo and body wash so bring your own. Under my bed was filthy with used tissues and dirt but everywhere else was really clean. This place is great value for money overall and an excellent location.

Great place to stay with a family & affordable. Apartment had all the amenities needed. A great spa & pool. Great views. Lounge furniture was a little dated, but still very comfortable. Balconies are spacious & have screen doors for child safety.

Apartment did not cater for the amount of people we told them were going to be there. Apartment was not clean at all. Outdoor furniture was broken. Did not supply toiletries not even toilet paper. We were told we had to enter and exit through the underground carpark only not once were we allowed to use the front entrance. Rubbish on the street in front of the apartments from tenants at the apartments. The apartments had fans that did not work. We had to turn on the switch and use a remote to turn on bedroom fans and turn off lights. It was very disappointing considering the photos online were very different and clean compared to what we walked into. Upstairs apartments were throwing rubbish on the apartment balcony where we stayed. The only thing good was it was close to where we had to be.

We are longtime customers who won’t be staying there again. When we first arrived place looks very rundown. Very disappointing with all the beautiful palm trees cut down and taken away. Advertise rooms with Foxtel but when arriving, we were told the Foxtel has been disconnected, but why is there a box in the room, then? Manager advises the room has a smart TV but the TV was an old plasma. TV remote didn’t work. We called the manager advised will call back never did. Wi-Fi didn’t work. Main bathroom shower roof and wall was full of mould. Smoke protector keep beeping wouldn’t stop. Glass sliding door to the balcony hasn’t cleaned from previous guest as it look like they had young kids fingerprints everywhere. After 2 years The spa still wasn’t working. Couldn’t use the pool or barbecue area after 6 pm. Next year, we are looking for a new place to stay unacceptable!
