Best shopping centre in Queensland! The place is big, but you won't get lost. All the famous brands are here. Every store is very beautifully designed and often change the display, shopping here is really enjoyable !

If you want a full on shopping experience this is the place. Big and small brand names, with all your favourites. Lots of food options to choose from. Open and spacious. Love the ground floor lounge and water area to relax and rest in between. Plenty of parking, 4WD beware some.under ground parking is low as 1.9m, others 2.0m. First 3hrs free. Plenty of public transport options with bus and taxi terminals. Staff I have encountered were patient, friendly and helpful.

Such a huge shopping mall with plenty of parking. It has everything including luxury brands to fresh groceries. Everything in one place, highly recommended in Gold Coast!

I don't normally gushed over shopping centres. I really like transformation of Pacific Fair from a handful of open air retail stores to its current, huge, modern mix of open air and enclosed shopping mall. The retail mix is great. All the major Australian department stores - David Jones, Myer, K-Mart, Target, Big W are present. Plus high end overseas brands such as Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc. Cinema, bakery, supermarket, chemist etc too. It is clean, spacious and bright. There are also lots of comfortable places to chill, and theme food courts/restaurants to recharge. Best of all is the Resort - a cool, green, open public space to lounge, to daydream, to chat, to play (table tennis) - that set it apart from the standard shopping centre. A balm for the Covid-starved retail experience. The location is a plus - minutes to Broadbeach South tram stop and bus stop, one tram stop away for the casino and Broadbeach neighbourhood shops and beach.

Do yourself a favour, go here. Better than Chaddy! Legit. I’m not much for shopping centres but this one is pretty cool. Want a mimosa by the fountain before shopping? Done. Perhaps rest your feet on the sunny lounges. Done. Lots of top end shops and all the usuals too. Plus indoor and outdoor combo that’s refreshing. All within walking distance of the beach and hotels. But if that’s too far get the tram or free shuttle bus! Shut up and take my money already!

foods at food court are ridiculously expensive. ESpecially the food store My Carvery and SUMO. Please do not go for these two. I dont recommend at all.The food suck. Completely fake menu photos with absurd prices. They treat Customers as a fool.

It is such a pleasure strolling around Pacific Fair. There must be hundreds of shops, so many places to eat and drink, designer fashions, beauty salons, movie theatres, jewellery and department store. Literally everything you could ever want is here! The resort area is so nice to sit and relax, you’ll feel like you’re at a tropical resort, well you are! I love this place and are here 3-4 days a week.

Not sure why we ended up in a shopping centre while traveling in Gold Coast and shopping was not necessary on our mind. However, it was a pleasant experience. The centre takes a huge amount of real estate. Walking thought the entire centre can easily meet your steps goal for the day. It mostly have no more than two levels with very high ceilings. And there are a lot of open spaces so despite the overwhelming amount of shops there's never a boxed in feeling. If you are visiting Gold Coast make sure to check out some local brands. There are also ones from nearby Byron Bay. Big names are also dotted around the centre. Unlike most shopping centres around east coast, there are several concentrations of food outlets, thanks to all the space. Make sure to look around before settle down for a meal.

Huuuge shopping centre with such a big range of shops from high end fashion like Gucci to good old Kmart. The only problem for me was walking from one end to another, oh but wait, there is a complimentary shuttle car to cart you around if your tootsies can't handle any more walking. Seemed very clean and the only thing I was surprised at was the size of the food court. I expected it to be enormous as the centre is so big. Caught the complimentary shuttle bus from shopping centre to Q1 resort. Does a few stops at certain hotels/ resorts which comes in handy

This center is a good place to shop for all your daily needs, 400+ stores but it lacks specific stores. It has two levels and is easy to navigate. Although this center may not be as busy as others, it's easy to reach by public transportation and has ample parking. The cleaning staff does an amazing job keeping this center spotless. There is also plenty of customer service staff to assist with your needs.

Flash and buzzing. Lot of tourists and people walking around too fast, like headless chooks. Some staff have attitude, but just use eBay if that’s the case.

One of the best shopping centres in Australia for sure with a resort style feeling in the landscape area 😍 Also first 5 hours of parking is free, which is fantastic to explore over 400 shops in the outlet. Highly recommend for atleast half a day trip with the family to enjoy this hidden gem 👍👍❤❤ Clean and well maintained facilities. Friendly staff members in most of the shops.

The range of shops at Pacific Fair is great. A combination of high end retail and family friendly stores. However the range of eateries is on the other end of the spectrum, limited choices and less than ordinary service. We had an extremely bad experience at Motto Motto which dragged this review down.

From a tourists perspective this shopping centre is to die for, absolutely incredible, so large, many nice places to take a rest and relax, great choice of food options and not 1 store that was empty (as in moving in or leaving)

Love this shopping centre! It was right near my hotel and just a quick 10 minute walk. I love that there is this big open area with heaps of seating and deck chairs to relax on by this small running water lakes and a fountain. It’s so big and has a fantastic variety of fashion stores. The staff at the stores are very lovely, had a nice chat to a girl at Aje about the new obsession of western fashion. They also have stores like nude Lucy, Sabo, perfect stranger and charcoal clothing which I don’t see often and usually are purchased online. The interior of these stores are also so pretty snd aesthetic including the kookai which gives me vacation vibes. They also have a big area for dinning called the patio. You are so spoilt with choice and can eat at a sushi train, Thai restaurants, Japanese and Italian restaurants. They also have healthy alternatives with a poke bowl place. It’s a very enjoyable place to go to and spend hours shopping or relaxing on their deck chairs.

Absolute shoppers delight this place is! We had lunch at the food court adjacent Target, it was quite a busy Friday afternoon as the floor was packed - to be expected though as it’s school holidays atm. Pushing a pram I did struggle to find a lift on ground floor to Level 1 and ended up using the lift in the Myer Store. Overall experience was great though so much to see and kids loved the Play Lane near UNIQLO. The water features give a nice ambient sound to the core of the shopping centre. Check your steps if you’re here for a while you’ll accidentally do 3km in this place 😇. This is one of the best shopping centres I’ve ever been to!

Genuinely had everything you could want, although you'll have a long walk to cover all the outlets here. Each stroke I visited, staff greeted me warmly, took heed of my needs, and where they could not help directly guided me to an alternative.

It is so big they give you a map! It is every Westfields you have been to only 3 times bigger and all on two levels. It has all your regular retail shops David Jones, Myer, Target, Kmart , Big W plus much more H&M, City Beach, Prada, Tiffanys. Everyone will find something they like even the kids with build a bear, EB games and Macdonalds. Five hours free parking goes so quickly. Multiple food courts and dine in places eg Bettys Burgers Cinema, gym, water features, and lots of places to sit down. Allow plenty of time to go to the bathroom as there is always a wait in line. Go early to avoid the crowds.

It is fabulous 🥰 for a real shopping experience this place totally rocks it. So easy to access, parking is a breeze. Big department stores are on site plus a good range of boutique snd chain shops. Eateries and food courts are to die for. Spectacular views from abundant roof top parking - for which I was not charged. Helpful staff throughout the mall helped me navigate around. Cinemas there looked nice too. Good job Pacific Fair 👍 I was very impressed. It is really nice. It is of course extremely popular.

I'm very disappointed to see a good store "Wanted Shoes" to be closing. I hope we're not going to see a boarded up store lot with a "new exciting store coming soon" ad taking its place. "Wanted" was an exciting store with beautiful shoes. Possibly I'm a bit jaded being a local but to see good shops going is disheartening.

Has almost every store imaginable. Perfect weather on a sunny day you can relax on the day beds, like a resort style vibe. The only thing is to just make sure you park in the right area if your going to visit one store, as it's very spread out.

Exiting the parking lot was atrocious. Spent almost an hour to get out after hopping in the car. You would think that they would open up the boom gates to move people in an out a bit faster. And the 'way out' has poor markings. Good range of shops.

Pacific Fair Mall is a decent size mall compared to the shopping malls I have been into around the world. A good place for shopping in the Goldie. The aesthetics of the place is good. I love the courtyard area in the middle which provides plenty of seating and the nature vibe it gives to its visitors. The place is clean and well maintained. The layout is a bit confusing; I did not see any information board or guide that tells you where to find a certain store you want to shop. Most of the staff in Pacific Fair where friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to go for a shopping spree in the Goldie.

Wide variety of shops available. The thing I love the best was the big rest area in the middle of Pacific Fair where you can sit or lie down to have a break beside the water feature.

Great large shopping centre in the heart on Broadbeach. Has something for everyone. Extremely modern and has a lot of places to relax with numerous day beds and sun lounges to chill whilst taking a break from shopping. Looks great at night as well. Easy to get to from Surfers Paradise by just hopping on the tram which takes you right near the centre. 5 stars from me.

Pacific Fair Shopping what a wonderful place to shop. It is a very large area to cover, and with my mobility issues I usually have a mobility scooter with me. I went to the Concierge desk in the middle of the centre where they told me I could get a mobility scooter from them to help me get around. Having completed the forms and shown my Driving Licence so they could take the details. The lady then went to get me a scooter to use in the Shopping Centre. How wonderful, I could accompany my daughter-in-law and 3 year old Grandson in their shopping experience. I was told I had to report any damage if anything happened. It was a scooter just like my own, so that was good. It certainly helped me have a wonderful time seeing all the many and varied shops this centre has to offer. I am very grateful to the Concierge Staff for their helpfulness and concern for me. My experience of the Shopping Centre certainly was enhanced by the mobility scooter which I returned to the Concierge after I had finished shopping. Thank you for all your help and thoughtfulness, it is much appreciated and my time in your Shopping Centre will never be forgotten.

My fave shopping centre in the gold coast hands down! Great mall if you want high end fashion or a visit to Kmart it caters to everyone. Also whoever came up with the idea of having pool cabanas and lounge chairs to rest on in a shopping centre fantastic work 👏👏👏

Love the night time lighting, water features and surrounding seating areas. Awesome accessible restrooms for those with disabilities, even a 'changing places' toilet, so wonderful to see this level of inclusion

It's huge. First visit to Pac Fair in years and was overwhelmed by how big it is. but it's very GC and so much variety of shopping and food. Tye decor in the public toilets though 👌, little rest spots away from the crowds

It’s such a big sporting goods mall. We bought Australian football, which is popular in Australia. We also bought our favorite tennis rackets. All kinds of sporting goods are very complete.
