Amazing ice creams with such good taste

Very delicious milkshake!!! I was so thirsty and hungry after work and didn't know what to get. Their super friendly staff recommended me to try a milkshake with the mix of choco-mint and veronese chocolate . It was just amazing!!! Now I am addicted to it and coming back every night after work!!!

I had a good time there. Great service, nice staff and best flavours ever!! I really love their new flavour with caramel and kitkat!! I will definitely visit them again later

Creamy delicious gelato with a large range of flavours, my favourite is always the cookies and cream.

So many choices but the Asian guy recommended I mix my scoops. I had the chocolate brownie & New York cheesecake. OMG the flavours were awesome! My favourite place in Surfers!

I was served by Caitlyn, she was so lovely and very helpful! It was extremely busy and there were challenges but she remained calm and collected and got through the rush !

Lovely staff and lovely gelatos! Always visit here for their pistachio gelato whenever I go to surfers paradise! Would give a 10 stars if there’s this option

The ice cream taste very delicious, the color of ice cream very interesting that’s why we come back again. The thing I don’t like that the staff didn’t put attention to the guest that we waiting for long line then our turn. The staff she made eye contact with us and said Hello, we felt more excited to choose our taste but don’t know where is the Indian lady came behind us and everyone in the line jump in front then the staff change her eye to that lady and start to service her. We felt disappointed that’s why we left. I know the ice cream very good but we felt disrespect

The worker Jennifer gave 10/10 customer service as she came to work early just to make our ice cream cake ready in time. Cake was delicious and Highly recommended.

5:30PM. We always come here to get our favourite ice cream flavours—salted caramel, coffee and brownie chocolate. Usually great staff except for tonight. Christopher was very rude and unapproachable. Poor customer service. Appalling behaviour for a supposed to be ‘happy’ ice cream place. I had to say something to him. Glad to have served by another female staff who noticed the commotion and she apologised for her colleague’s frustrating behaviour. The place needs more like her—friendly and good vibes.

My partner and I love coming here after dinner then taking a stroll through the markets nearly every weekend. When we came to pay cash for our ice cream is came to around $13-$14, I gave your cashier a $20 note, as I had coins left in my wallet a said “I have $4” she proceed to say “oh no thanks” and took my $20 and gave me change when it could’ve being a easy $10. Why do they do this is this the owners thing or the juniors not knowing how to count change? I was highly offended that someone can just say “no thanks” and take my money still. Anyways I still come and pay mostly Card but I had cash I could use that day.

The staff are always very friendly and the male who helped me today was great. What wasn’t great, however, was the female with the red and orange bandana in her ponytail, who kept playing with the ice cream, making and unmaking unnecessary cups, THEN LICKING HER FINGERS! I watched her do this multiple times whilst the boy made my shake then when she thought she was caught she quickly rubbed her hands together AND THEN SERVED SSOMEONE 🤢 I feel utterly sick and will never come back which is sad because it was my favourite local. Had to throw my shake out because I don’t know how many times she’s gotten away with it. She could’ve at least WASHED HER HANDS after .

Why I`m leaving one start to my favourite Ice cream shop in Surfers because when you change to often staff and recipe in the sorbet and gelato, you intoxicate people without even knowing it. I mean I had to follow with my eyes the kid was making the gelato multiple time. the renew the shop in a way who make even harder to see flavour, ingredient and allergy. After a considerable amount of Gelato and money. I will not get back soon. People with intolerance and other problem be extremely careful. This kid are running recipe and instructions which are not really aware of. Shame.

Awesome experience. Awesome collection of flavors on Surfers Paradise. Great customer service, price is reasonable. Some of the ones we tried were Vanilla, date pudding, Mango (Vegan), Pistachio and Strawberry. Loved it. Highly recommended.

Gelatissimo Surfers Paradise is a fantastic spot for anyone with a sweet tooth. The friendly staff greeted us with a smile and were very accommodating. They offered a wide range of options to cater to different dietary requirements, including sugar-free, dairy-free, and vegan ice cream options. The servings were generous, and you have the option to choose between a cup or cone. The vegan ice cream options were particularly delicious and packed with flavor. The cone was crispy and crunchy, while the cup allowed for a mess-free experience. The best time to visit the store is at night as the whole Surfers. The ambiance is perfect for anyone who wants to unwind and indulge in a sweet treat.

A good albeit expensive ice cream parlour. Their New York cheese cake flavour was excellent while the chocolate brownie was average. It’s 8.60 for 2 scoops but the above flavours are deluxe flavours which cost 0.60 extra each scoop.

the ice cream used to be so good years ago and when I came last month, they tasted a little bitter and off?? whatever, they were refreshing anyways

wonderful experience when I went on Tuesday night. Helpful staff and friendly most especially the girl working with the long lashes and black hair was very friendly. 10/10 flavours will certainly be coming back

The portion size is smaller than advertised. Bought 1L of ice cream via doordash yesterday. It arrived in 3 tubs. Each tub is only 250ml. So although paying for 1L, I've only received 750ml. Short changed by 25%. Ice cream was nice, but expensive, and being given less than what I paid for leaves a bitter taste.

Amazing service from the boys on tonight. All three were exceptional. They provided me their names and gave perfect selections for myself and friends. Will definitely return snd wish those three boys well in future. Bray, sol and Tom u did well and deserve gold my main Gs

Great range of flavours with the limited edition ones always being a hit. Great spot to head after being at the beach or enjoying the sights and attractions around Surfers. Staff have always been very friendly and helpful and we always stop in when nearby
