The staff were amazing. Yet the quality of the room was horrible. As I first walked into the apartment it smelt as though there had been 15 year Olds room after they had just finished a footy match. Then I walked into the bathroom and saw hair everywhere ( over the toilet, in the shower and on the floor). Then when I went the the kitchen there was a spider in the sink.

The toilet broke and no one repaired it even though we reported it. The check in desk is open from a round 830 to early in the arvo I'm assuming because there was almost no one ever there. It's comprised of a few apartment building that are around 4 floors each. There are no elevators so if you're on the top floor like I was you have to co Stanley walk up 4 flights of stairs and then there are a flight of stairs in the apartment as well. The air conditioning did absolutely nothing in such a big apartment. It was extremely hot. It was also a health issue because we had to call the ambulance during our trip and they struggled to make it to our floor with all their equipment and struggled to stay in the apartment because it was so hot. There was also some suspicious stains on the ceilings and walls that were quite big and unattractive. There are also no avtualy ceiling lights in a lot of the rooms it's just lamps.

Staff were friendly and helpful, however on the night of our arrival we were locked out. As per the instructions, we buzzed the intercom to speak to the night staff who were supposed to let us in. We sat hopelessly and continued to push the intercom button for 1.5hrs til a customer came out at 1:30am. She was very helpful and kind to help us get our key and get in. We were already calling other hotels to stay for the night. Some dishes were dirty and two lights didn't work (laundry and lounge room). Otherwise, location was perfect and prices were reasonable. Would stay again.

Wonderful quiet boutique walk up 3 level resort that has had some apartments and outdoor pool area refurbished. Apartment (14) immaculately maintained and renovated with great lighting, ceiling fans and aircon to lounge area. Great location across from the Q1, Tram stop, restaurants and a very short (less than a minute) stroll to the beach. 1 x Car park included. Indoor (heated) and outdoor pool plus gymnasium, spa and sauna and BBQ area. Mixture of owners, tenants and holiday rentals. Highly recommend!

I had great experience at Copacabana, I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment "room number 42". The apartment had a true traditional Gold Coast beach holiday vibe, was very nostalgic and was a nice change from the overly updated apartments I've stayed in elsewhere on the Coast. I particularly liked the arched architecture throughout the apartment. Large windows throughout provide great natural light and airflow. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities, full sized fridge/freezer, oven, and dishwasher. The apartment was a great size and would easily accomodate a family for longer stays. Washing machine and dryer available for use in apartment. Large family sized comfortable couch, large balcony with 5 chairs and table, large dining room table. Adequate linen and towels which are not replaced throughout the stay but can easily be put in washer and dryer for reuse. Security is great with a tag required at the entrance and then again into your wing of the Apartments. The stairs weren't an issue, three small flights which take about 30 seconds in total to get to the top. The location was perfect, literally a stones throw from the beach, shopping, restaurants and nightlife. No sound disturbances with the doors closed. Grounds are well maintained and sport palm trees and other tropical plants which add to the good vibe. Check in was easy and reliable with Michael, he was very helpful and accommodating. All other facilities looked great. All in all a great holiday apartment if you're after an authentic Gold Coast holiday.

Plenty of room for 6 with 3 bedrooms, massive balcony upstairs with a smaller 2nd balcony downstairs, great views of the rolling ocean, so close to the beach, a stroll into surfers mall, plenty of eating options, awesome outside and indoor pools , didn’t get a chance to use sauna or bbq area. Comfy lounge, fantastic no glass furniture and was wooden so easy no to worry with children, bathing was a breeze with 2 bathrooms (1 with a bath), plenty of cupboards for clothing and kitchen. We found a gem and will be booking again next time :) thank you for the wonderful stay . It was so clean , no bugs or cockroaches, and lovely management. We preferred it over Q1 as it was so much more spacious, comfortable bedding and pillows too, and an awesome price that made it affordable for a large family to have a holiday at the coast

Older style apartment, but very spacious and close to everything in Surfers. Staff very friendly. No mini bar or luxury cons... not expected, but not even ice in freezer for our pre dinner drinks... just empty ice trays. That was a tad disappointing as not a big ask. Overall, good.

Their phone never seems to be working which is not great from a business point of view. How are people supposed to contact them??

There was no hot water and it's the middle of winter. The air-conditioning was not working and so couldn't stay warm with the sheets provided. I tried contacting management but no one ever answers. I have also tried to contact them for weeks about the garage height with no response. Wished I stayed somewhere else.

Not recommended. Good location, private parking, but nothing else. Very old facilities, smelly room, dust and stain everywhere. No sea views. Very dark at the ground floor. Unhappy experience. — I requested 2 single beds, which was confirmed by the apartment manager. When I arrived, there is a double bed in my room. I was told there is no way to change. Building manager was kind and sent me a folding bed, but it was very uncomfortable. — Someone called my room at midnight asking for receptionist because there is no electricity in their room. — My air conditioner automatically turned on and off sometimes every few minutes, which is super annoying at night. The worst thing is the power point was hidden in the wall. It could not be plugged out at all. — I booked a room for 10 days. “Toilet paper” is included in the “room facilities” of online advertising. When I run out of toilet (only one small roll in my room), I was told “I can give you some, but it is supposed to be purchased by yourself”. It is always worth to look at the reviews before your book.

Great position, but was extremely filthy dirty, ,mouldy dishwasher and hair and mould in bathrooms,the managers were very nice and helpful also all the cutlery was filthy dirty really needs the whole apartment cleaned and up dated

Stayed there one night. Never again. Paid for parking, but my tag didn't let me out once I was in, so my car was stuck downstairs. Attempted to contact receptionist or manager within open hours, but they were nowhere to be found. Constantly had to ask other residents for assistance.

Good location close to surfers, good lock up parking. Nice chilled vibe with a indoor and outdoor pool with spar and mini gym. Good prices
