    Fantastic Location 5min walk to Beach and shops. Room was clean and tidy and freshly painted. New kitchen and shower etc with views of the Beach and River. Massive TV in lounge and bedroom. New lounge.

    Good location, affordable price We rented a whole apartment for 3 nights. The place was well located with walking distance from city center and the beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. We got three rooms, one master room, one double bed room and a twin bed room. Each room has its own door to balcony which also connect to the other rooms. We really enjoy our time there. Especially, the living room and the kitchen had all the equipment that we needed. Furthermore, the price was reasonable. Definitely recommend and will be back again.

    Unit 58 has just been fabulously renovated to executive standard and beautifully furnished with huge TV and plush lounge with recliner chairs . It also has stunning views of the ocean from every room, with a wrap around balcony that also has views of the mountains and river. You can wake to the sunrise over the ocean and relax with a drink in the evening on the balcony, watching the sunset.

    I would never recommend booking with Anacapri holiday resort! Cancelled our reservation without telling us, only found out because I emailed about an early check in and got told that they no longer can take our booking as they are fully booked (booking was confirmed). I was shocked and contacted them - worst customer service I have ever received, basically told “tough luck” even though I confirmed with them we NEVER cancelled and they never notified us of cancellation (we would have rocked up ready to check in) - was offered no apology at all! Grateful for booking.com for helping us find another hotel! Will never ever go near anacapri again! After reading some of the other reviews sounds like a lot of people have had bad experiences with them too!!

    We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for 3 nights for my son's 16th bday. This reservation was booked 6weeks in advance, 1 week prior to our arrival I called to ask a question about a parking spot for a second car. Then to be told they were booked out for that long weekend. I then said NO I have a booking already, I was then told they had no booking for me. I reply quiet firmly I did and have a booking number. I was then told they will call me back in 5 mins.... 45 mins later I called back, stressed and getting angry as my son had a few friends coming to stay. Then to be told yes I was just about to call you back... I was told that my apartment was no longer available due to the owners taking it for my book nights. I had booked this 6 weeks prior, had a very excited family looking forward to our time away and birthday celebrations. I asked what they would have done if I didn't call today? I was told I am sorry but I was supposed to call you and let you know. They would have had 7 people in there lobby, and no Apartment to check in to. Unfortunately my son's birthday was cancelled, as there was nothing available at short notice, being it was a long weekend. Angry, disappointed and disgusted in there no remorse shown at all.

    Great location. 5 minute stroll into surfers. Tram on the same block. Harvey at the desk is a gem! Will definitely be back.

    I booked through Wotif and believed I didn't have to pay a deposit. When Anacapri tried to take the deposit from my credit card and couldn't, they cancelled my booking without even calling me. I left several phone messages over 3 days and sent an email telling them I wanted to pay the deposit, but with no reply. I believe because I made the booking 3 months prior and was able to get a great price that they didn't want to keep my booking as they could get a higher price if I cancelled. I have stayed there before but never again! I will never book again with Wotif as they would help either. Shame on you both!!!!!!

    Easy after hours check in and a great price for a 3 bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Kids loved the pool. Apartment was dated and had some wear & tear, the sliding doors were hard to open & toilet constantly refilled but I had read other reviews and knew what to expect. Staff could certainly be more approachable and less signs about 'the rules' would be nice.

    Had late check in- that was a nightmare. Our 2 bedroom apartment stunk- was dirty and greasy- free wifi details had expired- no tea, coffee or sugar as described in booking- no spare toilet paper! I do not recommend

    Absolute thieves!!!! Due to covid cancelled reservation prior to check-in. Was told no problem and money will be refunded. Later I am told sorry can't find any requests of cancellation too bad. It is disgusting and appalling that they would take advantage of people like that in these times!! Would highly warn people from booking this place as if there is a lock down you won't get your money back!!! Do not risk losing your money here!!!

    Views are great, reception is helpful, maintenence is efficient. Breeze is wonderful. Pool, sauna, tennis courts and a gym handy and the beach just a walk away. Tram to the city where many restaurants bars and things to do also for children.

    Great view and very secured access to the whole property facilities. The apartment is clean and very good maintenance I would say.. such a amazing sunset view you can get from this balcony..

    It’s average, depending the room and level could be better than the experience I had. The beds are two singles pushed together , Kmart pillows and the bed slides as it’s on wheels. The bridge is being done so don’t expect sleep ins or relaxing mornings. This construction work goes all day until 5pm. Asian hair always dropped around the place. Must be the cleaners. Basic furniture . The pools is great though and the outdoor recreational area is good.

    Stayed at this place level 3 room 12 for a few days and I must say it was absolutely disgusting. Beds weren’t clean, sand and crumbs were in the beds. So many things in the kitchen were oily and there was an investation of ants, blinds were all filthy and were letting off a foul smell, main bedroom balcony door doesn’t even close properly. All of us were being bitten by insects through the night, not sure if it’s bed bugs. Rang the after hours line as we got there once reception was closed and they said that there was nothing they can do until Monday (someone was to come and see me). Monday comes around and no one came. The guy at the reception was lovely to deal with, we explained to him the situation. He tried to resolve as best as he could with his manager. Stars are only for him. Otherwise wouldn’t even rate this place.

    Rooms are so outdated and old. Lack or repair or maintenance. Kitchen cupboard door hanging off the hinges, broken blinds, exposed electrical board and no backs on remotes is risk for children. Management don't seem to care. Photos' are false advertising No offer to address concerns. Paid $2550 for 7 nights for a client & her family who we ended having to move before the first night even happened.

    Famz was let down, paid them 2 grand js for us to find out they made it look pretty n nice not until we check them sheets, walls, uncleaned tables, crumbs on th tables n chairs, broken shelf, poor stabled chairs. This hotel may seem happy n nice in those web photos but nah it ain't what you expect, the view was the only thing that carried the whole apartment 😂.
