We
booked
a
3
bedroom
apartment
for
3
nights
for
my
son's
16th
bday.
This
reservation
was
booked
6weeks
in
advance,
1
week
prior
to
our
arrival
I
called
to
ask
a
question
about
a
parking
spot
for
a
second
car.
Then
to
be
told
they
were
booked
out
for
that
long
weekend.
I
then
said
NO
I
have
a
booking
already,
I
was
then
told
they
had
no
booking
for
me.
I
reply
quiet
firmly
I
did
and
have
a
booking
number.
I
was
then
told
they
will
call
me
back
in
5
mins....
45
mins
later
I
called
back,
stressed
and
getting
angry
as
my
son
had
a
few
friends
coming
to
stay.
Then
to
be
told
yes
I
was
just
about
to
call
you
back...
I
was
told
that
my
apartment
was
no
longer
available
due
to
the
owners
taking
it
for
my
book
nights.
I
had
booked
this
6
weeks
prior,
had
a
very
excited
family
looking
forward
to
our
time
away
and
birthday
celebrations.
I
asked
what
they
would
have
done
if
I
didn't
call
today?
I
was
told
I
am
sorry
but
I
was
supposed
to
call
you
and
let
you
know.
They
would
have
had
7
people
in
there
lobby,
and
no
Apartment
to
check
in
to.
Unfortunately
my
son's
birthday
was
cancelled,
as
there
was
nothing
available
at
short
notice,
being
it
was
a
long
weekend.
Angry,
disappointed
and
disgusted
in
there
no
remorse
shown
at
all.
