We have stayed at Pacific Plaza recently. It is a great location right on the Esplanade. Apartments are spacious with panoramic ocean views as far as the eye can see 180 degrees expansion. Fantastic Swimming Pool BBQ area, Gym. Staff are very friendly and, it's only about ten minutes walk to the hub of Surfers Paradise. You cannot go wrong; highly recommended.

The location is nice, rooms adequate however overall experience was dulled by the unpleasant and frankly rude managers. Old man with mustache was rude and abnoxious even when the most minor of queries were asked. an absolute disappointment as this was supposed to be a stress free holiday. Would not return.

The apartments are to an exceptional standard. A very quiet respectful group of tenants. Security building and an absolutely gorgeous beachfront view. Minutes to the centre of Surfers Paradise and cafes.

Amazing beachfront view! The complex is a bit outdated on the inside but nevertheless, views make up for it. The car park situation is great too, plenty of beachside parking. Love visiting a friend here!

Craig was super helpful, room had a terrific view

We have just had a very pleasant stay here at Pacific Plaza Surfers Paradise. Close enough to Surfers Central but not too close. The building is towards Narrow Neck and Main Beach dining environs. With a beachfront location the views are simply spectacular. The building facilities feature a heated Pool and Spa and close by a covered BBQ area. A fully equipped gym is also at your disposal. Rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable with all necessary equipment to cater for yourself. All apartments have Air conditioning, Wifi, Cable and what i like missing in many is plenty of pillows and great lighting. The managers are friendly and efficient and do not mind taking on board comments they may not see in every day cleaning duties that guests may see and experience. All be it hard to find many faults if any. So if you want a great holiday its a must. Pacific Plaza. Why Not?

Two bedroom apartment: This place spacious clean and tidy and amazing ocean views. If you're use to 5 star condition and bothered by small details, this is not for you. Perfect for family stay. Close to main beach and mall.

Close to everything,reasonably priced, great ocean views. Family of 4 can holiday comfortably. I dropped one star as our unit wasn't air-con which would be a problem in warmer months.
