Doctor was very good and thorough and on time and happy with the lovely pathology lady too. The receptionist I dealt with was very rude and unwelcoming. She was the mature lady with blonde hair and blue eyes. She had awful energy and no eye contact no pleasantries at all. Obvious she doesn’t like her job and doesn’t want to be there to serve the people. If it was my practice..I would have a chat with her about her behaviour with the patients. She was treating all the patients like this while I was present.

Great experience every time. Lovely, welcoming reception staff and I was so happy I booked my daughter in to see Dr Alice Bowen. She has such a calm and caring manner and we didn't feel rushed. She took the time to get to the root of the problem and create a good action plan. My daughter walked out feeling so cared for and positive.

This has been the worst clinic I’ve ever had the nightmare of entering. My current problem is the monthly medication I am supposed to be receiving, not only did the nurses not inform myself, they failed to inform a doctor until it had run out. This was around January, at which point the doctor refused to sign the form to allow me to order more medication. It has now been three and a half months and the medication has shown up today but I cannot get an appointment for another two weeks. The nurses are incompetent and always make my arm hurt after injection unlike the amazing nurses from chevron medical centre who I never had a problem. Absolutely appalled at the experience I have had at this clinic.

Shame there is no 0 star. The worse experience ever, I had twice bad experiences with those receptionist. Rude, disrespectful, no empathy, I am speechless how rude they are. Also sharing another patient who had same experience, those receptionist should be train or dismiss “The practice is beautiful, and I am yet to consult with a doctor there, but I’ve already had a terrible experience with a receptionist - an older blonde, blue eyed lady that works there Saturday mornings; she didn’t have a name tag on, which I’ve come to think is intentional. She was rude, condescending, and made me feel very uncomfortable, all because she believed I was lying about having an appointment in order to get her to print a pathology referral for me (which is preposterous in itself). She could not find my appointment and explicitly told me she didn’t even think I actually made one. She sounded accusatory the whole time, and then came to imply that she didn’t believe I’d be able to afford to go there. I just moved to the area and was looking for another practice, and I am already very disappointed with this one. For what I’ve read, I’m one of many people with a bad experience at this place, and I wonder how many more bad reviews they will take before they address the issue. This is a medical centre, a place people go to heal and often in vulnerable moments; it’s meant to be a welcoming and warm place. I really hope whoever is responsible for the clinic will hire better reception staff in the future!”

My 14 year old son was referred to the GP, after a shoulder injury - the hospital report specifically requested an MRI. At the Dr's appointment the GP suggested we only need an ultra sound and referred us to a specialist. Charging us $75. At the scan we were told we did need an MRI and needed the doctor to refer us once more. When we contacted the GP and asked for this she stated we needed to pay another $35 for the phone consultation and another referral. When I questioned that I wasn't pleased about being charged again and explained that I felt this was unfair she reacted - "I was trying to save you money by only requesting an ultra sound". Luckily my sons injury is covered by insurance and we will get this money back eventually. The tone of the GP and the management of the process has left a bad taste in our mouths. The insurance company will now have to pay twice for a process that could have been managed better. The way the doctor reacted made me feel horrid, for expressing my concerns about the double charge for the same service. We expect better.

It was my first visit to this Medical Centre and I saw Dr James McDougall. He was excellent - very easy to talk to, explained the procedure clearly and completed it efficiently and painlessly.

The medical center is well managed with an expert team operating the reception area. Same staff for many years. Wanda and team are courteous even when under pressure. Dr Natasha Prasad is caring confident and easy to discuss personal details with. Thank you.

Very friendly and professional staff, it was my first two experiences there this week but the reception staff obviously knew a lot of patients by name and were friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was excellent. Very thorough, and very personable!

On 1st time attending I was impressed with the level of professionalism staff, who were friendly, helpful. There was easy parking outside and more than enough space in the waiting area to comfortably socially distance. I was also very impressed with Dr McDougall who was very professional, looked you in the eye and listened when speaking to you. He obviously also has a very good knowledge base in General Practice. Would highly recommend this practice.

Poor online booking system - booked 3 weeks in advance, received confirmation, completed new patient request with sensitive information and now 1 week out appointment re-scheduled as booked "outside" doctors working hours. I was offered an appointment a week later than booked... unfortunately I will never know if this practice is worth the wait as I won't. If you outsource your bookings that's your choice, but honour them!!

Appointment almost on time. Great and friendly treatment and advise which was well explained and very helpful. However it is getting expensive to visit the doctor these days, but so is buying a cup of coffee.

The front staff are polite & know so much about the job. The nurses also have good knowledge about wounds & vaccines. The best is the doctor I see , but not often as not that sick.he has so much knowledge & can tick all the boxes when explaining you condition & testing you may need.

I used the computer to register which was quick and easy. Dr Longmire is thorough and very professional. I also got my flu injection and Pierre, the nurse, was very nice and performed the injection painlesssly. It was easy to organise another appointment through the receptionist. The receptionist was helpful and gave me the appropriate time for my next appointment.

I have been attending this Clinic for many years and compliment the doctors and staff for their expertise, knowledge, caring, friendliness and efficiency. It's almost a pleasure to go there - except when I'm really sick but then they sort me out and fix me up. So what more could I ask for my health care ? I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone.

Right From the moment that you approach the front desk you are greeted by friendly staff. My experience has always been positive with very experienced doctors who take what time is needed to address my questions and health concerns. The wait time was 55 minutes. Wish the reception could have told me the wait time could be 30minutes and longer when I checked in. No, no updates while waiting. Not a sorry from anyone, except my GP, kept apologising to me but I don’t blame her. She is a responsible GP and very patient.

Mine was a Telehealth experience with the nurse first for my regular review, followed by a video call with the doctor. Nurse was great, very thorough and understanding. Dr Longmire, as always is very thorough, open to questions and always responds with care and compassion. I always feel confident in his judgements and recommendations; the best kind of GP.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The Dr took the time to listen to my reasons for visiting and was genuinely interested in solving my medical impression. I did not have a long wait to see the Dr and she did not rush me. The building is clean, modern and easily found. Highly recommend this Medical Centre

Dr hagan is amazing! So kind and patient and listens to everything and always is so knowledgeable and helpful with any medical problem I come across. A kind and down to earth doctor! Lovely practice at Bundall medical centre very nice and clean too!!

Dr I saw was not very friendly. I needed a Certificate of Capacity and she said “why didnt you just see your previous doctor for this?” barely hiding her skepticism. Did not seem to want to help and did/could not address the service I needed, was curt and I felt the nature of my visit would show a little empathy. Nope. Paid for a full service to be told I should be prepared and to return with the form. Will not be coming back

I am always very grateful for the care I receive from Dr Yelland and the team at Bundall Medical Centre, it is second to none. Dr Yelland is the most caring GP. He has looked after my entire family for many years.

Dr Steph is amazing! She really listens, is down to earth and was great with my son. This was our first time at this clinic and we will be definitely moving our entire family here.

If I could honestly give 0 stars for the doctor I saw, I would. Other GP’s at the centre might be great, but the one I saw was not. $120 to be ignored and sent for an X-ray with no explanation and no conscious line of thought as to why. I told him to NOT give me a blood pressure reading on an automatic machine and the reason why, and he scoffed and did it anyway. Total waste of time and money.

Dr. Natasha Prasad is a dream! I naturally worry quite a bit about everything, and she made sure to do anything she could to ease my worries! If you’re looking for a doctor that will actually listen and do anything possible to make sure things are ok, she’s the one to go to!

I'm from America and went to get my clogged ear seen and my niece called to get an appointment. Got the appointment straight away and was seen 10 minutes after arrival. Very good service!

The reception staff are friendly and helpful; booking online is easy; Covid practices are excellent; the practice has been recently renovated and looks terrific; my doctor and others in the practice are excellent; parking is easy; pathology is available on site.

Dr. James is an excellent professional, he listened to me and evaluated all the possibilities of my injury, without a doubt the best experience in a Medical Center I have had in Australia as an international.

I have been attending at this practice for many years and can't speak highly enough of the level of service I have always received. I have had to deal with numerous health issues during this time, both minor and major, and have always been treated with the utmost courtesy, compassion and professionalism. In a word, 'faultless'.

Many thanks to Dr Yelland for arranging a script for anti-viral drugs for Covid 19 so quickly. This was done in less than half an hour of my contacting this practice. Otherwise I would have had to wait at least another 24 hours to see a doctor. Great service!!

Clean, modern, efficient, friendly with great doctors & staff. Bundall Medical Centre is my local doctors centre. The facility is modern and spacious. There are several doctors available to treat you and the staff are fast and efficient and they treat you with care.

Have always found the staff and doctors friendly and courteous. I have know some of them for 15 years plus as they have come from another practice before it merged into Bundall medical. It has been especially difficult throughout the pandemic for them having to manage peoples everyday ailments and the virus as well. Hats off to them.

All my family have been attending The Bundall Medical Centre for years and the staff and doctors are alway friend and extremely helpful.

Would highly recommend this practice, very professional nurses and doctors, always willing to find a way to treat/help people. Reception need a bit of customer service training, but I don’t go there to see a receptionist…

We've been going to the Bundall Medical Centre for over 15 years and always find the staff and doctors professional, caring and thorough - they see you as a person as well as a patient. I can highly recommend the centre.

Dr Lesley Smith and Dr Andrew Hunt have been incredibly caring while they’ve looked after my parents for many years. Mum and dad have always loved and looked forward to their doctor’s visits with Dr Smith and Dr Hunt and I’ve seen first hand that they’ve been in good hands. Mum and dad have also had lots of visits to the podiatrist Linda and the nurses for various treatments and I’ve seen first hand how well all the staff have cared for my parents, including the reception staff when we phone or arrive and leave.

This Medical Centre is usually 5 stars from me. This morning I saw a doctor that has only been at this practice for a week, a middle aged lady. At the end of the appointment she simply said she doesn’t know what my condition is. My boyfriend had previously been diagnosed at this clinic and we have the same symptoms. It was clear, even to me, what my condition was. This is a great medical centre however, my experience this morning was quite shocking. Shocking that a doctor would let me walk out of the surgery with an answer of ‘I don’t know’. At the end of the appointment, I just asked for a script of what my boyfriend was prescribed to see if it works for me too, she agreed I could try this. I couldn’t walk away with nothing so this was better than seeing a doctor and walking away with no answers at all. I won’t be seeing this doctor again.

Five star rating is easily given to Dr James McDougall who consistently goes over and above in his treatments. Very happy family here who have been attending Bundall Medical Centre for years, and years, and will continue to for many more.
