Horrendous service from their repair centre when I tied to change a battery in my watch. Very long ETA’s were provided which kept extending. They didn’t call me when they said they would, so I had to chase them all the time. After a month, when I finally receive a quote the price was more than 10 times higher than their closest competitor. When I refused to proceed because of the high quote and asked for my watch back they still tried to charge me for their postage costs, which they never discussed with me prior. When I refused to pay their postage costs, they made obscene gestures at me and kicked me out of their store. Considering I bought my Breitling from them originally, this experience was shockingly disappointing. I will not be returning to their store or buying anything from them again.

My wife, son and myself dropped in to the Brisbane Hardy Bros store to purchase a band for a Breitling yesterday. Walked out an hour later with a beautiful B&R for Cynthia. The most beautiful watch I have ever seen. The decision was made easy with the terrific service from Agata and her very own B&R masterpiece. Chapeau Agata, you are an excellent host and looked after us incredibly well by making the whole experience fun and interesting. Cynth is feeling very blessed and extremely happy with her latest masterpiece.

Amazing service by Agata. I was in the market for a watch to celebrate a milestone. Hardy brothers was the first places I went into by chance and reputation. On walking in I explained I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for but Agata pointed me straight to a watch that she knew would be perfect. Agatas service was so good, that while I was awestruck by the peice, I thought to myself surely this isn't this easy!! I then deliberated and visited many other stores narrowing it down to 2 watches one from HB and one from another boutique. Going back in a week later Agata recognised me and my partner (despite our masks) , and showed the watch she suggested at the start. Needless to say I purchased it and love it. Hardy Brothers service and in particular Agata, was exceptional. The bracelet was resized to exactly what I requested and nothing was too much effort. Thank you again Agata and team. We will certainly be back!!

Access to the Swiss branded watch style is all this firm is useful for. Do NOT expect any customer service but do expect to get charged a lot of money and not know what you are paying for.

My fiancé purchased my beautiful engagement ring from Hardy Brothers in the City. When it came time to get wedding bands I had a specific idea of what I wanted but it was more complicated than anticipated due to the ring elevation. Mel was determined! After a few failed options that were either not what I wanted or too expensive, she found a solution to my wedding band and engagement set that is perfect! I love it and can’t wait to wear them together when we get married in Feb. So grateful that Mel kept on trying so hard to match my desired look and so appreciative of her patience and communication when it got hard and I was frustrated! Thank you Mel!!

The most disappointing experience with a jeweller in a very long time. Service absolutely hopeless with left hand no idea what the right hand is doing. Waited 8 weeks for an order only to find they hadn't bothered to order it in the first place.

When shopping for an opal around Brisbane I found that most of the rings I could afford were very plain and uninteresting. I was worried that any shop in the Brisbane Arcade would be way too expensive for my budget, but I wandered into Kimmison Jewellery anyway to browse their collection. Within 10 minutes Kim was helping me design my own custom ring for less money than any of the rings I’d seen all day. I They spent so much time working with me to get the perfect design, and the result is something not only beautiful but totally unique. Where to begin...Sorry this is a bit long but the experience from the very start was amazing and I want to tell the internet all about it. Kim made us feel so welcome and at ease. From the initial email enquiry Kim was super friendly and prompt in responding with information and she was patient with my partner and I when we visited the studio (particularly when I asked to look at so many of the lovely loose gems and try different configurations for a custom ring, so many lovely sparkly things to look at!). Kim's knowledge on the different qualities of stones (hardness, origin etc) guided us in making our decisions. When I decided to swap out one of the stones Kim was so patient in going through more stones and combinations again with us, all the while wanting to ensure I was 100% happy with my choices and going to love my custom piece. Kim and Phil were kind in rushing our order through as we needed my ring for a particular date and hadn't allowed much lead time. The digital mock ups were really great and informative so we felt comfortable giving the green light to proceed. Now we get to the part where we collect the finished ring - it was even better than I expected. The digital mock up didn't do it justice and having never done this before, I was a little unsure on the whole process but I LOVE my ring and want everyone to know how fabulous Kimmison Jewellery is. I will definitely be visiting Kim and Phil again and I look forward to having other special pieces made in the future. My now fiancé and I visited Kim and Phil at their store 6 months ago with some diamond rings that belonged to an aunt. We wanted to use these to design something special but had no idea what our options were. Kim inspired us to design a beautiful engagement ring that exceeded both of our expectations. My husband and I were gifted some diamonds which had previously belonged to his mother before she had passed away. We brought the diamonds into Kimmison Jewellery and with the help of Kim and Phil, we were able to design wedding bands that not only incorporated the diamonds but also worked well with the engagement ring my husband had proposed to me with. I was interested in a Brielting Colt 41 (there were hardly any left in Australia aside from one at the Brisbane Hardy Brothers shop) I ended up talking with Eiko from the Brisbane team, she helped me out big time! She sent the watch to the Sydney Hardy Brothers shop so i could try it on. Eiko always got back to me even late at night via text message. She was extremely helpful :) I have bought the watch and i am very happy with the entire experience and customer service!

Purchased a Bell & Ross Ceramic 12.3.22 - 4 months in the watch snapped at the link for the band connected to the face, occurring whist wrist was back putting on shoes. still under warranty - they denied stating in their opinion watch was dropped or damaged. I got a lawyer as I was disgusted, they still refuse to replace and have only agreed to repair after legal action and a phone call from a local media source, from there legal response it was stated that any further public action in relation to the media they would sue for damages under a slander claim. This in my opinion is a terrible company and consumers be aware. I will advise there was never a time in which I was ever contacted by hardy brothers to ask how the watch broke, they made there own decision via a third party assessment through Wallace Bishop. I am disgusted, and its of my opinion in this instance they have put profits before service, Staff are also rude on after - sales. Hardy brothers !! please get a lawyer use this as your claim on slander as I would love to see you in court. :)

Made a last minute gift purchase here before flying back home and the item I wanted wasn't in stock. It would normally take a few days to get stock in but since I didn't have time left, Nabeel, made a few calls to HQ and arranged to have someone take the train from Gold Coast to bring it to me on the day. This level of customer service by the whole Hardy Brothers team would deserve a 5 star rating however it didn't end there. After returning home and gifting the item, I came to realize that the fit was off and Nabeel again helped to arrange for extra parts to be Fedex to me free of charge. Truly exceptional service and my gratitude. Thank you!

Gemma at HB helped me to organise a gift for a friend of ours over the course of a few months. Due to my job schedule she was able to communicate with me over email which suited me and provided amazing service, helping me source exactly what I was after for a great price. She sent me photos of the item, had it all packed up in beautiful gift wrap and the first time I met her was the day I went to pick it up.
